Apparently an issue happened at this store but the closure hasn't been reported on the app but yet you can continue placing orders. Called the store and no response. Please remove this store from the app until the store can prepare and deliver orders again. read more

This restaurant is very near to my house so it is very convenient for me for a quick stop for a late snack. I tried their apple pecan chicken salad and it was good, very clean location and the service was very friendly. Definitely next time I will try their chicken wings and pizza . While I was waiting for my salad the smell of pizza was so delicious. I regretted not buying a personal pizza but it was too big just for myself. read more

This is a reliable establishment. We placed an order for my 3-year-old son's party. On the phone call, the staff member patiently waited while I made decisions about how many pies to order, and the snacks that I decided to add on. I haven't had Domino's pizza in years because the food was terrible at the time. I decided to try it again since a new place opened up in the next town and was hoping the food got better. I had the mushroom and sausage on the hand tossed crust which I didn't care for because it was too doughy and the toppings were skimpy. Another time, I ordered the thin crust with extra sauce, bacon, jalepeno and pineapple. That was the combo that worked for me. Yeah I know, pineapple but it's pretty good. I also love the online ordering with pizza tracker. I never had a bad experience with it except that I found out all orders delivering to my town had to be called in because delivery wasn't an available option online. read more

Not bad food, open late, but I just can't get past bad service....I ordered on a Thursday night 4 min before closing, and it got here in about 20 min. And the order was perfect! Great service! But the very next night, the online tracking was completely off. And the driver said there was probably a glitch and u can't trust the online tracker..then why have it? Plus they didn't bring the side dipping sauce..I know that's minor, but it did cost .50. I called back to complain, and they said they'd send it, but I was already eating...but I know better to order again from a place about which I complained! (Trust me..) I tried to order pizza at 6:30 pm on halloween night. maybe they were busy, but after i listened to a two minute ad and finally got someone on the phone, the employee hung up on me after a few seconds. i tried calling a second time and after listening to the ad again, i finally got the same employee answering the phone. i immediately asked for the specials but he had the nerve to tell me to stop prank calling him. then he hung up, wasting a total of four minutes of my time. this might not seem a lot, but i was very frustrated because all i wanted were two medium pizzas! i might have sounded like a teenager, but thay doesn't mean i dont have the right to order. my god! worst customer service ever. read more

I see lots of bad reviews here, but my experience with this Dominos was great. I'm a Truck Driver and stayed for a night on a parking lot of one of the local businesses, i gave instructions(online) to the driver and he delivered with no problem. Order was accurate. I will start off with saying I have never had an issue until tonight, randomly something might be wrong but it was always rectified... I have easily ordered from here over 500 times before and after the reopening. Tonight was the worst ever and I am furious. The driver couldn't find the house, which I understand sometimes you miss a turn, I was on the phone with him as he's in front saying I'm coming out and he drives away then comes back half a block away. It's fine he clearly was overwhelmed and had a lot of orders and just couldn't handle a gps. I get the food come in and the order is completely wrong. I'm not a stickler for many things but the one item wasn't supposed to have chicken and it did. I called the store, this is where I lost it and am furious. The person who answered I explained what was wrong and at first he didn't believe me about the chicken, to where I said it was wrong and the amount of attitude I received was insane. He then told me he would give me a credit for sandwich, I said I don't want a credit but just want to tell you how instructions on the order weren't followed, he said again he would credit me for the sandwich but to get credit I would have to call in next order and give a code etc. It took over an hour for my food to come where this location is just over 5 mins away and a nightmare experience, I would have refunded the whole order I wouldn't have said here's 6 bucks credit but to use it you have to call in etc, and again I was fine with no refund or looking for it, but after all this I'm furious. I also then said how delivery guy was way off etc and he said well he doesn't speak English, it's not a language barrier following a left or right. It's also not a hard concept to have customer service. Whoever was the person answering the phones on 8/14 around 930/10 should be fired, I will never use this location again and will encourage anyone I know to do the same. read more

So I made an order tonight at 11:00pm and it never showed up.When I called to check on it at 12:15 they told me that location was closed and I should try to call tomorrow and talk to the manager and try to get a deal or something. Needless to say I was totally disappointed at the complete lack of customer service. There is a code of trust when you order pizza delivery. Having an online order system should eliminate any mistakes as we triple check our details before ordering. Pizza crust came wrong... crappy deep dish instead of hand tossed. 2 Ranch dressings instead of bleu cheese, one of which I paid extra for. And the guy took forever to get to my place, missed by about 2 houses. Should have known better than "settle" for Domino's. Never. Again. read more

I am giving a one star on the fact that the service is horrible. I was put on hold twice for over 4 minutes and they picked up and hung up on me both times. Never spoke to an actual person. Dominos in general is great. It's fast food, it's not gourmet, but I think just about everyone ordering from here knows that. However, this store in Berkeley Heights is awful. Out of the 4 times I've ordered from there, every time they have forgotten to include the dipping cups that I ordered. My bill has been charged every time for the extra cups and they've been left out. It's really annoying getting hot wings and not being given the ranch you asked and paid for. I recommend you order from literally any other location. Forgetting something once, maybe even twice, can just be an oversight. But 4 times is either horrible staffing who cant read, or store policy. read more
