Service is really good. We were seated fast and orders were taken shortly afterwards. I got the fish and chips. The deep fried fish was good but average in my opinion. The fries were tasty. It satisfied my hunger but it was just average to me. My girlfriend got the chili bowl with jalapeño cornbread. She liked it but again felt it was average fare. The portions are pretty big but bigger doesn't necessarily mean it's better. I will probably try again but I think the burgers are a better option than the fish and chips. I had it on my bank card showing me that I paid for it and told her that I'm gonna have to come pick it up and I will meet the Uber driver up there and I also called the and he was fine with me picking it up. I was on my way up there. She said I was absolutely not taking the food that I was not getting it. She didn't care if I paid for it. She was very I work in customer service. I'm a general manager and if that situation would've came, I would've let the person come up and got their food instead of them getting charged because I was still charged $38 for the food that I bought. So I don't know if she's just on a power trip, but she was just very rude and I think she handled it very poorly. I could not change the address because the order was already through so Uber could not do anything. They even told me it was OK to go pick it up. She was just like absolutely not. It is not happening so I will not be back to this establishment. If that's the kind of customer service you have to deal with. I come there a lot and drive up there, but I will not deal with this. Without hesitation, I walked from Dots Market back to McIntosh's then my bartender Jamie handed me my tab/receipt. I paid cash for this bill but please take ONE minute to meticulously review the bartender's handwriting on the attached receipt. My son loved the buffalo chicken sandwich, and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the buffalo chicken bites.
