CHARGED ME DOUBLE WHAT I SHOULD'VE BEEN CHARGED and REFUSED TO FIX THE ERROR. I contacted feckless Domino's corporate whose chat bot promised a call from the store manager, JACKIE - SHE NEVER CALLED. It's obvious that Domino's does things this way on purpose. Their corporate office 100% has the power to fix an issue like this; they just have no interest in or motivation to do so, so they punt you to a busy store manager you'll never hear from. I've worked in customer experience management for decades, and I tend to live by this rule of thumb: If I experience an issue when patronizing a company, and I come to find that their system intentionally makes things hard or impossible for customers to receive a resolution - I NEVER patronize them again. Domino's won't receive another dollar from me, and I encourage you to go find better pizza and good customer service elsewhere. Given the prevalence of world-class genuine Italian pizza that exists in New Jersey, you'd think a Jersey Domino's would want to be just a little more competitive. NO ONE in Jersey needs Domino's - they could go outta business here and no one would be hurting for quality pizza. Side note: You absolutely cannot recycle greasy or food-covered pizza boxes, even though Domino's tells you to. In fact, you'll contaminate all the other recycling by trying to do so. This messaging from Domino's is meant to prey on people's desire to preserve the environment and brand themselves as environmentally friendly. They're basically telling you to contaminate and ruin all your other recycling so that they can sell more pizza. It's sick. The manager would not refund me for messing up my order. They didn't deliver everything that I paid for and wouldn't do anything about it. They offered to give a free drink on the next order which makes no sense. How would they keep of track that? Won't be ordering from this location again. The staff are not helpful at all and the delivery drivers don't care how they handle your stuff. read more

I would give this place a zero but i cant. So here is my experience with this dominos location. I ordered a half spinach/mushroom and cheese pizza along with other items. Driver delivered my order first i want to say it was cold. Second one of my pizzas got smashed during the delivery process I call the store because this is unacceptable. They kept placing me on hold i call back and the person who answered the phone said that the driver said its because that pizza was at the bottom. He puts me on hold again because i stated i want a refund the pizza was 5.99 but i gave a tip and expected my food to come in edible condition. They blew me off by placing me on hold again to have another associate pick up the line and act like they dont know whats going on... I would give zero stars if it were an option. I placed a delivery order and selected the pay with cash option. Domino's app says drivers have change less than $20. After waiting for a hour, the Delivery driver had no change and when he called the manager to ask what to do, the manager replied "I don't know what to tell you". The absolute WORST pizza ever! The only reason I ordered from this plsce is to get a gluten free pie for my wife. This will also be the LAST time we ever order from them! I ordered a supreme pepperoni, my wife a gluten free sausage, and some cinnamon twists. Ordered order came over 40 minutes later then the time quoted, their tracker had us eating the pie a half hour before we got it. The pizzas arrived ice cold and dry as sand! So much for those warmer trucks they showed commercials about on tv. The gluten free crust couldn't even be cut with a knife, my wife had to literally rip it to eat it and the bottom of the pie was totally black. The twists, well just about all the cinnamon was on the bottom of the box and they tasted stale. Be forewarned, there are many other pizza places to buy GOOD pizza in the area, and as far as the twists, save your money and get a cinnamon pretzel for those Auntie Annes or whatever they're called at the malls. read more

Terrible service. Called and some one hung up on me twice. Called a third time and was told 2 hour wait for delivery and pick up and then put on hold. Prior order to that on December 15, food came 2 hours from when I ordered and was told over and over again that the driver left .... when the app told me the Drive left 40 minuets from when I called. Ok this place doesn't even deserve a star. The manager Vanessa refused to talk to me. Took 1.5 hours to get the pizza - they are super rude to you when you call to inquire about your order. Dominos needs to shut this location down. Do not expect any help if you call the management team (Vanessa and Jackie hung up on me, told their associates to say they were either in the bathroom or unavailable). I am usually a fan of domino's for its ease on the wallet and convenience. Unfortunately though this is the only Domino's that close to me (we recently moved to this area). I always go the the 2 for $6.99 each deal (I personally think that the best deal like ever you get an app and a medium pizza for like $17-$18 all inclusive) To my surprise, this location does not deliver if the order is less than $20, WTF you are F'kng Domino's. So moving past that I decided to go pickup since they are like just 1.5 miles from me. Well I had wait for 45 mins (+ 20 min head start I had placed order from home) to get my order. OK granted it was Friday nite and they were busy but still does not justify the wait. While I was waiting I witnessed something shocking, someone had an incorrect order delivered to them (sure it was more than $20) so they called the store, the girl who answered the call was directed by the so called "Store Manager" to tell the costumer to come and collect the correct order as we are busy and when the customer demanded to talk to the manager, this dude simply hung up the phone PATHETIC. Now on to the food, I got a simple pepperoni pie and chicken parmesan sandwich. On the pizza there were 7 slices of pepperoni, I so wish I took a picture of it, 7 pepperoni's ARE YOU FOR REAL. The next item Chicken Parm Sandwich, I have never in my life seen such a flat sandwich, panini's are thicker than this one, and it wasn't even chicken parm it was bloody grilled chicken and melted provolone. Unfortunately I have to officially say I am NOT going to this Domino's EVER. Which means it'll be long before I eat from Domino's again. And to all other go to "Papa Johns" or "Pizza Hut" they are always better always. My personal suggestion go to "Sansone Brothers Pizza" they serve the best pie in town. I know, I know, Domino's isn't "pizza" but I'm a firm believer there's different types of pizza and they should be rated in their own category. Domino's falls into the comfort category for me, along with Pizza Hut and Papa John's. Domino's really nailed it with their mobile ordering app, making the delivery process a breeze while also maintaining a ton of coupons and deals to offer a great value. I've ordered from this Domino's location more times than I would like to admit and I've rarely ever had a bad experience (at worst delivery took a while or the driver got lost despite precise directions but this happens so infrequently).
