Marcos delivered not only good pizza, wings, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks but did so in a very timely fashion at prices we were astonished by! Ordered a special they had going for unlimited $7.99 medium 1-topping pizzas. Sounded like a decent deal so we got 2, one half cheese half pineapple and one with old world pepperoni and half green olive (the second topping added a buck or two). Delivery fee was $7!!! So that kind of negated the special in a way but we've come too far. Online ordering was easy, the website was straightforward. Delivery was impressively fast! I was quoted 50 minutes and pizzas arrived pipping hot in about 30 minutes. There is a nice tracking app as well. The Pizzas were not bad but nothing too special either. I did enjoy the old world curled pepperoni though. I will say whoever was doing the half toppings needs to go back to elementary school and learn fractions a little better. If I have a Pie with 8 slices, shouldn't my half toppings be on 4 of those slices and not 3? Take a look at the pictures haha! Anyway, not bad but nothing to rave about here either. read more

It amazes me that you pass your restaurant on a 90% carry out and delivery service. Yet you come out with an APP. That has made ordering from you one of the worse experiences on any food app out there. Why would you change your app to make it crash more? Change it so you can't add important delivery information. So it are forced to call the location and add that to what should have been added to your order on the app. WORSE. They will use your delivery information to every other time someone else in your community orders from you. And after repeated calls to the location and corporate was this practiced ended. Yet still your app is horrible. read more

My expectations were modest when I ordered my pizza. The gentleman who took my order seemed enthusiastic and he was very, very polite. He made a recommendation for brownies for dessert. This was our first time trying this brand and they were a success. I downloaded the app when they opened not long ago and have watched the coupons but had not placed an order. We are a bit more careful ordering from any new places as we have had so many bad experiences here. On this occasion I used their app as there was a discount on Monday. We took a real chance and got the Bbq chicken pizza minus onions on the regular crust and we got the cheezybread. I personally have to be careful of all the carbs but it was worth the investment. First off our order arrived earlier than anticipated and the driver might have been the manager. They were very friendly and explained our order and what they included. The food arrived hot and smelled great. The Cheezybread had paper over it in the box which helped keep it fresh and soft. The pizza looked great and we could not wait to eat it. We all tried both items and really enjoyed them both. For this particular pizza I would definitely recommend the regular crust to support the sauce. They do not skimp. I plan to try some of the others on the thin crust as I prefer mine that way. The cheezybread was soft and very tasty with just the right amount of garlic. My only issue was that we asked for both pizza sauce and garlic ranch with the bread but only received garlic. It tasted great no matter what. So now Marco's is one of our go to pizza places locally. Ordered through DoorDash and got the wrong pizza. I called and talked to Corey and they blamed DoorDash and wouldn't bring me another one. Which to a certain extent I can understand but it's a $14 pizza, just remake it and bring it. After being irritated, we decided to eat a veggie pizza we didn't order. First slice left me disappointed with how cold and tasteless it was. Second piece was still disappointing but it came with a 38" behemoth of a hair that attached the veggies and meat like a kabob skewer. This ruined my entire meal. Would not recommend. read more

I just picked up a pizza around 9:45 tonight. I felt uneasy getting out of my car with the guy who was hanging out in front so I called them and asked if they could bring it out to my car as I was right in front by the door. The girl who was working said no problem, she handed me the pizza and I gave her a nice tip. I'm assuming she knew the guy who was hanging out outside as he was trying to grab the money from her. The pizza was hot, thin crust wasn't burnt and the meatballs were pretty descent. My issue was the long hair I pulled out of it. This is the second time in two weeks, and from two different locations, both Marcos that there was a hair in my pizza. I don't think I will be trying them again as there are numerous other places that I can go to. read more

This location is relatively new to the area, and when they first opened they were accepting all Marco's coupons and we were there at least twice per week. Staff was always friendly. Since then, however, they do not accept most advertised Marco's coupons or honor any of the advertised special prices. I'm assuming it's a franchise owner that has decided they do not need to accept coupons since it's a tourist are and they can get vacation people to pay full price. If you check other stores, they are currently accepting the - Large 1-topping for $9.99 - and two 2-topping mediums for $6.99 each - This location is not. Very unfortunate. This was the worst display of customer service I have ever seen. On Friday, February 24, 2023, I ordered food through Door Dash, however I picked it up myself. I noticed that the order was not made correctly and contacted the store. I spoke with the manager on duty, who was extremely rude and literally called me a liar when I explained to him what the issue was. He went on to say he made the pizza himself and he has cameras to prove that it was made correctly. I then decided to go back to the store to prove to him that he was wrong and I was not lying about a $7.00 pizza. When I arrived to the store with the pizza ball and proceeded to show him that it was incorrect, he again called me a liar and even refused to give me his name. When I tell you he was rude and condescending it was unimageable. Whoever the manager on-shift that was working between 1:30 and 5:30 yesterday is an idiot and Marco's Pizza should be ashamed of him and how he represent your brand. His behavior in front of other employees and customers was an embarrassment to himself and your establishment. While I will never advocate for anyone to be terminated, I will advocate for this idiot to go through extensive customer service training and maybe a course on anger management. I will never step foot back into this restaurant and will post this same review on all of my social media platforms. Location does not answer the phone, sat on hold for 15 minutes. I pulled up to the curbside window to pick up my pizza, everyone inside looked at me but no one came, so I had to go inside - in the rain. No one acknowledged me when I entered, just looked at me and walked past me. Finally I got someone's attention and got my pizza. They were busy, but not busy enough to not even acknowledge customers waiting to pick up food they already paid for.
