WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Ordered pizza 2 hours and 45 minutes ago! Called to check the status after about an hour they said they were a little backed up and it will be out for delivery soon. Okay understandable. But then at the TWO HOUR mark I attempted to call again only to never get an answer. I received a text update right before trying to call saying the delivery driver was in my neighborhood. I Waited about 10 minutes and nothing! Called about 5 times never to get an answer. It's a pizza chain! I'm from Ann Arbor, MI where Domino's originated- and was forced to eat their pizza every Friday at school. I hated the stuff, the bottom of the pizza always had too much corn stuff on it and scraped my mouth, and the sauce was really thick and often had small sticks in it from the seasonings. Recently Domino's completely reinvented themselves and let me say- their pizza is MUCH better now. This location is no exception to that rule. They offer deals and discounts online and in mailers. The take out we've gotten from here was on point- piping hot and done just as we ordered. No complaints! read more

The dominos app had it to where you could review the maker of your order, but the review function disappeared before I could do so. So here it goes: Let me start by saying: My husband & I never eat dominos, but with the recent commercials about the cinnamon twists & such we decided to give it a try. I ordered a feta spinach pizza that barely had spinach on it: so much for getting my veggies. I may as well of ordered a cheese pizza. I asked for a cherry coke & got a regular coke. The cinnamon twists were so terrible that I gave them to Mikey (my husband) to eat. They were nothing but bread that had cinnamon drizzled over them in thin lines. My husband got the philly cheese steak sandwich. There was not much meat on it. He says he paid more for bread than anything. So for $42 in food needless to say this was disappointing. **UPDATE : A Jon Dannenhoffer the "district leader " reached out to me to help resolve this matter. He seemed friendly and willing to help. In the end; after explaining the situation as well as my concerns and desire for a refund- he stated I would receive a $25 store credit plus refund. I did tell him I did not want the store credit at that same store I ordered from as the experience I had was horrible! He stated I could receive the store credit it at the beach Blvd location. When we spoke he was not prepared to do the refund so we arranged a phone call for the next day. The next day came he was driving and his laptop had died.... He said he would call the store to have someone there prepared to receive my call to obtain my information for the refund. He said he would call me back or at least send me a text within 3 minutes to let me know I could call them for the refund .. I never heard back. I did not receive a call or a text .. I waited patiently and still never heard back. Jon never followed up with me. So, I reached out to him 4 days later (giving the benefit of the doubt that I would have heard back from him or someone ) I sent a text to the number he had been communicating with me from.. my message was "read" and I still haven't received a response. At this point my mind is blown and I am in disbelief. This is very disappointing and I no longer would recommend dominoes pizza to anyone. I still expect my refund as I did not deserve to be yelled at by TWO employees . The service was slow, and the staff was unprofessional and rude, and now the district leader has made promises that appear he did not intend to keep. I want my refund ! read more

Didn't feel like going out to eat and my wife was babysitting the grandkids in MacClenny so I was bachloring it. So I figured it's been awhile since I've had Domino's Pizza, so I went there and ordered their special 2 for $5.99 each got a pizza and 8 wings. The Pizza was really good thin and crisp and cooked just right. The wings on the other hand sucked, way to soft and gooey feeling with a poor taste. The take out area was very clean and the staff moderately helpful with fast service. When I go back there I will just get the pizza and forgo the wings. read more

There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. I keep going back because it's cheap and close to home. I've paid for extra sauce multiple times on pizza and it always looks like they put no sauce. Their pastas are also always lacking in the sauce department. I'm not asking for extra but it'd be nice to get a real amount. Tonight I ordered 2 custom pasta bowls for me and my boyfriend and it seems like they just read the first one and made them both the same which was wrong. You should never think it's okay to hang up on a customer and when the customer calls back to ask why you would be so rude, to say "I was done talking" is worse. Online they have an allergy menu but when you call and talk to the manager they are unaware of what's in their food I have been told wrong information that could be a life threatening anaphylaxis situation. Just moved to the area and unfortunately were in a spot that not many will deliver to. But we placed our order online and it arived in great time. I have to say that this was the best pizza ive had in a long time. It was hot . fresh and loaded with cheese and toppings. The chicken bites were good too. Oh and our driver was outstanding. I love Dominos pizza and sandwiches, I'm new here from N.J. I pay for delivery and taxes and my food but there is this one delivery person that thinks I owe him something. If my food is $16,14 I give $20.14 and this guy never says thank you, dude I just gave you a $4.00 tip, common courtesy would be to at least say thank you.
