Out the gate I really like the branding for this spot. They have awesome merch that you can buy at the front counter. The building itself is a bit lowkey but they have tons of seating inside. When it comes to the food, I wasn't necessarily blown out of the water. The wings and fries were super greasy (which some people like), and the oil tasted a bit old...They do have a huge menu though and maybe I just need to explore more. I stopped in with a friend last week. You order at the window then find a seat. When your order is ready they will call your name and you go back to the window and pick it up. I ordered five naked wings with the southern fried baptist sauce. It had a slight kick which I liked. It reminded me of buffalo sauce. The wings were fresh, hot and crispy. The potato wedges were very good as well. The service here is average, but they bring the food out on time and hot as well. The ambiance of this location is regular, but it does have a soulful feel to it as well. Parking is no issue, as there is plenty of parking. We chose the southern baptist ( plain) and the Crab Tray. Both flavors were perfect. I dream about the crab tray wings! The prices here are very reasonable and the portions are big for the chicken sandwiches. I love the creative sandwich descriptions, it fits the whole vibe. The portion of chicken was probably the equivalent of two Chick-Fil-a sandwiches--they do not skimp on the meat. The sauce was excellent. My daughter loves her wedges and the one I tried definitely made me want my own but without meat. The ribs were a little hard for me as far as chewing. We drove about 2 hours to check THC out. Although we didn't get our drinks with our order, they still get 5 stars! The chicken wings were so full of flavor- I'm talking down to the bone! I ordered the Krab Tray and Philly Style wings and they were so so good. The fries are seasoned well also. Customer service was great, the staff made us feel welcomed.
