Second time ordering wings. The first time everything was perfect besides the crappy Ken's Blu cheese cup they serve with it. 12 wings one 1.5oz extra cup 75 cents for an extra one. Definitely should be a minimum of 2 cups per 12 wings. The sauce was amazing but the second time ordering wings these things are so dry they might choke me. Came by for dinner after a long day, came here like last hour they were open, but they more then happy to take my order. I got a meatball sub and buffalo chicken sliders. My order came to me in less then 10 minutes. So the sub, the meatballs were decent size and not too big to the point I was unable to close the sub, cheese was completely melted and gooey, sauce could been less, since the bread did get soggy, and almost came apart. Now the chicken buffalo sliders , that was a experience. First the breading, looked and almost tasted like a pretzel, then the filling, plenty of chicken bits and a healthy amount of buffalo sauce. Seriously the sliders were the best, I was expecting little burger sandwiches and instead pretzel type bread with filling. Eddies Pizza is not gourmet pizza. It's lackluster. They are very light on the toppings, and the crust is meh. But the price is unbeatable. So it had been many years since I first tried here and never gave it another thought (as based on my last review). We were happy with the two or three other places we'd been ordering from but wanted to re-try one of the other places that were just ok to give them another shot. We called for a delivery order on a Sunday evening. The person taking the order was very friendly and easy to understand. The delivery guy was very friendly and smiling the whole time - and the food was hot which is very rare with delivery! The food was wow - we couldn't believe it! Probably some of the best garlic knots we've had in the area - soft, hot, fresh and tasty. The small calzone with ham was fantastic - good quality ingredients and good ratio of mozzarella, ricotta and ham with spices and the dough was not hard or dried out. The pizza was great - great crust, great sauce and great cheese - we couldn't believe how good it was. And we got a free two liter of soda for ordering a large pie which was awesome and it was super cold! In fact we were so happy with our order that we called them and let them know how much we enjoyed everything. Glad we gave them another chance after all this time. These guys make a great pie! I tried their plain pizza as I always do when tasting new pizza. They use good fresh cheese, and their sauce is well seasoned. Even after being re-heated, the crust was crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. It doesn't look as appetizing as some pizzas I've seen when they have it sitting at their counter, but believe me it's worth the taste. I also ordered their lasagna. For $8.50 I had enough lasagna to feed me for the rest of the day, and boy was it tasty. Tons of ricotta cheese, beef, and mozzarella on top. I was so impressed by the guy Jon (i think) who answered the phone. He was very helpful and professional. I complimented the guy when I hung up on how helpful he was. I ordered a bunch of pies, then the not so smart driver delivered pizzas to a local business for a kids event and a few of the pies were folded over. There was no wax paper down to keep the pizza in place and im sure the guy was speeding. He attempts to fix the pizza with his bare HANDS and my husband catches this, and calls him on it. The guy stares my husband down like he wants to fight him and gives him major attitude. I go to attempt to talk to the driver and he leaves SLAMMING two car doors ignoring me . My pizzas were brought back but 20-25 minutes delayed while my other pizza got cold. NO apology NOTHING! Definitely put a damper in my daughters birthday party. The pizza wasn't that great after all too. My husband was a pizza delivery guy for a few years in his late teens and he knows a good amount about how to handle deliveries.
