The food was terrible. The pizza crust was very soft, not crispy at all. It was undercooked the dough look like it was. It went through a toilet first and then onto the pan they were skimpy on the ingredients. It was a $9.98 pizza and you get to choose seven ingredients. The mushrooms were completely burnt. They were just a little bitty pieces the green pepper. There was hardly anything on there. I would not order from these people if it was free it was terrible. Not only that I ordered a side salad which cost $7.95 and they give you a big bowl with about one handful of lettuce. On top of it the driver forgets the salad so we had to wait for him to get back so we can have dinner. I gave it 2 because of the coupon that is given online if not for that 1 or 0. The food I just got was nasty me n my folks just gave it all to the dog. Ordered ahead of time for a delivery at 8:15. By 9:15 it still had not arrived. Called the store and after thirty minutes on hold I was told that I was the next one to go out. My tracker told me my pizza was finished at 7:56. When I told the person who answered that they said "Yes, our delivery time has been about two hours since I got here". Very unhappy with service, Called to place a order for delivery and it was very loud in the background, could barely hear person on the phone, sounded like a party going on , finally placed order , made payment-And then they told me they couldn't not take my order because they were too busy and even if I drove over to get they would not be able to make it and my payment would be refunded in two or three days . Overall, one of the best Domino's I've been to. My boyfriend and I order from here at least a couple times a month and the food always comes out great; so much better than Papa Johns or Pizza hut! I'm giving it 4 stars because of our last visit there. We ordered carry out and when we got home, realized that they gave us the wrong cheesy bread. So we drove all the way back and had to sit there for 20+ minutes while they made us the correct one. We were offered some lava cakes to enjoy while we waited but didn't receive them until after our cheesy bread was ready. 1/5 stars for the lava cakes too; not very good. The communication between the management and the drivers needs to be better I ordered from the Domino's app I stated on the Domino's app please bring change for $100 bill the driver called me and said that they could not do $100 in change in delivery but that I was free to come up to the store and use the same $100 bill to purchase my food. The confirmation email said my pizza would be ready in 16-26 minutes. I live 4 minutes away. So a reasonable estimate would be about 20-35 minutes MAX. It was an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered before I received COLD pizza! And to top it off, I had called after an hour to asked about the pizza -(it had said it was in delivery for 20 minutes and the WALK time there is only 10 minutes). I'm allergic to corn, and, upon learning this, the young woman making pizzas immediately and cheerfully changed my order (which hadn't been started yet) from a hand-tossed crust, which is coated in corn-meal so that it's not so sticky, to a thin crust, which is not covered with corn-meal. We've been ordering from this location for a few years now. Decent pizza delivered in a decent amount of time and sometimes hotter than others. The one star is for the manager deciding in his or her omnipotence that they no longer delivered to our location. They are 3.3 miles from us and the Bankhead location is 3.6. Go figure.
