When I first thought about buying a pizza from Little Caesar's I assumed the pizza was gonna taste like crap. BUT! this place is actually very good! In my opinion I think all the pizza places like Dominos Pizza, Round Table Pizza, Pizza guys, and Mountain Mike's Pizza are all pretty much the same... The reason I really like this place is because when my fiancé and I are really hungry and don't feel like cooking at home we can go grab a ready to go pizza, a bottle of soda and eight pieces of garlic bread sticks for only $10. That is pretty cool. I also love the taste of their pizza compared to all the other pizza places. All of these pizza places prepare their pizza's the same way any other place does. I came in to order crazy puffs and was told 8 minutes. I was on the phone and walked away and waited in the lobby for my food. The workers are staring at me and my friend all rude and it was strange. Then a man (the manager?) comes up to us and says that we can't just loiter. I said I'm waiting for my food he says you don't have food. Apparently I hadn't paid which is my bad, but instead of saying anything the cashier just stared at me for 20 minutes. They were extremely rude and didn't even start my order. Ordered from the website with some buddies, the website offered delivery services so we set an order for delivery. However I realized I put in the wrong address, so I called to correct it, but they told me they don't do delivery. So we drive to the location (over 10min) to pick up the order. Only for them to tell us "doordash" picked up our order. Makes absolutely zero sense, and we had to negotiate for them to reimburse us for the money. The reason i'm writing this review is not to complain about the confusing service, and invalid website details (had nothing stated about doordash), but we ordered the pretzel crust pizza. They had tge hot and ready ready! Breadsticks were fresh and buttery. The neighborhood is sketchy but the employees were friendly amd attentive. There is plenty of parking available in the parking lot. Definitely recommend this lil Caesars if your in this neighborhood. read more

The worst customer service ever. Friday, November 3rd 2017 at approximately 7:47pm, I came in and ordered 2 Hot & Ready Pizzas (1 Pepperoni & 1 Cheese). They were out so I had to wait for them to make more. As I'm waiting, other customers are walking in and ordering Hot & Ready Pizza as well. Well, as the Pizzas are being boxed they're being handed to the customers that ordered after me and the workers are just looking at me like I have something on my face or something. I used to go to this Little Caesars all the time, but after my experience with their customer experience tonight I more than likely will not be returning to this location. My father and I called in to order a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with crazy bread, they didn't even ask for my name (I didn't even realize this until after) and when I went in at 9:50 the doors were already locked, and my order was not put together. I had to reorder the crazy bread as they did not include it in my total, and when I go to my car to check the pizza, it was totally wrong. I went back to tell them, but instead of helping me, they watched me knock on the glass and they also went to the kitchen to hide and peek around the corner thinking that I couldn't see them staring at me. Finally someone came to the door and I told them that the order was wrong, that this was not what I had ordered on the phone, and they said, "Well, we just turned off the oven, sorry."
