We order from here since it's so close when we're feel feeling lazy. The thing is though--it's not good! Every time we order, the food is burnt and has very little sauce. I called and placed an order and during which I was told that they were out of chicken wings. Not an issue with the chicken wings, the pizzas is all that was needed anyway. I was told that the four pizzas were going to be 20-30 minutes for delivery. Again, no issues, we can wait. I missed a call from Dominos so I returned the call. I was told that nobody called but the driver was going to be there in 20 minutes. I again received a call from them about 40 minutes from the original call and was told that my order was not submitted yet. They were out of bacon, green peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, and a multiple of of other toppings which doesn't work for me since I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, Supreme, Meat Lovers, and a pepperoni/bacon/extra cheese. Sad excuse for service, and extremely disappointed with the operations. Definitely will order somewhere else off base. read more

I love this Dominos. They have only gotten my order wrong once and that was they forgot some sauce, the driver went all the way back to dominos to get me the sauce. They deliver fast and the drivers are really nice. read more

ordered a few weeks back, they made my pizza wrong but everything else was correct. no biggie, i call and i wait on hold for about 10 minutes listening to the same 3 dominos ads over and over- not pleasant, gonna be honest. finally someone picks up, i tell them that they made the pizza on my order wrong, it was no problem, and that i would like it remade. if not, just refunded. the guy put me on hold for another 5 minutes because he couldnt figure out how to find my order i guess? he just didnt sound like he knew what he was doing.. and then a woman comes to the phone and finds my order, offers to remake it (i accept), and then said the delivery might be a little while longer. i said "no worries, thanks so much," and i hang up. 2 hours pass by and i havent come into contact with the delivery driver. i call again," hey i was wondering if i could check the status of my order for ____?" the woman on the phone says," oh it says its out for delivery, it will be there soon." i ask for an ETA because its been now 3 hours since i initially ordered, and im getting pretty of hungry. she told me the driver would drop it off after they completed the other deliveries, which didnt really give me a decisive time to expect my food... so i asked her to cancel the delivery and just refund the one pizza. she said ok its been cancelled and refunded. it was not. it was just cancelled. didnt even bother calling them again or going back down there, i dont think any of them care to be there- not that i blame them. i tried to get a refund via the dominos website but it just gave me a 20% off coupon that i had to use within like 48 hours or something?? not f*cking likely bro. the food was good (this time, minus my botched 'za), but the service was pretty lackluster. none of the employees really seemed to understand how to do their jobs when it came to customer service, out of the 3 people i ended up talking to only one sounded like she knew what was going on. probably never going to order from this dominos. read more

ordered about 30$ worth of food, and as i was keeping track on the track order, saw the delivery was about 9 minutes away, the tracker updated that the delivery was delivered. i was outside the whole time waiting for them but didnt see any dominos cars, so i waited for about 20 solid minutes and tried to call the dominos i ordered from and all the options i had was to make an order to the automated service system. so i am left with no food, and got 30$ ripped off. read more

I have had many pleasant experiences ordering from this location. Delivery is always fast and friendly. During the brush fires on Camp Pendleton, the Firefighters were pulling 12 hour shifts and eating bag lunch's. This Dominos delivered free pizza's to the Firefighters. Thank you Courtney for taking care of those putting themselves in harms way. I know this act of kindness was appreciated by all the firefighters and has earned my respect as well. read more

I ordered 8 boneless wings and received the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen! 2 of them were just crust. No chicken. Neither of the sauces I ordered were included either. Worst customer service of any base establishment. Took our order and told us a delivery time but didn't tell us they didn't deliver to our address. We had to calm them after an hour of no pizza when the wait time was 20 mins and then they told us they didn't deliver to our neighbor hood. Will never order from any dominos pizza on base again. I dont understand whats the big fuss? I literally PCAd from horno yesterday, i was shocked with the service here. The delivery personel actually come to your door here (14area), they actually are courteous asf. I was so shocked i gave the guy a 5 dollar tip. Got my whole order right, still pretty hot, didnt burn anything. Fast delivery. On point. I guess when you have everything its easier to complain about everything too. I say all this because before ordering i saw all these other reviews, the establishment came off as having a bad rep. But i was treated otherwise. This is the slowest Dominos I've ever been to. Their customer service is terrible. Especially this one male, server #6566. Stay away! This Dominos is very convenient for any Marines living on Mainside. They are usually pretty quick and the food is normally of good quality. Also the drivers are very polite. HOWEVER, I recently went there at an odd hour and ordered a pizza. I brought it back to work only to discover pubic hair on it. It wasn't just one strand of hair that may have accidentally fallen from their head. This was like 4 or 5 pieces, some of which was baked into the pizza. This was deliberate. I spoke to the manager about it, and supposedly the girl he thinks may have done it, wont be working there any more for other reasons. I still wouldn't eat there again. Sorry that's just disgusting. We placed our order online. We have ordered a few times from this location. After 45 minutes, I checked the 'tracker' for an update and it said,"mmmm. Your order has been delivered". I then called to inquire about our order. The girl on the phone said they had to void the order because we were out of their delivery zone. This is after she stated that the last time they delivered to us was July. Her statement confirmed that we are, in fact, in their delivery zone. She said they forwarded our order to another location. She gave me that number and said I should ask for Josh. He had no recollection of any order from us. I asked to speak to her manager, Sam, but he was 'too busy to talk'. I asked her if they had any intention on simply calling us to inform us of the situation and she said 'no'. They simply voided our order. I explained to her that we are business owners and their lack of customer service is astounding. If this were my staff, I would definitely look into hiring a new one. By making one simple phone call, this entire issue would have been avoided. From this point on, we will give our business to Pizza Hut. read more

The pizza, chicken, etc are all fine. The food is normal Domino's and the food arrives on time. My main complaint is I have paid for extra sauce about 4 times and they have never brought it, and when sauce is supposed to come to with a side they never bring that either. We either go without or have to drive out and pick up the sauce. When I'm paying extra for a "dip" I would like that to actually come with my meal. read more
