The pizza crust lacked salt and garlic; the chicken lacked seasoning, quite small pieces, and skimpy; the crust was like a cracker; there was little pesto that, if we did not see the green sauce, would have thought it did not exist; barely any cheese; and the pie was cut into small 1-2 inch rectangular pieces that I had to eat so many to think I even had a slice of pizza. The one good thing was the glaze; it was a nice touch. For $45, I would definitely not return. So many people said it was good but not my kind of pizza. Went with a really big group (10-12) for trivia. They were able to accommodate us and service was good for having to deal with such a large table. I'm not a Chicago-style pizza fan, so I got the super thin crust. It was fine, not something I'm running back to have again. I could have eaten the whole small pie by myself in one sitting, so the cost per serving isn't great. Also, the cost per topping is ridiculous, especially for how much you get of each topping. There are very few vegetarian items on the menu (outside of pizza)...maybe one of the pastas but none of the sandwiches and just a few of the apps. Nancy's is delicious! Although the service was a little slow, I attribute that to our food being prepared fresh. We ordered Nancy's via Uber Eats last weekend. I had Nancy's many years ago and remembered it being a solid Chicago Pizza. Friday night we ordered one large thin crust half pepperoni and half sausage. Also we had a medium stuffed with sausage. I grew up in Chicago and always loved stuffed pizza but my childhood favorite was thin crust tavern style. Nancy's exceeded my expectations. Their stuffed pizza is everything a stuffed should be, the zesty Roma tomatoes on top, a very complex but flaky crust, no overly doughy or underdone flavors. This stuffed pizza in my opinion is superior to the other big name we all know. Their thin crust tavern style brought me back to my childhood. Pepperoni is under the cheese, sausage is real, not what typically get in Georgia. For the cheese, you get a cheese baby! Thick, hearty Italian high quality cheese! This place is my new favorite! I have been here twice with a party of 4. The only table available was for 6 people. The staff refused to seat us "hoping" a party of 6 would come in at some point. However, they had 3 tables that seated 4 with only 2 people at the table. Both times we just left and went to Longhorns which is in the same shopping center. This pizza was skimpy on the ordered toppings and unfortunately skimpy on flavor. I feel like we waited for an hour to get a deep "pizza" full of pounds of cheap cheese. The few toppings we did find in there we prepared poorly. My brother got a big mouthful of onion skin which he thought was plastic at first. For over $40 for a pizza, my family expected more. The bar had no patrons, and the server never smiled and walked very slowly like she didn't want to be there. The one redeeming aspect of the meal was the house salad which was made with arugula and quite delicious. Fantastic food! Being a transplant native Chicagoan, we have been craving great pizza, rib tips, and "real authentic" Asian food for nearly fifteen years. The Nancy's Pizzeria in Roswell just solved our great pizza drought. The whole family was able to order their personal favorites and some new ones (loaded waffle fries) without spending a ton of money. Both the Pan/Stuffed/Thick, and classic thin crusts were both spot on. Crispy crusts and juicy/fresh fillings & toppings. The wait staff were super awesome!! Very professional, upbeat, and always at the ready to help. Location was just about right for two separate households to meet up after work. Plenty of parking and just a few blocks from 400. Interior ambiance was traditional sports bar like with lots of TV's on different channels - go Braves!! A full bar and outdoor seating brought the entire setting together. Since Nancy's Pizzeria opened a few months ago, I have tried visiting the restaurant three times. Each time there has been a 30 to 45 minute wait for a table. With the recent virus scare, I decided to place a take away order. Looking at their ad on Facebook, I received a 15% discount for pick-up or delivery orders. I always forget how long it takes for a Chicago style deep dish pizza to cook. They quoted me 45 minutes over the phone. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted by Julia and Awni. The environment quickly became chaotic as Scott, possibly a kitchen manager, started screaming at Julia and Awni at the top of his lungs. He was screaming, "No more orders!" He was yelling at them to contact DoorDash, GrubHub or UberEats and telling them no more orders. Apparently, one of their ovens quit working. Therefore, Scott was freaking out and telling them to stop taking orders. Julia and Awni calmed Scott down and reminded him that there were a handful of customers waiting for pizzas. Scott's behavior was very unprofessional, and left me with a negative impression of the company. After I finally got my pizza, I took it home and ate it. The pizza was amazing. It tasted just like traditional Chicago style deep dish pizza. It was loaded with lots of cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage, black olives and pizza sauce. Based upon the taste and quality of the pizza combined with the friendliness of Julia and Awni, I would consider giving this restaurant a 4 or 5 star. However, based upon Scott's unprofessional behavior in front of the waiting customers, the best score I can give is a 3. My other concern is the price. This pizza is good, but it's very expensive. I ordered a small deep dish pizza, and it cost around $25. I know that these prices are similar to the traditional pizzerias in Chicago, such as Giordano's, but it still appears to be high when compared with other local pizza alternatives. read more

I love this little shopping center as I frequently stop here to pick up dog treats over at Top Dog. When I started getting flyers for Nancy's, I rolled my eyes because so few "Chicago Style" places actually do Chicago style well. Decided to give them a try on a blustery chilly day. I literally drive past this location often. I was in the mood for pizza but didn't really want my usual Papa Johns. I know I know ... I need to get out more lol. This location is tucked away in a plaza off Mansell. It's in the Longhorns plaza if you see the Longhorn enter the parking lot and drive to the back. There is plenty of FREE parking. I called in an order and the person said 40 minutes it'll be ready! Not a problem as I was running errands nearby. I went to pick my order after 45 mins. The counter person was very nice and had good customer service. I live about 12 minutes away. My pizza was still hot. My wings were hot as well. I ordered the lighter stuffed personal pizza with Italian sausage and mushroom. I'm not from Chicago so please forgive me lol. This pizza was good but it didn't wow me like I thought it would. I think more sauce would have helped. The crust was okay. The toppings were plentiful and I did get kind of full after 2 slices. I did eat at least 5 of my boneless wings so I am that contributed to my fullness. I ordered the 8 count Nancy's Bbq boneless wings with ranch. These were delicious and I am a wing connoisseur . Been here a couple of times. Today I got a small extra thin Uncle Tony's. The pizza was way over cooked. The cook even gave an embarrassed look like what do I do when he handed it through the window. I could tell something was wrong. I looked at it quickly and noticed it was overdone. But it was obvious they were about to close and it was my problem. When I got home I saw each piece was blackened and dried out. The place looks nice, but I'm probably not coming back. It was $20 and I even tipped but not worth it for what I got. read more
