Really is a shame this place currently has a 1.6. Honestly, it is the best Domino's pizza I've ever ordered from. Definitely a 5 star Dominos. Now the reviews complain about delivery and to be fair pizza delivery in Dutchess County has been terrible for decades. I don't recall my family getting pizza delivered after about 1995. Pickup is the way to go, and clearly true here as well. In any case I've been ordering on and off from this branch since 2020, and really the last year or so they are on point. Pizzas baked quickly (like 10 minutes tops) very nicely crisped. And you can tell the staff is just cranking them out. Highly recommend this Domino's. read more

Customer service is absolutely terrible, and the manager is unbelievable. Calling a minor to tell him that if we don't give his driver a tip, our food won't be delivered?? That is disrespectful behavior, and on top of that hanging up the phone on us when we were trying to file a complaint because demanding a tip in exchange for food that we already paid for is all the more reason he needs to quit his job and find a new way to make money because customer service is not it. read more

I've never had Domino's before. I've seen them, but for some reason never tried them. I didn't know what to expect. It wasn't bad. It's a soft crust pizza. They actually had fresh vegetables for toppings. A lot more than some places. There are specialty pizzas, sandwiches, pastas, chicken, salads, and desserts. The counter man makes them to order. I always thought the dough was like a Boboli, ready made. It wasn't. A large pie is about 15" or so, which came out to 8 slices. The extra toppings were fairly well distributed over the surface. The place is clean and inviting. They have a bilingual menu - English/Spanish, online ordering, and a delivery service which is free. You should tip though. read more

I would not order from this dominos. It takes hours to get to you and then it is completely wrong EVERY single time. Every. single. time. I order here the pizza is COMPLETELY different from what I ordered! I'll say it again for the back! EVERY SINGLE TIME! And when the wrong pizza arrives it's COLD. When you call to try to get the pizza you actually ordered you get put on hold for 30 minutes AT LEAST probably because people are calling about their wrong orders. it doesn't stop at pizza either it's anything you order. I must have kicked Buddha's cat in my past life or this place is completely incompetent. If I could give less stars than one I would give a -2. We ordered food after 1 hour they called us and told us they only had one delivery driver on a Football Sunday and that we were sixth in line that would be over an hour for them to deliver to us if we wanted to come pick it up. We went to go pick it up because they said it was ready when we got there they didn't even start the order. After we got the food they told us they ran out of salads and they would give us something next time for free. We wanted our money back so we had to go back inside to get the money. We get home and the pizza was not even cut. Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible. We paid for extra sauce and didn't even get it. This experience was a nightmare won't go back!! read more

I called Sals Pizza and Pasta after hanging up with Dominos. The Dominos manager understood my frustration (was certainly friendly enough and welcomed me to share my feelings w corporate.... as, employee voices apparently, are seldom heard? Certainly unable to override any bureaucracy even for a pie that only has to cross the street. Ah the joys of top down corporate decision pizza pyramids. I'd chosen Dominos over several other options for pizza delivery this evening, desiring something quick and easy. Usually Dominos comes to mind when I think "quick and easy" to mention, affordable. A "pepperoni, mushroom, garlic, onion and 1/2 Jalepeno Pizza" would cost $32 delivered .9 miles due to the delivery fee and extra topping charges such as, $2 for garlic. Large 3 topping pizza is $16 at Dominos tonight. there is a $5+ delivery fee- driver receives none. I frankly just don't like or agree with that and made the easy quick decision to no longer support their business w my future pizza desires be it pickup or delivery at any location w this policy. Who thought pizza could be principled, or not. Call me a bleeding heart for the underdog, I'd rather get a good pie at a fair price and reward the driver when they bring plates and napkins to a hotel delivery, or know that the company charging $5 for delivery is rewarding the driver for each delivery. (.9 miles) Anyhow, Sals Pizza and Pasta should be here with our Large 5 topping pizza for $19 any minute now and I'll be happy to reward and thank the driver. I never tried Sals before and thank God for Dominos delivery fee, I almost didn't. If ya wanna know how Sals pie is I'm sure I'll have a review there after we eat it, but the ordering process certainly was pleasant, easy and within budget. I hope Dominos listens to their customers + their boots on the ground employees, when they share experiences of how certain policies may be losing business. Changed to 2 stars because the manager (a gal deserving of a 5 star kind service award it seemed; a polite well spoken asset to any customer service position) who answered the phone was super kind and understanding about the sentiment customers seem to have in regard to this policy. If the policy and pizza was as good as the employees, I'd be eating one, that is, a Dominos Pizza. I'd be delighted to update this review when or if Dominos adjusts their delivery policy. I just left this domino's location and I am pretty grossed out. In the 15 minutes that I was sitting in said restaurant, I saw an employee pick her nose for 12 seconds straight, an employee use the bathroom but walk out too soon to have possibly washed her hands, and I watched two employees stuff pizza boxes elbow-deep in to the garbage and go about their business without washing their hands. So........occasionally I like to go pizza slumming and get a Philly Cheese Steak pie from Domino's. Last time they added mushrooms. I HATE mushrooms. Even after picking them off, you can still taste them. So I would think it's hard to mess up the pizza, especially if you order online? But they added the mushrooms anyway. I called up the manager. and they sent me a new pizza, and I believe offered me a dessert, which I declined. I don't want freebies, just no mushrooms on my pizza. So, I recently placed another order online. To my chagrin, THEY DID IT AGAIN. I doubled checked to make sure that I asked for no mushrooms. I was in disbelief. That's only the beginning though folks; I ordered the pizzas at 8:18 and they took FOUR hours to get here (and it was cold). That's right. (Yes, I tried calling about the lateness, but nobody answered the phone.). This place seems to be a hot mess all around. Even leaving a generous tip and pleading in the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS TO CHECK FOR NO MUSHROOMS, to no avail. So people, I'm a pretty easy going and empathetic person, but I'm done with Domino's Fishkill. Absolutely awful service. We ordered a few pizzas and some specialty items on a random Wednesday night. We ended up waiting 3 hours for our food to be delivered. On top of that when we would try to call they would either not pick up the phone or take 20 mins to answer and the use the excuse that they were 'understaffed' unbelievably terrible service. Once in awhile i give these franchise places a chance and everytime i do i regret it. Delivery from dominos is overpriced and the food is below average with exception of items like cheesy bread and the pizza. 41 dollars for half of the food i could get from a regular pizzeria and the pizzeria quality is much better. Once I came here and homie had no gloves on or anything and I just happened to look down at the counter n see his fingers, were absolutely disgusting. If I could give less stars I would. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza at 10:30 pm & I got a notification of the doing a final check on the pizza at 10:50.. but no pizza showed up to my house. I called the store multiple times and not one time did I get someone to pick up the phone. The store closed at 12 pm then I got a text around 12:10 my delivery driver Anthony was in my neighborhood to drop off my pizza, finally at 12:40 this guy shows up at my house with a cold and old pizza so I refused the pizza of course but I asked him why he's at my house over 2 hours after I ordered my food and over an hour and a half after they said my pizza was done, also why is he delivering my pizza 40 minutes after domino's was closed. The response I got from him was I'm just a delivery driver... if I ever did that at any job I had I would legitimately be fired. To top it off I go sent 60 points for a free pizza and I tried to use the 60 points today and it says I already claimed it! Cool I'll just go fuck myself dominos. Extremely friendly staff. They have never made a mistake on my food and I order often. The delivery drivers are always very polite - and speedy! The delivery charge does not go to the driver, so I always tip them very well. I'll be a returning customer so long that they are open read more

Thin crust is especially good, and the pizzas are flavorful in general. But they can be a might greasy, and prepared inconsistently: I usually get bbq chicken w/bbq sauce, and the last time I got it, there was way too much sauce on it. Also, it's way cheaper to create your own pizza w/the emailed offers rather than order a specialty pizza - like 1/2 price!!! Just do it manually. Drivers are very nice. read more
