Staff are easy to get attention from, and they do roam around to ask if you need anything. Is usually ask for extra pickled (lightly) onions. It's nice that they I've got self serve hot tea and cold tea in addition to ice water. The restaurant is neat and taken care of. I've never had issues with tables being sticky like some other pho restaurants.
