It wasn't a big enough deal to me to bring up to the staff, though, as all things considered it didn't affect my night too much. The lemon pepper wings were fantastic. They weren't overly salty or greasy, which I liked, and had a strong flavor that went well with my side of ranch. However, the teriyaki wings had a strange texture on the inside that made me wonder if they were fully cooked. The meat tasted a little gummy and I didn't end up finishing them all. My go-to order is the Prawn and Egg with rice, either lunch or dinner. Last time I had an appointment at the Kaiser down the street was a great excuse to stop in to Four Seasons. I've also tried their Sweet and Sour Chicken, General Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Fish with Black Bean Sauce, Pork and Green Beans, BBQ Pork and Snow Peas, Broccoli Beef, Combination Pan Fried Noodles, Salt and Pepper Fish, Salt and Pepper Pork, Salted Fish and Chicken Fried Rice, Beef Chow Fun, and even some of their dim sum items like egg tarts. There are several tables and self-serve water if you want to dine-in. Ordering ahead by phone is also easy, they're open until 9:30 PM daily. There are a few parking spots right in front but shared with the Chevron gas station.
