I ordered a pepperoni pizza. Which first was super undercooked. i was greeted by a very rude young man named Daren, I have no words, I was cussed out, and yelled at for complaining about the undercooked pizza. He claimed I was lying and that I needed to stop being "picky". This is horrible service, I can't believe a young adult would even dare to say these things to me. His face was getting very red, and he looked like he was about to jump over the counter and attack me. I can't begin to express my dissatisfaction with this service and food. This review is for the Dominos at 33 True Apple Way in Inwood WV. I called in an order a few minutes ago only to be told I couldn't get the items on my half of a sub as requested. The order was made on Friday May 24, 2022 at around 4:30 pm. I was told that Dominoes did not have lettuce, tomato's and mayonaise. This place literally sucks, I don't understand how a business can still be open when they are this dysfunctional. I 81 travelers from south to north avoid this exit 5 Dominos, a better one awaits you in Martinsburg about 11 more miles north which is a better quality. Inwood is a small town of "I don't care, its a job mentality" as are all the way of thinking of their thinking in South Berkeley County, its a small community .... why should they have to do better?? I went out of my way to go to this Domino's based on the reviews. I literally passed two other establishments to get to this one and wow, am I glad! Absolutely the most fresh pizza I've ever had from a Dominos. The amount of toppings was incredibly generous, so fresh, and amazingly tasty! I will only go to this Dominos from now on! Staff was very friendly. Pizza was hot. Soda was cold. Though I paid for double bacon, pepperoni, steak, red peppers, cheese and sauce it seemed like a normal pizza I'd order any other time. The toppings were not double. If anything they added less per individual topping due to the variety of toppings they could throw on. The pizza also didn't have the garlic butter flavored crust. This order makes me never want to order another dominos pizza again. Totally not worth it. Just go to kings right up the road. Little more expensive, extremely better read more

I used to like this Domino's until last month. When I had trouble placing my delivery order online, so I called the store. A guy then informed me that they don't deliver to my area (Yes they do, I have the order history to prove it). After the guy got smart and argued, I got off the phone. Then called back for a manager whom then told me that my address was supposed to be removed from the delivery zone in 2014... three years ago? She went on to say the past managers for fired for delivering to me. She apologized and offered us a free pizza to get carry out. I told her I appreciated the gesture, but they lost my business and probably many others (since I know most of my neighbors ordered weekly). read more

I am sick of you stealing from me. I can order one topping and is never the same or even a rational amount compared to other Dominos. So I can order extra and pay for two toppings and you give me the exact same amount. I am going to start documenting this with photos. It is like you hired some fat employee that eats all the sausage and bacon before it makes it onto the pizza. As far as customer service and delivery goes though I do give them credit. Online ordering experience was easy as always, but tonight they were way off in customer service. My order was placed at 5:55. At 6:06 our pizzas went through the final check and was boxed. It was 6:25 and the tracker didn't show they had even left the building. At 6:36 I called the store to see what was going on. A very nice, very young sounding young lady told me they were very busy and it had started to snow so it was putting everything off and that he Tracker wasn't working right. Then she told me she thought our pizzas were on their way. I asked if the pizzas would be hot and she told me about the oven they sit them on to keep them warm. I waited another 30 minutes and she told me the same thing. On a whim, I checked the Tracker again and it showed that Paul had left with our pizzas at 7:38 - two minutes after I was told they were on the way the first time. I mentioned them being cold when I got and again I got the "sitting on top of the oven to keep them warm " story. Bear in mind our pizzas have now been out for delivery for more than 30 minutes. Finally, at 7:18, Paul shows up with the pizzas- a full 40 minutes after the Tracker showed he left the store. I asked if he thought they were still hot, he mentioned the snow and the roads. I am looking at my road, and it's just wet. At any rate, I live 4.5 miles from this store...so I'm thinking maybe a full out blizzard might justify a 40 minute delivery. Actually, from the time our food came out of the ovens and got to me was 1 hour and 12 minutes. The delivery man was an older, kind of grumpy, gentleman driving some kind of suv, so it wasn't a young boy with no driving experience. And of course our food was Luke warm, but 30 seconds in the microwave did the trick. The pizzas were good, too, but something was going on in that store tonight. I don't usually right reviews, but if I do it's good ones. I was pretty exasperated this evening. Felt like I was getting the run around. It will be a while before I order delivery from this dominos. read more
