Well at least I'm not the only one on here who agrees that this place is the WORST. I wish I could give 0 stars! The customer service here is crazy. A staff member got into my personal business when I was trying to order a pizza and then the manager threatened me for saying something.. Are you SERIOUS. I haven't caused any issues in the store, I come in a lot for pizza so why are people in here so rude? Most of the people I know refuse to even go here anymore.. That's on them ‍. They're slowly loosing customers because of the way they treat people.. hopefully they do something about it. And not to mention- the pizza is thrown together. This Dominos is the ABSOLUTE worst pizza establishment in the Jefferson County area. Don't bother ordering any wings that are "sauced" with anything. What you will receive is the 8 / 16 piece with one tea spoon to cover them all. This is a consistent habit of this specific establishment. You'd be better off looking at a seasoning packet, then taking a bite of a plain chicken wing. Don't waste your money on this dumpster fire of a so called "Domino's". Additionally, if they give you a 20-30min eta for you food to be ready for pick up or delivery, expect to triple that time frame, that is if they don't lose your order. DONT GET DELIVERY UNLESS YOU WANT YOU CAR KEYED!!!!!!!!!!! i got delivery yesterday , where i got it delivered was only 2 mins down the road. i got 1 pizza and couldn't tip a lot like i normally do. when she arrives, she asked me if that's what i was really giving her , i told her yes and she threw the food at my friend and laughed in her face , slammed the gate as she walked away. i heard her car as she pulled in and didn't hear her car turn on for a few minutes after she walked away , when i left i checked my car as i normally do. there were multiple different key scratches on the drivers side that were there when i arrived. i really hope it was worth it for her. watch your car if you park it outside read more

I avoided leaving a review for about a year now, but I'm just tired of the bad service and won't be ordering from here again. hopefully someone sees this and doesn't get disappointed with the food, service, and just overall annoyance with this dominos. We've ordered more than 15 times from here and there is ALWAYS something wrong. this last time they did the wrong crust for the pizzas and offered to give us a credit for next time. John, the Manager, at the Festus, MO was delivering pizza to our nursing facility, Festus Manor, last night during the inclement weather and collided into a tree near the property. My Nurse Manager said, he still delivered the pizzas and said he was ok, but she said his car was not!! We ordered 2 veggie pizzas with extra mushroom. It was too hard of an order for them to figure out. Tomatoes, red peppers, spinach and about 5 mushrooms on each pizza is what we got. The girl doing customer service wanted to argue, I did not take the bait. She finally agreed that it didn't have extra mushrooms, the olives were missing as well and so were the onions. She warned me that they would remake the pizzas the same as the order on receipt even after knowing that the original order was entered wrong. More argueing from her to get a reorder. The last two times I ordered wings with dipping sauces. The first time they gave me a sweet roll dessert sauce, this time they gave me none. I drove to pick it up both times. The first time I let it go. The second time I called the store and he said I could come back and pick them up or he was hanging up on me. I live right behind the store and told him I'd like a driver to drop them off when he's in the area on a delivery. He promptly hung up on me. read more

Offered a free pizza for inconvenience and long wait & then refused to pay up! Ordered pizza on 2/8/19. Got to the store at the same time the Order Tracker told me my order was done. When I walked in, there were about 10 other customers waiting on their order. The guy behind the counter told me they were busy & the App was wrong. Apparently my order was still in line to get in the oven. 7 months pregnant, tired & feet swollen....I waited. There was a young lady boxing up pizzas & she told the guy behind the counter to take everyone's # & they would get a credit for a free Large pizza. I assumed she was a manager, right?? Why else would she offer that?? So I gave them my # & they said they would credit my account. That made the situation better, knowing I had free dinner for another night. I called in on 2/28/19 to cash in on the free large pizza. Low & behold....no record of that credit! The young lady on the phone said she would talk to the manager. I waited on hold & when she came back she talked to the manager & that she was the assistant manager & neither of them remembered offering free pizza. Unbelievable! Needless to say, I will NOT be giving this Dominos location my business again. I'll be sure to give my business & $ to another location! read more

Festus location is garbage. My driver often doesn't use a hotbag or car topper. Many times my pizzas have been short toppings. I'd rather drive to Pevely for a good carry out experience. read more

These incompetent kids do not know how to run a store. They let you wait in there store telling you. Your pizza will be up in a few minutes. I had 2 people look on there computer for my order. After a hour waiting. With there app telling me my pizza is done. They inform me they didn't put my order in. The manager wouldn't even come to the front to try to make it right. read more

I got chicken wings the worst ive ever tasted like they were days old and its like they heated them up in a pot of water in the microwave most discusting thing ever. Worst customer service ever. I ordered online and waited an hour and fifteen minutes for delivery (even though estimated time was 25-35). After nobody showing up still, I called to cancel my order and the guy was incredibly rude and said they were closed because they didn't have electric and then hung up. Nobody bothered to call after my order was placed and the tracker said the order was being fired up. I would have understood but the way it was handled was so poor.
