Love Dominoes pizza. It is my favorite in CDA. It always tastes great! They really do have great deals and the earning a free pizza for online orders is a nice surprise!!! My kids love the BBQ chicken and I love the veggie but add Canadian bacon. Their spinach and feta stuffed bread is to die for! It has lots of cheese too! My only complaint would be the drivers often forget our little cups of marinara. They are getting better but without that dip, the bread isn't the same. One driver said he just carries a bag of sauces with him just in case the store forgets to add them. Why can't all the drivers do this? They seemed shocked that the sauces aren't in the box with the item. Weird because they NEVER are. Some employees don't know how Dominoes works. Anyways, if Dominoes could add stuffed crust, they would increase their sales by A LOT! That's all that's missing from being the most competitive. Website and in person ordering for their promotion of 50% off pizza all week, was confusing. Not exactly what they were promoting. Also, I ordered medium, thin crust with three toppings. Incomprehensible. 3/3 of my orders from this location have been disastrous. I gave it another shot two more times because I've never ever had such experiences at any dominos before and was sure the first two times were just simple mistakes. The first two orders were done through the app and it took 60 and 90 minutes to actually get the order (and it was pickup!) Horrible customer service along the way. No apologies, no coupons, just extremely rude. Continued to serve dozens before us despite sitting and patiently waiting. Third time, they gave us the wrong pizzas. When I called they only gave me a credit for half the order. I just wanted them to actually bring us the right order, especially because we had a celebration going on that the kids were super looking forward to. Way more polite people this third time, but I give up. You've lost us as a customer forever. I hope the owner/manager gets a hold of what is happening at this location. read more

As a long-time Domino's member, I've come the learn the ins and outs of all the Idaho panhandle Domino's locations employees, and customer culture. This low star experience was nothing new for this particular location. I placed an order and patiently waited (perhaps, I was too patient) in accordance with the allotted time of 10- 15 minutes. Occasionally, since I was waiting for my order in-house I would check on the main TV screen to see where/how my order was showing up in the queue. I noticed for at least a solid twenty minutes that there had not been any change in the status tracking bar on the mobile device (Domino's website) and the TV. The time started changing at random between the online and the restaurant TV screen ranging as low as 10 minutes to suddenly 25 min. Eventually, I saw that they had erased my order from the screen entirely. I approached the counter to speak with an employee to find out what had taken place it had been perhaps five minutes before I was acknowledged by a delivery driver who had just walked through the door. She was professional and kind. I appreciated her actually taking the time to provide good customer service but also doing her job in the first place. The employee who took over from there was poor in his approach and didn't even acknowledge or explain why my order time had changed numerous times to end up being cancelled in-house by an employee behind the counter. He simply stated "Oh, yeah, your order will be ready in seven". No apology for the inconvenience nor customer service was offered for the blatant un-professionalism. He essentially shooed me off. The customer behind me had a similar order issue was apologized to and had an adjustment made to accommodate the error. All in all, I waited for an hour. The inside of the restaurant is a bit dingy in lighting and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The food was hot in temperature and edible but the order was missing one of its key ingredients. The employees need a management team that cares about the presentation of their store and ultimately how they treat their customers. Salute! To the one woman (delivery driver) who was helpful. Thank you to her otherwise I probably would have never received my order. read more

Absolutely the worst Dominos I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I placed an online order and they literally showed it being prepped for over an hour before even putting it in the oven. App said it would be delivered between 35-45 minutes. Obviously that didn't happen. In order to report an issue with the delivery, you have to sign up for some special program. This store is a horrible representative of the Dominos chain. I am now deleting the Dominos app now, because this place will never get another dime of my hard earned money!! As far as I can tell the owner of this location does not give a damn about bad reviews, so I am only taking the time to write this so others can avoid the stress and not have to go through this horrible process I did. Avoid this location unless you have a bottle of Xanax at your disposal!. After 70 minutes the cold pizza finally arrived. When it did it was covered in thick yellow oil. The oil was put on the pizza and bread bites after it had plenty of time to cool down. So the congealed oil remained thick and bright yellow. There was a TON of it too. It's unappetizing, to say the least. I am trying to warm the pizza up in my oven to salvage my dinner because I am starving. I can't decide if I should take this personal or was the staff really that ignorant to wait half an hour to put the gross cold oil on the cold pizza and bread. I loved dominoes for the buttery garlic crust and bread. Now that I have seen how the cold yellow oil looks when it isn't melted I am disgusted. Somebody really ruined dominos for me. If I could give this Dominos location a ZERO, I would. I called the store because my "pizza tracker" Had noted that my pizza had been quality check at 6:50 pm yet it's now 7:30 and there's no food delivered. I was told it's on its way. To be clear; I live exactly 10 min. Drive from the store. If I walk it's 38 minutes according to my maps app. The manager in the background was very rude and unprofessional. I actually felt sorry for the girl who answered my call. To make matters worse: this happened in May 10th, except their driver delivered to a wrong address. My house is 1.3 miles from the store.. It took over an hour to deliver one pizza with some cinnamon bread lol.. kid literally try's to read the receipt and looks at me to verify I got "a pizza and a side order." All that frustration and we finally sit down to see the topping was wrong and there's no ice dipping for the bread. I mean it's almost funny. I worked at Pizza Hut in HS for a couple months. I'm an Italian from Jersey. So when I visited the west coast I thought I would try how different the pizza is out here. Practically everything was awful. I never realized how many people can mess up a pizza. But this domino's surprised me. I bought it pretty much out of desperation to wash out the nasty taste of pizza factory. I thought "no way could a domino's screw up a pizza." And to my surprise, they didn't. It was the best franchise pizza I had ever had. Better than the domino's on the east coast. When you buy from a chain you expect... well, good but not great. I wish Domino's could get some sort of stuffed crust going on, instead they have their chicken monstrositiy. Still.. between them and Pizza H*t, the only reason they get my business sometimes (rarely) is that they (dominos) has spinach and H*T doesn't. I ordered the Pepperoni Feast hand tossed pizza with a 8 pc boneless chicken and used the 50% off online offer. The bill was $18.49, when the pizza arrived it was the same as a 1 topping pizza with a cpl olibves and mussrooms on it and the chicken was under cooked.
