I wish they could get it together. In about one out of three visits through their drive thru, they get our orders wrong which we don't discover until we unpack them at home. Happened again today--2 orders, both sandwiches wrong and shorted us on our soups. Is there a soup shortage? Normally we get a full container of soup, but tonight we both got bowls only about 2/3 full. Called the manager, Gabriel, who was very apologetic and offered to either replace our orders or give us a full refund. We opted for the refund. BTW, our receipt detailed our two orders correctly, so there appears to be a "disconnect" between the order taker and whoever prepares the food. This location's inconsistency is frustrating. Giving them one more star than last review, because Gabriel was so apologetic and helpful. UPDATE: 12/21/20-I just don't understand why this issue occurs repeatedly--see pics--what part of "NO OLIVES" do they not get??? The drive thru order taker even repeats our orders back for confirmation and then we get our food home, unpack it and once again, there they are all over my sandwich--OLIVES. Another Schlotzsky's sandwich going straight into the trash can! Do the people who work in their kitchen just not care or can they not read??? THREE pieces of paper in the bag confirming acknowledgment of our request for NO OLIVES: TWO greasy kitchen order tickets stating "NO OLIVES" in RED and the receipt. If you go to the Boerne Schlotzsky's...bring your winter coat, hat and gloves. It is seriously SO cold in there I couldn't stay. I got to the register to order and asked the girl behind the counter why it was so cold and she said 'because the kitchen gets hot.' Well...if it's too cold for customers then you won't need to worry about the people in the kitchen much longer. Today was not the first time I've been in there when it was so cold. My friends and I were there last week and we left. Another time I got my food and went somewhere else to eat. I know restaurants are typically cooler and I always bring a jacket...but even with a jacket it was still WAY too cold to stay. read more

This was the worst Schlotzsky's experience. Every time we asked the lady taking out order a question she answers with, "I don't know, I've been here two weeks." She never made an attempt to get an answer to any of our menu questions. She brought our food and my box landed upside down on the floor and she handed to to me to put on my table. I asked for marinara and she said they didn't have any. I asked if they put red sauce in the pizza and could I have some, so she brought me a cold cup of marinara. The moment she walked up to me, she was already giving me attitude. When i asked if there were anymore sugar cookies she rolled her eyes and said we are out for the day so I'm like no problem, I told her I'll get 2 of the chocolate chip cookies. When i was tryin got order, she was rushing me. She wasn't listening to what i was ordering to where she messed up. She was trying to charge me for two meals instead of one and got upset with me about it but i tried to tell her i wanted to change my order to the other sandwich, and to take the other one off. She didn't listen and tried to charge me $21, now because I'm of ordered with y'all multiple times before i knew the price wasn't right so i asked her to read me my order and she got mad at me and snapped at me while telling me what she put on my list. We love Schlotsky's Turkey Clubs... their a meal in itself, but the Boerne location gets only 2 stars from me. I usually use Door Dash as often I'm just too pooped to fix anything, and the last thing I want to do is get back in the car and deal with local traffic. It's worth the extra $10-15 tip to have it delivered. We've ordered from Schlotsky's 4 times in the past year through Door Dash. We always order 3 Turkey Clubs; two with mayo, and one hold the mayo but add spicey mustard/mustard. Two out of the 4 times they actually got it right. The 2 other times all 3 were slathered with mayo. When you're paying $45 for 3 freakin' sandwiches it would be nice to like what you are eating, instead of peeling away half the sandwich throwing away bacon and other portions.
