The staff was attentive, patient, and made the whole ordering process smooth and enjoyable. It just goes to show that you shouldn't always judge a place solely by reviews sometimes you'll be surprised. Based on my visit, the service alone made a great impression on me! Mistakes can happen, but combined with the lack of effort and poor attitude, it felt like there was little care put into either the service or the order. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or like an inconvenience when simply ordering food. I hope management addresses both customer service and order accuracy at this location.

I often will eat the sandwich from my car b/c it tastes amazing fresh but this time I decided to eat it when I got home, which was about 17 min or so from this KFC. The aluminum sandwich bag was huge and the sandwich inside matched it's size. As far as taste, the sandwich was good but it wasn't at it's usual "amazing" status. It didn't taste as fresh as all the other KFC spicy sandwiches I've had. It tasted like it might have been sitting for a bit and not like it came straight to me from the frying pan. Even so, there so much more to go back for. Luckily this joint sits right along the route to family, and we will be back for more. They have an array of your usual meats, plus a plethora of exotic and wild meats, and accompaniments. Some of their items can come pre-seasoned or pre-rubbed. Parking is easy on a weekend, but could be tight during rush. They also have a customer service reward program, so get your stamp on.
