I ordered pepperoni pizza and garlic parm wings in the store and ran next door to get something else (happens when your family likes different things). Granted, it takes a lot of neglect to do all 3 of those things... We threw the majority in the trash. Also, why give the option to have your thin crust pizza cut like a normal pizza just to ignore it? And lord, the way these pizzas have arrived. Never again. I don't care much for dominos in general but it's perfectly tolerable when we have multiple teenagers in the house... but this location, where there was barely a bar set, has somehow managed to lower that bar to the ground. I used to love this location. However, I did a curbside and when I came the pizza wasn't ready even though I can 3 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. Then the person could never find me in the parking lot so I had to go inside. I paid for a side of marinara that I never received, and jalapeños were supposed to be on half of the pizza and they weren't, also the pizza was doughy and seems to not be fully cooked. It is so hit or miss with this location. Some days they are on point, others they mix the alfredo with ranch. That instance they did refund the entire order and made all new pizzas and pasta. This order was done correctly and they were pretty fast. With covid they are doing contactless delivery and allow you to put where you would like the pizza placed. I have a problem with it being set on the ground so I like this option. They allow you to tip before they deliver, which I thought would be a problem but I guess we tip well as we have had no issues. I also like how they allow you to "watch" the progress of your order, not sure it is legitimate but it makes me feel good...‍ This time the pizza and dessert was made to order and delivered on time. It took an hour and forty minutes to get the pizza. It showed "quality check" out of oven at 5:48 and wasn't delivered until 6:53. The pizza was less than room temperature when it was delivered. I called the store twice- once to inquire about my order and sat on hold for over ten minutes with no answer and once after we received cold pizza to complain. I live roughly half a mile from the location. Even with no heat bag, it shouldn't have been cold when I received it. When I called the second time, I sat on hold for 7 mins with NO answer. This location is a let down on every, single facet of service. Cold, inattentive, and not worth the $30 we paid for ONE, cold pizza. read more

Ordered our overly priced pizzas via their website. Paid and even included a tip for the delivery driver. That was a bit after 5 PM. At 6:30 we still didn't have our pizzas so I called to find out what the holdup was. After sitting on hold for 15 minutes and without talking to anyone I was disconnected. He did offer to let me wait for a free pizza, but I'm at two and a half hours and not interested in waiting another hour. I decline the offer and headed over to Chic-fil-a. Should have gone there in the first place. So what did I learn? Hutto Domino's will cancel your order at their whims. They won't communicate. They will put you on perma-hold. The 1st time it looked similar to the pic and I let him know that what he made wasn't correct. "This is a Brooklyn and I'm not remaking it" as he hands me the wrong pie. It got a little heated because as a paying customer I expect to get what I paid for instead of whatever they give me. Tried them out again a month later (today) and it was the same song. Pretty much the worst pizza experience I've ever had. I actually slept on this before writing the review, as I didn't want to post the review angry. Now I'm just very, very disappointed and have come to the realization that this was the first and last time we'll ever get pizza from this wreck of a store. Does this place answer their phones, ever? Tried calling in a pickup order and after sitting on hold for 20! minutes hung up and tried again. Another 15 minutes wasted on the 2nd call. Ordered a 2 pizzas online, only to have errors at checkout and to try again later. Tried a different browser (Firefox vs. Chrome) and was able to successfully place the order. We arrived at the store to find it in a state of pandemonium. There were a half dozen folks waiting in the lobby, the phone was ringing off the hook with no one bothering to pick it up, one of the employees was very rudely yelling at the gentleman running the register and a couple of the employees in the back were just standing there. Our pizza was just being boxed up as we walked in - perfect timing. One of the pizzas was for a friend - I haven't heard how theirs turned out, but the one we got was the WORST excuse for a pizza I've ever laid eyes on. We ordered 2 thin crust pizzas, one with two toppings and one with three toppings for a whopping total of over $30. The pizza I had was ordered with light sauce. It appeared there was absolutely zero sauce on the pizza, the crust was so burned it was blackened around the edges, the little cheese I could find was hard and crunchy, the crust was so hard you could snap it in pieces like a cracker and the three toppings were all dried out husks of their former selves. Chalking this up to a complete waste of $30+ and time. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich would have been better. read more

Me and Domino's go way, way back. When I was a college student in Ann Arbor, Domino's had two locations. We didn't like them much, felt they were overpriced for the quality of the pizza. Then came the 30 minute delivery guarantee. That really put Domino's on the national map. I loved the 30 minute guarantee, because at the time I lived in the basement apartment of a four story apartment building. The basement was the last part of the building to be converted to apartments, and so it had the highest apartment number. This was very confusing to the poor Domino's drivers, and the extra five minutes it took them to hike up the stairs to the third floor, figure out that apartment 7 wasn't up there next to 5 and 6, and run all the way back down to the basement to find it got me more than one free pizza. Of course, Domino's no longer has the 30 minute delivery guarantee. Instead, they've really become the McDonald's of pizza. You can pick up and move 3,000 miles, log on to the same web site you logged on to the week before, and get a pizza delivered that's essentially indistinguishable from the one you got last week in a whole different state or country. It's not gourmet, but it's tasty enough. And, in a sad indictment of the northeast Austin pizza community, it's a leader in the great pizza delivery challenge. Three stars for the food. One star cause their web site is excellent, and their delivery is very good, plus bonus points for being a trusty standby. read more

Greatly dissappointed... I don't want to complain about free but my girlfriend and I were comp'ed our order of 2 med pizzas since they messed one up last week. They don't deliver to where I live so the round trip is 25 minutes. They made up for it by getting us 2 new pizzas and topped with an order of cinnastix! Awesome! Picked up the order, (checked it to be certain) but didn't check it well enough... Pizzas were made right, but when ready to get to the cinnastix that my girlfriend was fairly happy they threw in, guess what kind of dipping sauce was included... Not icing as expected... RANCH... Thanks for trying to make up for it by trying to do the right thing in the first place but I don't know many who enjoy dipping their cinnamon sticks into ranch... The problem was the attention to detail, but now that I can't rely on getting what's expected, I won't go back to Dominoes any longer. It's too long a trip, for too much a headache. Worst domino's I have been to. Pflugerville location is way better! Hutto location has awful service, they are always late to deliver and not just 5-10 minutes but 45 min to an hour late. They have promised me free pizzas for being late and "added it to my account" still have not seen anything! Ordered carry out to see if that was better, told us an approx time to be ready, showed up 10 min after time and got there to learn we still had to wait another 25-30 minutes!
