Ordered lunch from my office because I was unable to leave. Ordered lunch for me and another coworker at 11:45 am. Recieved a call at 12:33 from the store telling me that my order was going to be an addition 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. The lady then proceeded to tell me that traffic was bad. I work approximately 2 blocks down Central. When I pointed that out she then said well I have 7 deliveries and only 2 drivers. I asked if it would be quicker if I just came and got it and she replied "yes, it has been done already!" so I clarified that my food has been sitting and would continue to sit for at least another half hour until it would be delivered. She responded yes. I said I would come get it and had to leave my office unattended, which I dont do, and go pick it up. On top of that she refunded my inital order, which is now stuck in limbo with my bank for the next 7 days, and charged me again minus only the delivery charge. My food tasted like it had been sitting for quite a while. So not impressed. I got a salad with it which was warm if that gives you an idea. Totally bad service and crappy customer service. I got home from a 21 hour flight from Indonesia to LA and just wanted something quick to eat. I ordered a pizza around 3 pm online. The system tells you when it's made and when it leaves the store. My pizza sat for 22 minutes before leaving the store. I only live a half miles from the store and received a Luke warm pizza. I ordered pizza last night (a Saturday night) at around 830pm. There online ordering was down so I ordered over the phone. The women that took my order was so polite and offered me the deals that were listed online. She was so sweet and helpful. She quoted me about 45 min to an hour as they were super busy on delivery. I always order from this location and they never disappoint. My pizza was delivered to me in less then 30 min. The delivery man was so nice he even called before knocking as I advised them I had a loud dog. They have also improved their recipe in the last year! Yum! read more

I am not going to lie- it was a holiday weekend and my family was indoors enjoying a movie marathon. I used the ap to order the special. It was $5.99 for a medium pizza, sandwich, bread or pasta. We ordered and kept the expectations low. Imagine my surprise when out items came in less than 30 minutes. The items were all correct and piping hot too! this was an okay place. It was good because like it was pizza and I'm a really big fan of pizza. The pizza was kinda old when I ordered it I personally told the waiter that I wanted it to be fresh. But it wasn't. I mean don't get me wrong they had a good sport about it they weren't giving me rude looks or anything. So they exchanged it with a fresh pizza which made me really happy. Seriously, how do you screw up a one-topping pizza order? The order-taker was totally lost, the price wasn't accepted because of the wrong "coupon code", oh and the pizza itself was horrible. Deliver was fast, but I left specific instructions to call instead of knock on my door. I have two dogs, and it's almost midnight. The delivery guy did not read my instructions and knocked. I have no complaints only compliments. Pizza was fresh and fluffy. Chicken was crispy and liked the tomatoe cheese and bacon as a topping. Pizza was ready when the app said it would be. Staff was friendly and took no time at all. Cant beat the price for the quality. read more

The pizza is delicious; still my favorite. However, the staff at this location have recently been causing me to consider ordering from another store from now on. On June 5th, I ordered two large pizzas for delivery to my house; which is two miles from the store. The tracker said the driver had left and I also received an automated call telling me the same thing. TWENTY MINUTES LATER the driver, Rose, called from a private number to ask for directions. I told her that we were very easily located right off Imperial in Brea. This is when she told me that she was in fullerton. After another twenty minutes I called the store to ask if they had any idea where Rose was. After telling me that she had gotten confused with the address and should be there shortly, the woman on the phone offered a discount on our order, which we payed for with a credit card. In the mean time it took Rose another 15 minutes to arrive. The pizza was cold. So, after noticing that a discount hadn't been credited back to my card, I visited the store and asked the manager to see if she knew why we hadn't received the discount yet, and she looked up my number and told me that there was no discount offer associated with my account. Luckily, the person I originally spoke to on the phone remembered me and they ended up giving me a $20 credit; which I was perfectly happy with. After using the credit for another order a couple weeks later, the total only came out to $17 and some change. Today, I ordered one medium pizza and the total was $11.33. When I tried to apply the remaining balance on my credit, the woman (same one who couldn't find the discount in my account) told me that "it doesn't work that way." Once you use any of the credit, the rest is void. I told her that was ridiculous, considering that the whole reason we had the credit is because they messed up in the first place. She ended up giving me the $2 discount on today's order, but the protocol seems flawed. read more

This was one of the best Domino's until today. It was disappointing to walk into the store with employees yelling at each other with customers there. The only staff member acting professionally was the young man who took our order. A young woman was at the register when we walked in and she was not in uniform. She then walked to the back and put an apron on and made a pizza while yelling the whole time. Then she came out into the waiting area talking with her girlfriend where she continued to yell to the other employees behind the counter. She mentioned that there were two assistant managers working who didn't address the yelling. It was very unprofessional. The staff had no regard for the customers. This occurred around 5:30 pm.
