Had literally one driver prepared for the biggest night of the year, 80 orders and one driver.

Worst service ever. I placed an order at 5:20 pm and the website said estimated delivery was 45-52 minutes. They didn't deliver until after the 2 hour mark. We sat at the Hotspot for over 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I called about the order, they told me it was sitting for 15 minutes and the driver would soon take it out. It took the driver over 30 minutes to go 3 miles. Will NEVER order from them again. This is actually the 2nd time it happened. read more

Phenomenal vibes and customer service! The new management has really turned the store around and the food is prepared quick and with love!!! My favorite is the thin crust and the cheesy bread but you can't forget about the pasta bowls and the sandwiches ! :) great environment and great service. I love cortland dominos and I highly recommend as one of the best places to eat in cortland !!!!! I ordered a taco thin crust pizza along with a cheesy bread and an order of brownies and they were made within 20 minutes. I was able to wait in the store with amazing music playing and great conversation with the employees. Doesn't look like much when you walk past and the same can go for the service when you step in. actually meeting the staff at first is always great but once an issue is brought to their attention the customer service is terrible. Depending the time of day when you go there it's usually empty as if ran by ghost, and when the stores managers are present they're usually smug and unprofessional with the common question" what do you want me to do about it" . The staff's use of cigarettes in the front of the store makes it unlikely for anyone to want to eat inside due to the smell of tobacco in the store or even want to walk in in my opinion. Their rest room is drug used by the community and it's gross. The fact that they also use recycled ingredients that fall from the tray through out the day was enough for me to stop eating there. They hang up, unorganized in the sense of making the delivery drivers answer the phone, they don't call back and always leave my food outside.... With bugs coming out and the call back number is correct as it always is. I called after 1.5 hours and he said "you didn't answer so I left it". When my instructions said to call as I'm in an apartment (which is very clear from looking at the building). True laziness and even speaking to the manager is like speaking to a wall. No one knows how to do their job and no one cares about their job. Please get new management and workers ASAP read more

We were stopping in Cortland on our way to NYC, so we needed a quick and easy dinner. Pizza sounded good so we ended up finding this dominoes. We ordered and paid online. The wait was only 10 minutes which was super nice. We got to the Dominoes early and scouted out the area. The town was pretty run down and we saw some "strange" people walking around. The store itself was pretty small and not well kept. However, saw 3 people walk into the restaurant within 3 minutes, and that made me feel good about what I was getting myself into. Once it was ready I walked in the store to pick it up. First off, the Credit Card Machine wasn't working for the person in front of me, so we told the worker we paid online and received our food. The pizza was great with no issues at all. One tip for this store may be to pay online, don't know if the machine always malfunctions, but it would be safer to pay online. read more

This domino's is the worst domino's in the entire Universe. You know me, a 19 year old college student. I was straight chilling on a Sunday night. I was hungry af with the homies, so I decided to order dominos. Everything on the app is going well. I placed the order. I pick the order up and it was fine. The service was okay. Screaming over one another but it was fine. Then I pick it up and drove home. I get home and you won't believe what happens. I open my bread cinnamon sticks and they don't have the icing. The icing is the best part. So I pulled a classic Karen/Jake moment and I called dominos. The service was rude and I complained about my food. The guy said "what do you want me to do about it". It was so mean and my feelings are hurt. He said the only thing he can do is give me credit but it doesn't make sense bc the icing is free. I don't remember the managers name but he is a bully. This store requires any card used in purchasing present when either the pizza is delivered or picked up. This is not stated anywhere online or in store but it is this locations policy, according to staff. Had to drive all the way back home to get card as my SO was the one who had to pickup. No compensation for wasted time. They also had to remake the pizzas when we returned with card because they were no longer sellable. So we had to wait another 10+ mins in store for our food we ordered over an hour ago. Would not order from location again. read more

Dominos takes 3000000 years to not only deliver but answer the phone. Their pizza isn't even that great. When they answer the phone, their workers are rude and obnoxious. They don't have any concern for your order and your food. NOT the kind of service you want after a long night out. You want pizza go to spidinis because they are over priced. I would just like to say their manager Dave is a great man. We received a pizza (uncut) and weren't too mad about it but after calling Dave he gave us a 25% discount off of our next order. Today a few days after the incident Dave pulled through and allowed our $12 pizza to be delivered even though their delivery fee is $15. Because of Dave me and my roommate will live on another day because we're broke and Dave helped us out. read more

Last week while we were shopping in the Cortland area, we decided to order a Domino's pizza to have once we got home. We ordered a large with pepperoni, and some of their bread sticks. The wait was 15 to 20 minutes, which is not unreasonable by any means. When we picked up our order our pizza did not have pepperoni on it, and our bread sticks appeared to be quickly assembled, as they were very uneven. I haven't been to a Domino's in a number of years, as we do not have one in our area. The young man that took our order seemed to care very little that the pepperoni that we ordered and paid for was not on our pizza. He offered to have it remade, which would result in waiting another fifteen minutes. That's it. When I asked for the money that was paid for the pepperoni topping be refunded back to me, I was informed that this wasn't necessary as "the way he rung up our order was cheaper any way". Instead of arguing, we just went home with our order. The bread sticks had a good taste to them, the pizza not so much. We only ate one slice a piece and the rest went in to the trash. I don't know if they were having an off day, but it did leave a lasting impression on us. We won't be coming back. read more
