There are a few different seating areas, including a loft area over the restrooms. The pizza kitchen is open to the dining room. There is a separate bar area and a bit of outdoor seating as well. So options. The pizza topping are so fresh. The crust is tasty (buttery?) and has a lovely crunch/chew. We have had the same waitress a few times now and she's very personable and capable. You pick the appropriate bowl and start filling it with vegetables, rice or noodles. Apply seasonings and sauces and then hand it to the attendant. They then prepare it for you on a large heated surface and it only takes about five minutes. Your entrée is returned to you on a plate and you can top it off with several sauces. The vegetables were fresh and delicious and they even included plastic gloves to use while you were handling tongs to put the ingredients in your bowl. Very nice touch. The lobby itself was spotless. Not more than 10 minutes after coming in. Two larger parties came in after me and they filled up the dining room. Attendance were very quick to remove used dishes from tables and wipe everything down. Overall, a great experience and value for the money. Highly recommend.

I started going here when they opened and have ordered occasionally ever since. It's been about six months though since I was here last and I'm assuming there's been a change in ownership. Horrible pizza, horrible service, and the place was on the dirty side. It was such a mess, I asked one of the employees if they were closing or moving or something. . . . . . My pizza apparently stuck to the baking pan so when they finally ripped it off, it had removed the underside of my crust in several places - which then stuck to the box I took it home in (that would explain all the struggling I saw when they got it out of the oven. . . ) From the look of the toppings, you would think there was a ration of some kind on olives, mushrooms, and pepperoni. At this point, there are several pizza places within the Covington/Maple Valley area so they will no longer have my business. read more

Pizza is good, but the service is HORRIBLE!!!! They recently opened so they obviously need to work the bugs out. But it's been a few months already - you would think they would be streamlined by now. Lots of pizza made wrong. . . very slow service. . . the time they have on the wall as to what order your pizza is in is not up-to-date. I had a pizza status saying it would be ready in 10 minutes, while waiting there for 25. I'm gonna avoid this place for a very long while in the hopes they will eventually pull their heads out. read more

Would give zero stars if that was an option. This place has gone WAY down hill. They lowered their prices for some things which is equaling horrible side items. Chicken bites are now almost all breading - very little chicken inside there. Their service is horrific still. They either lose ur order or get it wrong all together. We're done with this place now. No more chances. There's are lots of pizza places to choose from in this area. read more

The pizzas were a hit at our house but the salad, not my favorite. I can't really put a finger on it but it just wasn't that great. But to be fair, this is a pizza place and I recommend stick with all pizza related things. Customer service was good but more so in the general politeness of the staff rather than an above and beyond service level. Will I come back? Well yes, when I searching for a specific experience around crafting a made to order pizza. Could you find some better options of pizza in the area? Absolutely. Need a an okay pizza that relatively competitively price and you want to a made to order pizza, then this is your spot.
