I had a disappointing experience at this Domino's location. From the moment we walked in, the employee who took our order seemed to have a very poor attitude. He avoided eye contact, spoke in a low and uninterested tone, and gave the impression that he was annoyed we were even there to place an order. Customer service felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when our order was incorrect. We specifically ordered two pepperoni pizzas but received two cheese pizzas instead. Mistakes can happen, but combined with the lack of effort and poor attitude, it felt like there was little care put into either the service or the order. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or like an inconvenience when simply ordering food. I hope management addresses both customer service and order accuracy at this location. read more

I have to start with this: the employees are hustling. I don't know effective the hustle is but they're moving fast. It's 8pm on a Friday night so this is likely prime go time at Dominoes. I ordered a medium pizza that was supposed to have pepperoni, onions, green bell peppers, olives, mushrooms and diced tomatoes. A lot of vegetable toppings. I was beyond underwhelmed when I opened the box. 3 pieces of mushroom maybe. I took strategic bites where there were bits of topping. So all told my supper was about 9 bites of pizza. I should've looked at the pie before I left the store. It's funny that they scrimped on vegetable toppings which are cheap. They disabled the carryout option after a certain time on the app and then say "Well you can still come to the drive thru and order that way" like it was some kind of convenient favor. So we did. Long story short they charged $13.99 for ONE MEDIUM PIZZA. Because carryout was disabled apparently you can't use coupons when ordering because technically ordering through the drive thru only is kind of backdoor and not normal procedure. We could've gotten the large for $1 more and they didn't say anything. Same with other bogo coupons that would've enabled us to save a lot of money as most Dominos locations do. what happened at my favorite pizza place. we eat pizza every week, but lately I can't get a decent pizza. I order double beef double cheese pan but there's always so many bubbles( an air pocket that bubbles up) in the crust. they cause the sauce and ingredients to pool. sometimes they're around the edge and sometimes they're in the center. either way ruins the pie. out of the last 8 pizzas, one was done right. last night the bubbles were all the way around the outside. I always recut them so they'll separate easily. when I attempted to pickup a slice, everything slid off. it happened on every slice. There should be a place to attach pictures to Prove my point. I recently ordered from this dominoes location. I had it delivered . Delivery guy named Jake. The pizza we ordered was ok but Jake brightened my day. During the covd19 pandemic these kids are risking their lives to deal with people. They deserve raises and way extra tip $ in their pocket. He was funny and very courteous and quick with delivery. We ordered two pizzas inside store. Told it would be 20 minutes. Came back in 20 but was told it would be another 10 because they forgot a topping on one of the pizzas. Our other pizza stayed in warmer. Don't have proof but pretty sure they noticed missing topping after the pizza was done but instead of starting a new one they put topping on the cooked one and sent it back through...that one was toasted and overcooked. Not the best pizza I've ever had but pretty darned tasty. Right now they have a coupon for any size with all the toppings you want for $8.99. And they're super speedy. I ordered a large thin crust with extra beef, bacon, peppers, onions and mushrooms and it was here in 23 minutes! Great service and the pizza was delicious. Best part? The last two times I have ordered pizzas for home delivery they have been absolutely terrible. This order today was of the WORST quality I have ever experienced in my 70 years! The food quality has gone South since they moved into their new location. They have simply put lipstick on a Pig. I ordered 2 thin crust speciality pizzas; extravaganza and Pacific veggie- how can you screw those up? Both pizzas were sopping in Grease. The marble cookie brownie was so greasy that it discolored the paper on the bottom of the cardboard container. The only positive was the two 2 ltr. Diet cokes. 45.00 and a 10.00 tip later- here I sit- disappointed and hungry. NO MORE!!!!- if I want pizza I will call papa Johns or even Pizza Hut. I ordered a carry out pizza at 4:45 this evening & arrived around 5:10 to pick it up. The cashier stated that the pizza was not ready yet & told us to wait 5-10 more minutes, after we paid for it. We waited in the parking lot and after about 5 minutes we came back to see if the pizza was ready. Approximately 10 minutes passed and finally the manager came over and told us that one of the employees ate a slice of our pizza and that we can wait an additional 10 minutes for another one..... At this point we were already disappointed at the service and asked for our refund. She was pretty hesitant on giving us our refund back and was persistent on us waiting for another pizza, which we refused and took our business else where. read more
