Horrible service and very rude staff. Quality control absolutely awful. Pizzas are regularly served burnt on bottom and edges and contain pieces of miscellaneous toppings from sloppy prep. The store actually has a weird smell when you walk in, not the smell of yummy pizza for sure. Ordered 2 pizzas tonight and realized when my husband got it home that it had pineapples on it, supposed to be cheese. Ordered correctly, they just threw whatever on the counter when we came to pick it up. I'm a person who believes pineapples belong in fruit salad not on the top of pizza. Couldn't eat it. The young person without a clue, zero customer service skills and really no desire to correct their mistake asked if I called to just complain. No I called for them to give me a reasonable solution since I was at home without anything to eat. They didn't have one as I'm out of their "normal" delivery area and so the correct one could not be delivered to me. Called back and spoke with the manager (or that's what he claimed he was), who must be the same one who is mentioned in a few of these comments. The one who yells about being outside their delivery range. I wasn't calling to order a pizza outside "the delivery range". He asked me if I wanted to make other customers wait for their delivery while the delivery person brought me my correct pizza. I had just spent my time driving to pick up an order that was not correct due to their lack of concern to do their job. I'm not asking you to bend your Corporate rules for delivery, I'm asking you to offer a bit of customer service. Refund for the pizza or me coming back to get a new pizza puts the solution on me, went hungry and will probably have to fight to get a refund. Their actions clearly told me that they don't care about the customer even when they screw up. Never even an apology from the beginning, just really "so what" and plenty of excuses. I will NEVER step in the Doylestown Domino's pizza nor order from Domino's period. Clearly it is Domino's corporate policy to NOT take care of customer problems when they've been given the wrong order, pretty much what I was told. It is clear that they tell their employees that it's okay to mess up orders and put it on the customer to come get another pizza if they want to have something to eat. I will not do business with a place that puts zero importance on customer satisfaction. No accountability so why put any effort in. read more

Wow. Where to begin? I love dominos and order from them frequently but this location.....Wow. MULTIPLE times I have had this issue: 1. I order online through the website 2. Chris, the owner, calls me yelling about how I am outside of their delivery range. Once even told me "you have to stop doing this" meaning, I have to stop ordering pizza.... wow. He accuses the Montgomeryville location of declining my order, which then sends the order to Doylestown. And Doylestown has to pay Montgomeryville for the order. 3. I report the issue to customer service 4. I then get another angry phone call from Chris saying I cost him $200 by submitting a complaint. 5. I get too scared to order pizza for a few months even though Dominos is one of my favorites. 6. Decide to take the risk and order Dominos online 7. Repeat cycle. It's insane. I have no idea how corporate has not intervened in this situation. I've gotten angry, harassing phone calls and even TEXTS!!! from Chris. I don't even know what else to say about this situation other than to beg corporate to look into this shady location. Oh and, at the time of our last order, while my fiancé was on the phone arguing with Chris yet again, he overheard Chris tell the delivery driver to clock out before driving our order to us. So, not paying his employees to work on top of it all. Corporate, seriously. Please. I just want to order dominos without literally being afraid. read more

The first hour was great. I don't think I can do this....but I will and I am. The smell of cheese came out of my mouth and entered my nose and ecstasy ensued. I lived through Woodstock and this did not even compare to the music of my taste buds. The sawce that i did not receive taunted me like a broken doll but I still managed to imagine it's moisture upon my lip. Before we all knew it, I'm running to th bathroom faster than my old man. Love the pizza and the folks that work there are great. We were not happy to use contactless delivery with a good tip and not be called and told it arrived. Not ok. We were out back and assumed this would work perfect. Will not make the mistake again. A separate issue which is not the stores fault but the Dominos corporate ordering website is extremely frustrating and often loads prices wrong. read more

I am not a fan of franchises. I am all about supporting mom and pop locally owned restaurants within the Doylestown community. But this locally owned franchise truly saved me when I was hungry not quite many options after you get done work that are open late for dinner. They have seating within their new location and the staff are friendly and live locally within the community and that says a lot. read more

I loathe Domino's so 2 stars is pretty darned generous coming from me. The only reason we got pizza here is because my frugal father in law had a coupon (He normally gets Papa John's - which is still mediocre at best). Easily the best run Domino's I have had the pleasure of living near. Since I work late as a cook, Domino's wherever I am working is usually the only place delivering, plus I must say I like Domino's products. The delivery is always prompt, the drivers are always friendly, and the food is always up to par of what a good Domino's should be, maybe even beyond it. The only thing I would say, and it is not even a complaint, is I wish this Domino's offered the breadbowl pasta, I like ordering this the night before I do strenuous activities. read more

I'm so sad my crust was missing out on the newest addition that Domino's is known for... their garlic spread crust. That was the one thing I was looking forward to! I've ordered from this place before and this was the first time I've noticed their crust was plain. If you can't even get that right... reconsider how you're even functioning? just kid. More choices do not make a better pizza... you now have three crusts.. normal spongy with garlic powder, Brooklyn, and thin. Thin perhaps should be called matzo pizza, it is crisp without having any flavor. The toppings, Italian sausage, peppers, onions and black olives were adequate. This review is more about customer service than the food. The pizza is good but the delivery time and the outstanding service is the more important factor. The staff does the pizza the way you want it and if they aren't sure they have actually called to verify they are correct. On one occasion they messed up and they fixed it with alacrity. Always check your food before you leave or the delivery person leaves. 3 times now (2 in a row), they have messed up my order. They always make up for it, offering to re-do the order and offering a free pizza next time around. They have a friendly staff and delivery crew, and the food is always done well. read more

We usually order a few orders of Pasta in bread bowels. It arrives hot, and it is delicious. I recommend trying the other non-pizza entrys on there menu. Our first time trying there sandwiches and pasta bowels was a great delight and they have keep providing us a consistence good food product. read more
