From pizza to wings to salads and more, they can satisfy a hungry crowd. The pizzas were generously topped with quality ingredients. The classics we ordered recently are the cheese and pepperoni. The crust was crisp and had the right amount of chew. We also got the margarita, which is surprisingly loaded with toppings. The tomato slices and basil were covering the pie. I really enjoyed this pizza. The flavors were classic, yet they made this pie their own. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, and they offer some great deals. This review is for the Placentia store. We have seen this pizza place for a couple of years when my son stays in Brea for work. We finally ordered for our small family gathering and it was super delicious! We ordered The Feast deal for a small family gathering, 4 adults and a toddler. The Feast comes with a very large 2 topping pizza with a choice of crust, we ordered thin crust sausage and pepperoni, the meats were very generous and evenly topped on the pizza, not at all skimpy, and their pizza dough is made fresh daily, very good! Then you can choose between I believe four salads, I went with a basic garden salad and it was great! Again it is a very generous portion, fresh and delicious. The next option is wings, boneless or not, we ordered bone in and surprise! They are very delicious large meaty wings! I loved the flavor and for me they were cooked perfectly, my husband likes his wings overdone to me, you get 8 of them. The last delicious option is dough knots, garlic or cinnamon. I am not exaggerating that I would go to Brea to try this breakfast place then on my 2 hour drive home I would stop for knots!!! Omg! We ordered the garlic knots, I can't even believe how good they were! They were random in size and cute and obviously freshly made, they had a tiny little crunch on the outside with a super nice bready inside, the are perfectly baked! Then they pour an amazing butter garlic sauce, I want some now! My only regret in Porky's Pizza is I didn't also order the cinnamon knots, I almost can't even imagine how they must be! You also get a 2 lite of soda. We had more than enough food! The price for the Feast is right and this is a really nice pizza place! Clean and friendly. Thought I took a picture! We've noticed that their pizza is never greasy like others can be. We can customize the pizzas with different toppings or order the specialty ones they have on the menu. Pretty good pizza. I've always kind of stayed away because the pizzas are pretty expensive, but I got an online ad for a free medium Porky's special when you buy $25 of more, so I thought might as well give it a shot. I got one medium The Fear which had jalapeños, sausage, pepperoni, and onion and one medium porky's special, which is like a supreme at every pizza place. Pizza was really good. I like how the dough is nice and thick and chewy and they don't skimp on the toppings. It was a little weird as the toppings were kind of loose on the top of the pizza and a lot of it kept falling off while eating. Kind of hard to eat, but still a tasty slice. Overall, it's a pretty good pizza. Again, kind of expensive, but if you sign up for the email mailing list, you should get some decent offers. read more

I had an amazing experience at Porkys! From start to finish, everything was perfect. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service, and quality food from Layla and Brittany. Layla greeted me with a warm smile the second I walked in, making me feel right at home. She was so patient and helpful while I decided on my order, offering great suggestions and making sure I had everything I needed. Brittany, on the other hand, made sure my food arrived quickly and with a personal touch that made the meal even more enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The pizza itself was phenomenal - perfectly crispy crust, delicious sauce, and fresh ingredients. But the top-notch service from these two made the experience even more special. Porky's gotta be the top pizza in the OC. Top two and it's not two type beat. The thin crust pepperoni is my favorite. Crisp, but it's not hard. It's the perfect balance. And there's something about the pepperoni that's just extra good. It is a bit on the pricier end, but the family meal is so worth it! You get a large two topping, with wings, salad, drink and a choice of cinna or garlic knots! So delicious. And you can add a large one topping pizza for 12.99. Hence, I do think it's reasonable especially with food prices these days. I will be back. Even if it's a bit far from me; it's worth the drive! We used to love Porky's and just hadn't ordered in a long while. Recently, we ordered delivery twice from Porky's (in a two-week period) and our order has been wrong both times. First time, we ordered the Feast and half of the order wasn't there. The driver did say he would retrieve the rest but our order still came in waves. Most recent, the Feast was all there but there was no grilled chicken on the grilled chicken salad. We just threw most of it away. The garlic knots were good, salad was not good and pizza was fine. Sadly, I'll look elsewhere since it is comparable in price to other pizza places we frequent. read more

My friend had a party and bought the pizzas from here. I can't tell you if it's expensive but I can say it's delicious!! The large aren't super big but 4 boxes did feed 14-16 people. One was a margarita style pizza with basil, tomato and cheese. Delicious!! I went back for more. There was a meat filled ones and that smelled good too. It's not a pizza where you go, wow where's this from. What I liked was the crust. It had a hint of sweetness and it wasn't hard like cardboard. This isn't domino's pizza. I look for three things when I eat pizza. 1. Crust- does it have enough chew to it without being floppy? 2. Sauce- is it simple yet flavorful but not overpowering? 3. Topping quality. This place hit all three. The crust is great, it's airy has good structure and chew. Their sauce definitely carries the pizza, adds a nice tang. Just wanted to give a shout out to Porky's employee, AJ. Great customer service! Porky's has been our go-to pizza for over 10 years. Between parties and just a regular easy meal night we've probably ordered 500 pizzas over that time... maybe more. In that time, there's been a few mishaps. Mainly that the pizzas arrives way overcooked and no one eats it. About a year ago, this happened and I took pictures and sent a message through Facebook. The next day I got a call apologizing and saying that they would credit my account. I thought this was great... and then promptly forgot about it. Since then, I've probably ordered 20 pizzas or so and nobody ever mentioned anything about it...until AJ. He followed procedure asking for my phone number, even though it was a pick up order, read the notes and saw there was a credit and asked me about it. I was so delighted! The order was covered which let me send somebody else to pick up the pizza instead of me. Thank you AJ! About the pizza: Everybody likes it. Kids, especially. It seems like every time we have Porky's with new friends, it becomes their go to pizza as well. We pretty much stick with cheese, pepperoni, and the Porky's special (Dad pizza). My latest visit was a pickup order I had made over the phone on a Friday evening. I was quoted about 35-40 minutes and the two pies I ordered were ready on time. Ordered a x-large manager's special ($25.99) with pepperoni, grilled chicken, and lots of pepperoncini plus a medium pepperoni ($14). The price is steep but this is a specialty pizza location and not a chain. I love love love pizza crust and Porky's does it right. Ok so I've been coming to Porky's for years now but our most recent visit has me downgrading their rating. We ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni/sausage pizza as part of the family meal. Got home and noticed that everything looked kind of burnt. Like it had an overall brown color to the cheese and meat. Everyone was hungry so we just digged in. 2 bites into my slice I noticed that the pepperoni/sausage side had no cheese! They forgot to put cheese on that half. How do you put cheese one side and not put it on the other side?!? Didn't feel like driving all the way back and the kids were already eating their cheese side so didn't bother to complain.
