I ordered through the app tonight. It made it easy to order ahead so I didn't have to stand in a crowded front entrance. This location is much smaller than other Wing Stops I have been to, but they still have the best service out of all their locations. My other half and I ordered a 20 piece wings - 5 bbq 5 mild hot 5 lemon pepper 5 garlic parmesan We sat at a table and waited for our order. They were pretty busy. When it was finished, we didn't want to eat there because of how small this location is and how busy they were. We took our dinner home. Inside the boxes was a side of ranch for each of us. Their ranch is pretty good. The wings were all delicious. I wish I got a hotter sauce instead of mild, but next time, we will fix that. I should have read the reviews here before placing my first pick up order from the Wingstop in Antelope, CA. If you're considering making the same mistake O made, DON'T! First, I was quoted a 30 - 35 minute pick up time. So, I arrived 35 min after placing my order, only to be told it would only be 4- 5 more minutes. 15 minutes later, my order still wasn't ready. The young (appeared high school age), blonde employee apologized and tried to give me some B.S. about needing to provide my order in the order it was received, while I watched people who arrived after me pick up their orders. After another 10 minutes I inquired about my order again, only to discover that they had completely overlooked my order and would have to pull it together quickly for me. After over an hour since placing my order (20 wings and a side of small fries), I finally received my order along with 5 additional wings "for my trouble." I accepted the order because I anticipated that wings would be tender and falling off the bone. WRONG! Not only were they ALL 3 flavors overcooked and hard to chew, but many of them were still covered in feathers! DISGUSTING! After picking off the feathers through the sauce and trying to eat a few, I finally gave up and threw the remaining wings in the trash. I love the lemon pepper wings, honey Chipotle wings, and Korean wings (all with bone). Those are my favorites. French fries are delicious and plentiful. Went to Tugboat for some fish and chips and walked around the corner and found Wingstop. The one near me closed so I haven't had Wingstop in over a year. The were only doing takeout orders due to Covid-19. They however had no sign for wearing masks. We placed our order and another customer walks in with no mask and is also not following the 6 feet social distancing. The way the store had the layout it was really hard to form any sort of line because another customer walked in and it was like a triangle. Considering I'm a huge fan of chicken, it might come as a big surprise that I have never eaten nor stepped foot inside of a "Wingstop" location. Their restaurants are everywhere and show no sign of slowing down. Ever since entering the food business back in 1994, there are well over 1,200 locations across the country and around the world. The location I am focusing on is located directly in a busy shopping center off of Walerga Rd. & Elverta Rd. in the Antelope area of Sacramento. I came here with my lady on a weeknight around 7:00pm. There was only one other customer dining in and not busy at all. It was spacious though with lots of seating areas available as well as a self-serve fountain drink area. The menu is rather simple but very straightforward. Their specialty are their boneless and bone-in wings as well as their crispy tenders. These all come in a variety of seasonings and dips to choose from. Additionally, they offer many sides including a variety of fries, corn, and even veggie sticks. Since this was both our first time dining here, we went with a small 6-piece boneless wing combo. I chose the Garlic Parmesan w/side of ranch while she chose the classic Buffalo w/side of ranch. We decided on splitting a side order of Seasoned Fries. The overall service and speed of when our food was ordered to the time it was ready was efficient and above average. The taste of the wings was surprisingly good but they did use quite a heavy dose of breading. Not a big deal but these don't have a lot of actual chicken meat on the inside. Seasoned fries were crispy but a little bit on the salty side. For a fast-food place, this place was decent; nothing that screams amazing but not mediocre by any means. Will I go into a "Wingstop" location again? Probably yes. But keep in mind that the food here is fairly equivalent of some of the boneless chicken that you'll find at your grocers freezer. Prices are decent and many people still flock here for their chicken fix. My rating for the Antelope Wingstop, an above average 4-stars. read more

Asked for extra seasoning on fries and they were virtually plain and floppy. I was suppose to receive three dips and I received a big fat zero. Usually I check the bag and have caught a few mistakes but I was such in a hurry that I just believed everything would be right. Disappointed. I ordered the boneless deal which comes with 4 flavors (see screenshot) however I wanted sauce on the side but wasn't able to do so because limitation on the app (see screenshot). I got plain and normally just ask for sauce during pickup. This has always worked in many locations without any problems until I visited the Antelope location. For some reason, the employees there decided to charged me for sauce. My wife was the one who was picking up the order and she didn't know so she paid for it (strike 1). In the order I also upgraded to get cheesy fries but got regular fries (strike 2). I requested a call back from the store manager. He simply asked what was the problem? And said fine I'll refund you for the fries. Which never happened but it doesn't matter is a few dollars I don't care about the money. What ticked me off was that he couldn't even acknowledge that it was a mistake to charge me for sauce and got my order wrong. I'm sure most of us have worked in the service industry and I understand sometimes is just a mistake because you're too busy but if you're a business owner and you can't even acknowledge the mistake or give a half-ass apology to keep your customers happy than you shouldn't be in business.
