I had an unexpected meeting at work and it was a working lunch. Help ! I'm not going to the meeting without anything to eat , and than have no lunch for the entire day. Quick thinking. Don't give me any flak. I ordered Domino's online and they came to my rescue in 30 minutes. I ordered the thin crust sausage pizza and I actually liked it. I love how it was cut in tiny squares (like on a party pizza) and I didn't look like a pig eating this wide slice of pizza . Apparently all thin crust pizza is cut this way. I actually tasted oregano and fennel on the pizza perhaps it was in the Italian sausage . The pizza was hot and delivered quick. I'd do it again. read more

Amy, the owner, was nice enough to comp me a pizza, which was not necessary but appreciated. When I called in for the pizza the girl that took my order called Steph over and asked if she was to apply the credit to the order. Steph said "Yes, but make sure you charge them a delivery fee!" So the talk the owner said she had with Stephanie was not well received, and Stephanie still has her attitude. Ashley actually had a driver drop the delivery fee off to my store the next day from Amy's direction, but again all this because the manager could care less about her customers and that doesn't seem to change. So time to say goodbye to Dominos and give our money to other local stores that care about their customers. Which is a shame, because I like their thin crust pizza the best, but I would be an idiot to give a company money that treats me and my store with contempt and attitude. This is also a shame for the owner who seems very nice and cares about her customers, and shows how one employee can drive people away from your business. In today's market there is no room to alienate the people that not only give you money to pay your bills, but word of mouth in a small town can really hurt your business. I do not want that to happen to any business, but I already changed the first review from a one star to a 5 star for the way Amy handled the first situation, but because the situation continues I have updated this review with 2 stars. read more

I ordered cinnamon twists and buffalo chicken bites, both with 2 packs of sauce. I did not get any sauce at all, and when I called the woman that answered said she would let me driver know but I never got any delivered after that. It would not be that big of a deal except for the fact that this is the third time I have gotten delivery from this location and this is the third time they did not bring any sauce which I paid for. Also, the buffalo chicken bites were a little burnt on the edges. Overall, I just wanted my sauce that I paid for and I never got it. You can't eat cinnamon twists without icing. read more

we all know dominos. if youre bored with the dominos pizza youre used to, check this place out. they keep it fresh by never making anything the same twice. tired of fully cooked crust? this is your place. had enough of those evenly distributed toppings? this franchise would never stoop to that. they allow their cooks to express themselves. and the best part: do you feel uncomfortable with the formal customer service style of almost any chain restaurant in the country? dont worry, these guys talk to you like theyre right at home, on the couch, talking to their little sister. very comforting. this place should have a special for gambling addicts. but i think it is really more geared towards college kids on the brink of a blackout. my chickens wont eat this food. read more

If I could give less stars I would. Usually my friends and I order from this location and generally have no problems. However our latest order was a complete disaster. They took 2 hours from placing the order to actually deliver it, and when we did get it the boxes looked like they had been sat on, the food was warm at best, it tasted bad and there were several hairs found on several slices of pizza. In addition, the management (who we called multiple times) blamed their driver/delivery man, and the fact that they were busy instead of apologizing and doing something about the issue. They also did not want to give us a refund or anything, and eventually told us that if the pizza did ever come, we didn't have to pay. This was not enough, obviously, as the pizza came looking like it was run over by a car, and we were now extra hungry because we had waited so long. They said they're open til 2am, called at 1:15 and got hung up on. When I called back, was on the phone for 15 minutes and no one picked up. Found out that they closed early. Worst experience ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS. I will be ordering else where from now on. read more

This place bomb! Always nice, foods great, fast delivery, and ran by the best! They certainly strive to make customers happy, even though I understand some customers you cant satisfy regardless what you do, I've been in cust serv long enough to understand this. They also do more for the community and schools then most businesses do. I mean what staff takes the time to cook Thanksgiving dinner for the community, unlock their door Thanksgiving morning and pass free plates out. Not place is perfect but dominos has my heart! read more

I wish I could give it less than one star. Absolutely worst experience. I can see this Dominos from my dorm and it took two hours to get our pizza. I called 4 times, the first time we called the cashier said there was no policy for late deliveries even though we had already been waiting over an hour at this point. We called again after it had been an hour and a half and he said it was still on delivery and we still had to pay full price. He said "We aren't pizza hut, we don't have a late pizza policy you can call them instead." The third time we called we asked to speak to a manager. I explained that it had now been an hour and forty five minutes and we still didn't have our pizza. She said I will call your diver John and get back to you. She then hung up on me and never called me back. We then called another fifteen minutes late (It had now been two hours) and I asked to speak to the manager again. I said it had been two hours and she said, "He's outside your building and has tried calling." I said our building is just a house and that there was no door to be let into he just had to and knock on our front door. She then responded, and I quote, "He is an old man and he kinda sucks." ( Who talks to a customer about their own employee like this). I then respond that we want to cancel our order because it has been so long. She said, "ok, just keep the pizza if he ever shows up." He did show up, at the time he arrived he was two hours and fifteen minutes late. His behavior was very strange but we got the pizza. I take the pizza to our room and it is destroyed, it looks like he smashed and rubbed it on the ground. We were so hungry at this point that we decided to try it, we found two hairs in our pizza. One in the bread bites and one in the pizza. The only thing we were able to eat was the Sprite. I don't know what happened tonight but Domino's had horrible customer service, incredibly late food, no policy for late pizza, drivers that they describe "suck", and cold, smashed, late, pizza with hair on it. read more
