We ordered a pizza online and picked it up in the store Sunday night 3/29/20 the girl working that night was super rude. Nobody was inside, she told my husband to step back and basically threw the pizza at my husband. She wasn't friendly at all, we felt like a inconvenience being there. I understand what's going on in the world, but you shouldn't be treating customers like that. I'm hoping she doesn't treat everyone like this or your going to lose more customers. We order from this Dominos quite often as we live around the corner from it. The employees are kind and do their best to serve their customers. I have had a few instances where my order was wrong or my pizza was burned. Amber is one of the managers and made it right by offering a credit on my account. She is always very kind and attentive. The employees work hard and there hasn't been one time I've been in to pick up and they're not slammed with orders. This location is always busy! Nevertheless, they are always cheerful and do their best to get their orders out quickly. read more

I ordered the special online, 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings and they are so good. Now I know why Rory McIlroy loves Domino's Pizza. This location in Brea is the best. I ordered for pick up at 2:45 but I was in the neighborhood at 1:45 so I called to change the pick up time and the manager was so accommodating. I picked up the pizzas at 2:05 and she made it happen. Placed an online order today for a large pepperoni pizza and an order of bread sticks. Picked up the pizza and took it home. I live maybe 5 minutes away. Not only was our food not very hot after our short drive but I was astonished that dominoes was ok with serving this to us. There was a river of whatever liquid they use on the bread at the bottom of the box. We were in no mood to take it back and had to use multiple paper towels to try and not have soaking wet bread, which by the way looked mangled. And the pizza we got looked like we ordered thin crust...which we did not. Dissapointed. After having issues in the past with their food making me and my younger brother sick and giving them another try months down the road I will not be going back to this location again. read more

We've NEVER had a bad pizza from this Dominos location, and their Brooklyn-style pizza is great! I always order online and it is the FASTEST! Our Dominos is barely 1 mile away straight down the street, so we always pick up. It's great to order online when we're coming home, because we can be at the 60 fwy getting onto the 57, getting off at Brea Canyon, and by the time we get there (within 7-8 minutes-I drive FAST), it is ready! read more

Eat here often, this was the first time that we had ordered a sandwich, Rob wanted a Philly cheesesteak, looked great in the photos on the app, horrible when it got here. I just noticed I was overcharged by $10 on my credit card. I am not sure if this was an accident or intentional. It was a carry out and maybe someone decided to tip themself $10? This is the first time I went to this location. I ordered 8 pieces of buffalo wings. The wings are smaller than normal sizes and one of the wing was even half the size of the others. The sauce made it soooo soggy. I would not order wings again from domino's.
