It had been a while since last time I was here. I used to love their Holy chicken which is now named super cluck. I was a bit disappointed because it's not as I remembered it. I remember it tasting better and I couldn't pin point what the difference was. The spiced tots were very spicy and had way too much of the Cajun spice as you can see what was left behind. The tots portion was very generous but too spicy for me. We noticed at the end that you can purchase dipping sauces. I wish they would've told us but maybe next time. The staff were nice as usual and were trying to keep the areas clean. They have restrooms onsite and the sink area outside that's very accessible. It is a fast casual ambiance where you order at the register, you get a number and they bring your order to you. The drinks are self service and unlimited refills. There is a parking structure that's super close to the location behind the movie theatre. I've gone here consistently with family and usually the service is efficient and trained, so I can't rate this lower. And maybe it was just a bad day and they couldn't handle a rush, but my experience today was so poor. It took over an hour to get our food (take out) and we checked multiple times to see if they called our name out already. At thirty minutes, we were met with "You guys are next" and another thirty minutes goes by, they said, "Your food is just coming out." Mind you, they never went to check and food boxes were being piled up at the bagging table. Other people were getting their orders even if they ordered after us. So they were just lying to assuage us and not to actually help. The final time we asked, they searched all the bags and couldn't find our order. They scrolled through their tablet and had to scroll to the section that was marked green (which I assume is already served orders) to find what we ordered. Then boxed it. I even saw someone refund their order and others try to cancel their orders because of the wait.
