This branch is struggling. Superbowl Sunday, I ordered online at 2PM for pick up at 5. When I got there at 4:50, the store was packed and the pick up time on the board was showing 4:25. I asked about mine and was told that the order hasn't been made because they were "backed up". Duh...! That's the main reason why I order we d early! I'm really wondering if this location is under new management... because this is the second time we've gone there and our pizza is fantastic!. I really hope it's just not a fluke. I really hope that they keep it up! They seem to be doing really well. When I went to pick up my pizza there seem to be alot of people waiting for their pizza and the little girl was going in and out quickly delivering them. Also, there is a handicap parking space right in front of their location. But since I got curbside service, I didn't notice if there was a ramp to enter. Their pizza are A-OK, nothing spectacular. Their bread is good, but their toppings needs serious improvement and it's very minimal and doesn't taste fresh. Their cheese barely covers the entire dough. Their artichoke (although I know it's from a can) taste slimy. I had olives added and to half the pizza.. I counted about 20 olives bits... seriously? I also tried their pasta and big mistake and way over priced. You're better off getting something from Safeway and microwaving it for lot cheaper. PLEASE do yourself a favor and order your pizza from anywhere else. I cannot emphasize enough how much you will regret ordering your pizza from here. I placed an order for delivery via their website (I live less than a mile away, 5 minutes max, but was babysitting so I couldn't leave), and I received a confirmation saying it would arrive in about 30-40 minutes. 45 minutes go by and it still hasn't arrived. There was no update on the website, so I called. They picked up the phone and I asked where my delivery was. Considering I live 5 minutes away, I assumed they might be busy and maybe hadn't finished making it or something. The girl on the phone said she would check, so she put me on hold. A few minutes later, someone else picked up and asked for my phone number to confirm my order. She then told me that the delivery driver had already dropped it off, and my instructions said not to ring the doorbell, so I should go check my front door. Without checking, I told her that it wasn't there. I knew this because my brother had been on a phone call for over an hour on the front porch, and I told him to bring the food in when it arrived. She insisted that the food had already been delivered, and that I should go check, then hung up on me. I went to ask my brother if he saw anyone drop food off at a neighbor's house or something, and he said nobody had entered our neighborhood aside from our neighbors across the street who were arriving home. I called back again, and someone answered immediately. I explained again that I had ordered a delivery and it hadn't arrived. The girl put me on hold while she "went to check", and I was on hold for over 5 minutes until the line cut me off. At this point, I'm quite upset. My order totaled $57 with delivery and tip, and I was not about to just call it and waste my money like that. I can understand that sometimes people claim they didn't receive their order when they really did and they're just looking for a free refund, but if that were the case, would I really continue calling and waiting on hold? And shouldn't the delivery driver be able to prove somehow that they delivered my food to my house? Or even entered my neighborhood at all? So I called back again, and again, got an instant answer. Instead of telling them to check on my delivery, which I assumed would put me back on an indefinite hold, I just asked to speak to a manager. Unfortunately, that also gets you put on hold indefinitely. I assume the manager is the one who told me my order was delivered when I called the first time, so I knew she was there if that really was the manager. I stayed on hold until I was hung up on again, and that's when I gave up for the day. I'm disappointed, to say the least, that I would be dismissed so easily by the employees when I'm clearly a concerned customer. Pizza Hut needs to come up with a way to ensure a delivery is made properly, whether it be a tracking system or a photo to confirm delivery. This was completely unacceptable, and unprofessional of the employees to put me on hold indefinitely when it's clear there are people there and available to speak on the phone. Once my transaction processed, I called the customer service line to report how I was dismissed by this Pizza Hut location when I hadn't received my order. I also put in a request for a refund of the total, and am waiting to hear back. If I hear nothing, I won't be surprised in the least. It's just so disappointing that you have to go to all this trouble just to receive something you paid for. I must be one lucky SOB if this place has 1.5 stars. Listen, this is the only Pizza Hut in the area and their hours for one are phenomenal. When you've got the locals to compete with Pizza Guys, Round Table, and Mountain Mike's, I'm happy to say the Hut is the cheaper option. Their ingredients have changed over the years but as long as they don't farm with that signature peppermint taste, they will forever be my favorite. I drove from Pittsburg to pick up this pizza that they didn't make right and wanted to offer me a $3 discount. Laughable, that doesn't even cover my gas. Went in today on my lunch with my coworker. I specifically asked the lady ( I believe she was the manager named Olga) for a one topping bbq chicken pizza basically create your own not a specialty pizza (hence why I double checked and made sure it was one topping since the bbq chicken special comes with bacon and other things and I don't eat pork) she verified it was the going to be the one topping pizza. I picked up the pizza and left only to my surprise when I got back to my work site that there was bacon red onion as well. We had ordered 3 pizzas, one regular crust, and the other two with stuffed crust. When my husband arrived, the lady up front was extremely rude since the beginning. My husband paid and walked away with the pizza. When he got in the car we opened it and noticed all the pizzas we ordered were made wrong, so he walked back in to ask why the pizzas were done that way if we specifically asked for it the way we wanted it, and the lady up front (looks Hispanic and wears glasses) got super offensive and started going off on him and said "we'll what do you want me to do about it?" In a rude and disrespectful way. And he said "well I would like my order to be correct because our family is waiting for it and you gave me my order wrong"... and she was like "well that's going to take an hour longer" and went along with all her little excuses. Mind you, we drove 30 minutes to this place since we don't have one nearby our house. To be treated the way we were treated and on top of that given our pizzas all wrong was unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL. An individual like that doesn't deserve to work with people nor should even be allowed a position in a workplace like this if they're not capable of treating costumers respectfully and with a better sense of humor.
