Very poor service at this location. The cashier swore at me "god d-- it" when I was picking up my order. He was incredibly stressed, running into things, super disorganized and overall the whole experience was very poor for simply just picking up my pizza. I understand it was a busy Friday night but I didn't need to be sworn at due to his stress level. I do believe it looked like it could have been his first day on the job, due to the "service" he was providing. It's just pizza. :) read more

Order was wrong, attemped to call and have it corrected. I spent 20 minutes on hold with the automated system with no answer. I hung up and called back, someone picked up and immediately out me on hold, for another 10 minutes. I tried calling back multiple times being on hold for at least 5 minutes with no answer. I will not be ordering from here anymore. read more

The service here is absolutely terrible, the delivery driver was supposed to bring the pizza to our place of work. The delivery driver never came into the building (as instructed in the delivery notes) , when we ended up calling the location, they yelled at us and proceeded to block our phone number. When we went in person to pick up the pizza since they didn't want to actually deliver our food to us, they were VERY rude and semi-hostile and they offered 0 refund, and kept the tip for delivering our pizza as well. read more

I have been waiting for my order for over an hour i ordered a salad and some cookies. I have even waited 3 hours before just to get a single pizza. Get your shit together. They cancelled my order 15 minutes before my party. I pre- ordered 6 pizzas at 11am for delivery at 6:30pm. They called at 6:15pm and said sorry we cannot complete your order. I asked to speak to the manager and I was hung up on. I called back 3 times and they hung up on me. I had to order from Rocco's Pizza last minute and had very hungry guests. My pizza just got delivered and it looks like they scrapped half of it off and threw it back on. Unacceptable and disgusting. Every time I order they forget something I paid for!!! Usually it's my topping, and they actively do it EVERYTIME! If I call to let them know, they pick up and hang up and refuse to make it right. This has been happening for YEARS. Only reason I've even ordered is because my kids want it. If it's an available topping and I paid for it, it should be on my pizza, my kids are picky and never get what we ordered and paid for. read more

These guys are dirty, they don't seem to be wearing any mask! Only 1 person have a mask on the entire time, they were touching their head, hair, pants without washing hands, They delayed our order, when we finally got the pizza it was cold and burnt! We call back and the girl rudely hung up in our face, with no apologize or remorse for any inconvenience or disappointment. I will never and I mean never order from this place again! Seems like the last year this location has gone down in quality. I get it, it's a Dominos, shouldn't expect much, but seems like their oven needs to be serviced because the last three visits the pizza are over cooked and the cheese is almost like plastic. Nice people though! read more

We won't be back. My husband ordered delivery from them and ended up extremely sick with food poisoning. I did not eat anything he ordered and I was fine. They told us 50 minutes for delivery and the order was at our house in less than 20 minutes! That was very odd and somewhat worrisome. I ordered the stuffed cheesy bread on a Sunday night and got an Italian sandwich. I already had to buy a soda because the minimum delivery fee was $12.98 (the guy I called didn't even know what the delivery fee was and I had to tell him). They didn't want to deliver the food to me because the in store credit obviously doesn't meet the delivery fee. Luckily I got them to deliver me my cheesy bread, but they want the sandwich back, probably to make sure I wasn't lying to get free food. Pain in the butt. read more

Wish I had better things to say, really I do. We ordered a pick up order a month ago. When we arrived they had lost it. So remade while we waited. None of the toppings on the new pizza were what we ordered. (But my name was on the box) Promised a free pizza next time. (No record of that on our account.) Ordered tonight for our kids. Usually have good experiences with dominos. This place however, never fails to disappoint in some way.

Went in to pick up an online order. When I arrived no one is there to answer phones or help out the customers that came in. There are way too many people jammed in the kitchen. A few employees had their masks off and touching their faces then the food. Employees are screaming at each other and throwing things around the kitchen. They messed up the order and had to remake it but once I witness people coughing without masks on I said I'm leaving and to cancel my order. read more

After receiving delivery from the Circle Pines location MULTIPLE TIMES, they were unable to deliver to us tonight. General manager Tiffany, hung up on us when trying to figure out the problem of why we suddenly werent able to get delivered to. Very upset with this result as we used to love ordering from dominos as it was one of the few places that actually did deliver to us. We called other locations around us and they all said we were in the circle pines delivery zone. Ordered 3 pizza's, one had a horrible crust; when I called to complain the 'friendliest cashier' as he called himself developed quite the attitude by the end of the phone call. Didn't believe me and said had to come back for them to make me a new pie. Horrible attitude by the time he hung up on me. Here 2 days later (couldn't make it yesterday as he said I could), still giving me attitude saying he didn't want to pawn it off on another shift, told him it was a good thing he was here then. Apparently it's his last day here, told him that was probably a good thing with the attitude he was giving. Last night, my Mom was watching our kids. We told her to order pizza for Dominos in Circle. When she called, the person on the phone, Lyle, said she would have to order online because he couldn't understand her. She asked if there was someone else she could talk to and was told, "no one here can, maybe you should quit smoking!" Now, she had esophagus cancer which took her voice. She does not smoke. She got supper upset and called me. I called the store and spoke to the manager and was told, "I'll talk to him" in an unimportant tone. This is not the way to deal with the public. read more

I walked in to the small entry way. 3 workers were behind the desk and it took 12 mins for anyone to even acknowledge me, let alone another 25 to get my pizza. He forgot my Sprite at the store and was willing to drive the 10 minutes back to get it for me, but I told him don't sweat it and tipped about half my bill due to his concern for a $2 pop. Love it. Ive never had bad food. Majority of the time still hot. They forget something every now and then wich is understandable but i order from this location at least twice a month some months quit a bit more than others.. and and it never fails 9/10 times they have to call to figure out where i live. This is typically the same driver too. I understood the first 5 times but this is the 12th time now and its getting annoying. My wife ordered the food online. I left to go pick it up and they forgot to give me my drink. Not knowing she ordered a drink i came home then was told we PAID for a drink. And this dominos has there drinks behind the counter. When i returned i asked due to me returning to the store for there mistake do I get something like a bottled water for free.
