This place is the real deal. Even the salt & pepper is imported from Cheflu. The crust had a lite crunch on the outside and chewy center, the sauce had the perfect amount of bite to it, the ricotta was soft and fresh. Very delightful experience! By 8:39 PM, we still had no food and no communication. When we finally went to the restaurant to figure out what was going on, the doors were locked and they weren't answering the phone. We had to knock on the door just to get someone's attention. Once we spoke to them, they claimed they called us three times to say they were out of dough, but we never received a single call. When we asked for any proof of those calls so we could show the app and request a refund, they refused to provide anything. They also said they would not refund us because the order was placed through the app, even though they never fulfilled the order. To make matters worse, another couple came in and picked up their pizza while we were there, and they said they placed their order after ours. So after waiting almost two hours, we ended up with no pizza, no refund, and no help resolving the issue. Running out of dough can happen, but the lack of communication, locked doors, unanswered phones, and refusal to help resolve the refund made this a very disappointing experience.
