One of the many reasons why I love Yelp is because there have been certain restaurants that I wasn't necessarily thrilled with in the beginning, but then other's photos and reviews changed my mind. In regards to this place, for those that left unsatisfied, I highly recommend you give Domino's in Kaysville another chance. Went back yet again, and customer service once again was a 10/10 on an extremely busy weekend evening. The employees here bust their butts for every customer and the quality has remained the same (at least for me), regardless of the hour or day. Love my ExtravaganZZa pizza's that are always absolutely loaded with ingredients and cooked to perfection. Every single time I have ever ordered pickup at this location, the employees do not prioritize my order or even begin making it until i get there for pick up! It is insanely inconsiderate of others time to have a planned time for pick up but do not begin making the pizza until you get there. I genuinely hope you guys reconsider how you run this kaysville location. read more

Decent pizza, but knowing when it will actually be ready is about as predictable as Utah's weather. We ordered the other night and everything was ready on schedule when we got there. I ordered today and they hadn't even started in my order when it was scheduled for pickup. There was only one employee running the whole store at lunch time. Now, I've been sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes and the app tracker updated to show everything was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago, but when I click for detail, it shows in the oven and not ready for another 20 minutes. It seems delivery orders are prioritized over pick up orders. The employees are very friendly (a few more arrived), but obviously stressed, behind the counter lamenting about lack of support by owners and corporate, under-staffing, constant turnover, and understanding why "everyone quits." The owners need to do better for their team. The lobby was pretty clean and there was cool art on the chalkboard wall. Saw a dead moth on the floor near the entrance. It's hard to have a good experience at a takeout pizza joint, but this Dominos location is most definitely the worst. My fiancé ordered the pizza and their "pizza tracker" gave us an estimated completion time so we headed to pick it up. We arrived, and waited 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour... I went inside to ask how much longer it would be, and the place was full of kids working their asses off. This isn't a review about the employees, but rather the website that blatantly lies about the timeline. Instead of being honest, they'd rather take your money first, then let their staff (which is an average age of 15 years old) deal with the customer service fallout. There's a handful of Mom n Pop pizza shops around here, they may be a bit more expensive, but I promise it's worth it to go there instead. read more

Deserving of less than one star. We have ordered several times and each and every time the wait time continues to increase for pick up. I called tonight an hour and 15 minutes after ordering and was told that they had not even started on my order. When I ordered it said it would be ready for pick up in 45 minutes, which continued to increase as I was waiting to 2 hours. This isn't a one off experience. I wish I could give zero stars!! Ordered online and arrived to wait in drive thru line right after the online tracker said the pizza was ready. The line was wrapped around the building so I could not see the pickup window until I was 2nd in line, but the line was moving VERY slow until then. By the time I was 2nd in line I had already been waiting 20 minutes. I already knew they were busy since my online order took an hour before it said it was ready, so I figured the line inside would be slow also. I waited for another 5 min (2nd in drive thru) without an employee coming to the window to talk to the person in front of me, so I pulled out of line to park and go inside. After going inside, I was handed my pizza within 2 minutes. I asked the employee if anyone was working the drive thru and was told no, because they are busy. I (nicely) suggested that they inform their customers that they will not be getting service at the drive thru, because people are waiting (I did not tell him how long I had been in line). I dunno...Put up a sign in the window with a piece of printer paper or cardboard? Cover the window completely so people know it's not operating? There are options. Absolutely ridiculous that out of the 10 or so employees inside, they all decided that IGNORING the drive thru was their best option. Never going to that location again. read more

After not coming to this location for a long time, I thought I would give it a go. I was hoping for an improved experience so I could improve my rating, but it has remained a poor experience. I used the app and after receiving a notification that my pizza was in the oven, I went to the location to pick up my food. My pizza wasn't in the oven yet and I waited for 15 - 20 minutes. The employees seemed to be frazzled. Apparently their technology was giving them fits creating chaos behind the counter. When I got my food, it was over cooked. Got the pizza home and it wasn't cooked all the way. The pizza was flat like the crust hadn't risen and when you bit into it, it was still doughy. I know they are short staffed, but I'm not sure we can eat what we just bought. I stopped by this Dominos for a quick personal dinner on my way to visit family in Centerville. Things already seemed to be going pretty badly, I waited about 45 minutes for my pizza to be done. Added onto that, there were a few issues that I noticed as soon as I got into my car and started eating. I had ordered a sausage pizza, just plain sausage nothing else, but they put olives on it for some reason. No big deal, even though I didn't order it. Then I bit into the pizza and the entire thing was lukewarm, becoming cold. It was very unpleasant. I don't understand why it was cold because they very clearly made my pizza as soon as I ordered. I decided to take another bite of a different piece, and surprise-surprise, that one was cold too, even more so. I contemplated bringing the pizza back in, but I was already late to see my family after waiting over half an hour, and didn't feel like waiting another 30-40 minutes for another gamble at a decent pizza. Since they have moved to the new location (208 W) they are greatly improved! They were deserving of past reviews; we had similar poor experiences while they were still at the previous location (392 W). However, they have a new facility, new staff, and seem to take pride in their work! In the past it was extremely hit-n-miss. The facility was dated, the staff was always frazzled (likely due to being short handed) and orders arrived late, wrong, or got canceled altogether. We have placed 4 or 5 orders now from the new location. What a transformation! The orders have been correct, on time if not earlier than expected, tasted great, and the employees are very pleasant, happy, and professional. If you expect less, you get less. This store, the owner, the management, and the staff clearly expect more and it shoes; "you" get more, "now". We are thrilled. We have always preferred Domino's and loved the convenience when we moved to Kaysville 5yrs ago. If you've had bad luck in the past, give them another shot; they have both earned it and deserve it. read more

I don't know what has happened to this Dominoes location but they used to be fast and lately ordering has been a disaster. Ordered delivery on the app like usual and after 1.5 hours the status hadn't changed. I called the store three times, one time being on hold for 12 min and no one answered. Drove to the store and there were 3 others inside waiting for their order, the phone constantly ringing while no one answered. I asked the girl at the front desk if they ever answer the phone and she said she's been "busy talking to people inside the building." Unacceptable. She really should be fired, for the 30 min I was there she never once answered the constantly ringing phone. And I never saw her do any real work, she just paced around distracting the cooks. Also her fingernails and hands were dirty brown it grossed me out so bad. I wanted to cancel my order but she said it was already in the oven so I waited. The cook guy had to come out from the back to do her job and hand out orders. The manager of this place needs to get a handle of this place and his employees ASAP. read more

More than once we have had someone from the store call us to cancel our order because their drivers did not show up for work and they had no means to deliver our order to our residence. When I called to follow up on our order the rude employee said it was not their problem they had a busy night. When we finally got our order it was wrong. Ordered online for carry out, they didn't even have the order made after the 40 minutes since it was created online, waited and complained to the manager who wanted to comp is for our next visit (don't do that they won't honor it via reviews I read on google) and waited longer for some pizza to be made. Couple weeks before that ordered for delivery and it took over 2 hours to get the pizza, the store doesn't even answer when you call. Just go to a different location or anywhere but here.
