The staff at the drive up window are alerts nice and helpful but the store manager or whoever the woman is who answers the phone was not accommodating in the least considering the terror was on their part. I ordered a specialty Alfredo pizza and added Italian sausage. Picked up that pizza along with my other order of a pepperoni pizza and made the mistake of not checking the pizza prior to driving off which apparently you have to do now. I get home and there is no Italian sausage in on the Alfredo pizza like I added. When I called to see how this could be rectified I was informed by the woman that I needed to bring the pizza back and wait for them to make a new one. Yesterday I picked up a medium Wisconsin specialty pizza from this location and I was definitely satisfied with it. The staff was friendly when I walked in -- I was greeted, acknowledged right away, and the store looked decently clean. They were clearly busy, but everything still ran smoothly. My one complaint is about the wings. Along with the pizza, I ordered wings and they were very fatty with very little meat. I don't believe this is the staff's fault -- this seems more like a supply/distributor or company-level issue -- but it's still disappointing. About 80% of the wings had very little meat, which is concerning when you're paying close to $10. For the price, you'd expect more actual chicken and a better quality return. Because of that, I'm giving this location 3 out of 5 stars. The pizza and service were solid, but the wings need to be looked into by the owner/company. read more

I probably wouldn't come here ever if they didn't have the ongoing $9.99 for any size (except XL) pizza with as many toppings as I want. The reason? These pizzas are absurdly expensive. And after eating the pizzas I got, I absolutely would not pay what the original price would've been for them. Look at the pizzas in the attached photo and tell me if they're worth $82 because if it wasn't for the $9.99 promo, that's what I would've paid for them. Absurd. Anyway, the pizzas I got were good. The staff were friendly and was able to offer me compensation for my pizza. Despite the errors, the quality of the pizza was still good. It's a small shop but they do have tables inside where you can enjoy your hot pizza. I rated this place a 2/5 star because the mix up and the missing toppings. What convenience, the server was fast, friendly and the pizzas were hot as well as delicious. My family have grown fond of their various items on their menu. This review is for my visit on 4/30/22. I ordered over the phone and provided my credit card in order for them to take my order. The business insisted i provide payment before they would even take my order. For about $28, I got two medium three topping pizzas. Picking up was a breeze with their drive-thru option, no need to step out of the car to get my order which I really liked. However, when we inspected our pizzas (ALWAYS DO THIS) my gf noticed that one of the orders had sausage instead of salami. We had to honk a few times to get the attention of the workers who had already closed the drive thru window. We explained the problem and he told us that the salami was buried under the rest of the toppings. We showed him the pizza and said we never ordered any sausage and there was no salami. He took the pizza and told us it would take another 20 min to make. We asked if it was okay to be compensated with chicken wings. They finally agreed with the cinnamon twists which ended up being the highlight of our god-awful dinner. The pizza was bland, not cut properly, and made me sick to my stomach. I can't remember the last time pizza was this bad. I hate this place. The only reason I order is because of the convenience of a drive thru when you have your toddler with you and don't want to get out of the car with them. They can't ever make a pizza right. Ordered extra cheese and it never comes with extra cheese or any for that matter. Barely any sauce and toppings? You have one job! 9/24/2021 I ordered over $41 from this place, and we gave simple but complete instructions as to where we live. We live in a complex where there are four buildings sequentially numbered..1,2,3,4. Each building has units in them that are also sequentially numbered...1,2,3,4. We not only did we order online, but we called to make sure they had our address, Building number XX and Unit X. The new Domino's Pizza is now open on Hillcrest. The same center as Applebee's & Kabuki Sushi. Domino's is right next to the Liberty Tax office. So I've been a fan of Domino's since they greatly improved the quality of their pizza. I know a lot of people are going to tell me, "You can find a ton of better pizza places than Domino's"... Yes I know that. Domino's is one of those go to chain pizza places when you just had a long day & don't feel like cooking or going out too far. So we decided to give them a try. We went to their store one night to get a pizza order to go. Being a brand new store, it was very clean of course. This must be a new concept store they're testing out. The inside was very open! They have clear windows up all around the kitchen so you can actually see everyone working. You can watch your pizza being made as it goes down the toppings line. There's also a little step up for kids to watch. There's a small counter space with a few stools and outlets & USB ports for customers to use. There's a small seating area with 4-5 tables that seats 4 at each table. One TV. We place our order at the register. Very friendly staff! We were greeted when we walked in and were acknowledged as we left with our food. Now if you have ever ordered from Domino's online then you know they have a pretty cool "Order Tracker", well that same system is set in place inside their store. There's one monitor above the soda fridge that has your name and the progress of your order, just like it would be tracked online for you. You don't have to wonder how much longer your order is going to take. To end, this Domino's also has a Drive Thru... BUT it's NOT a drive thru for ordering food, it's a drive thru to PICK UP your food... Just to be clear on that. All in all, this is a really nice new Domino's store. Glad to have this near by. Today however was a 1 off and I left on their website a not so nice review definitely felt like a -hole after cause I am not someone who likes leaving negative reviews unless it's serious .
