The BEST pizza chain. Yes, it's more expensive because it's better! I don't know if it's quality control or what, I have never had a bad RTP anywhere in CA. It's been the go-to since I was, at least, five years old. This location has a game/play area, which is great for kiddos--or kids at heart. The service is polite, helpful, and friendly. They always get the order right with carry out or delivery. Delivery is early or on time. You can dine in and make a full meal of it with the salad bar and dessert. They have soda and beer. I was not happy with the pizza I recieved and left disappointed that my favorite pizza spot let me down. Until I recieved a call from Israel the manager. I was so suprised to get the call. His call let me know that Roundtable does care about their customers. They remade my pizza and made sure I was happy with my order. I added an order of garlic twists. I felt bad they had to remake my pizza. They really are still the king of pizzas. As you will see in my pictures. It fed me, my neighbor and 2 feiends. After there were still a couple of slices left. I ordered the Italian Garlic Supreme ($13.99 - Personal Size) at Round Table (West Covina). This tiny pizza contains a welcomed, strong garlic flavor; piping hot, gooey cheese; and thin, crisp crust. Its mushroom slices are paper thin and tasteless. But its sausage is well-seasoned despite being dry. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. I visited Round Table Pizza (West Covina) on Friday (around 4:20PM). Staff is welcoming and professional. I ordered the Italian Garlic Supreme ($13.99 - Personal Size). I waited 15 minutes. The food arrived piping hot. Round Table Pizza (West Covina) had focused on pizza deliveries. I noticed a few staff placing pizzas in to-go bags and heading to the car. Unfortunately, for about an hour, I observed no other customers arriving at Round Table Pizza (West Covina). This location is very large, yet it's a ghost town. Round Table (West Covina's) ambiance is subpar. It's relatively clean. But a few more vacuums and sweeps would benefit the location. Also, I noticed many (about 10) napkin dispensers covered in dust and flakes. In addition, the location's ventilation is weak for such a large place. I was beginning to drip with sweat in the main dining hall. Eventually, I found a small far off corner underneath a windy air vent that made this location's hot temperature more tolerable. If I were to compliment Round Table (West Covina), I thought the arcade games were charming. Also, I enjoyed the television screens that played sports (LA Dodgers vs San Diego Padres). The televisions were not muted, so I was able to hear the game. However, 30 minutes into my stay, the music suddenly turned on. This loud music and television audio did not mesh well at all. Also, I'm not a fan of needing to acquire a card to play the games. If it wasn't for that extra step, I'd have plopped a couple dollars into the crane game. Overall, Round Table Pizza (West Covina) offers good service and pizza. Its pizza's prices are not the most competitive, and its ambiance is clunky; however, I had a decent experience. Quick lunch after church, service was super quick and the restaurant was quite empty due to us coming right when it opened. We ordered and got our food within 25 minutes. The boneless wings were crispy and the garlic Parmesan twists were good too, just a little too salty for my tastes. The pizza was also up to par but it was a little undercooked. They're always playing something on their TVs so my husband and I can enjoy a pitcher of beer while watching baseball and our kids enjoy the small arcade games. She provided A1 service by checking with me during the wait time and once the electricity came back on, she ensured I received my order. My daughter had three hour practice at the fields on the hill so my wife and I came here for wings and a pitcher of beer. After pouring out one beer each and each taking one drink we both noticed the beer had a horrible taste. I'm sure the keg lines are disgusting or this just isn't the type of beer we ordered. I took this photo and brought it up to a guy here. He was understanding and asked if I wanted another beer type. The bucket of beer is the same cost so I said since that was safe from dirty keg lines I'd prefer that. The female manager on the other hand said she would only give four beers to use cause we drank beer. Really? We didn't drink more than a taste of each glass but ok. She didn't say a word when I tried to talk to her and just walked away. I understand if someone was in here just trying to get a free beer or something but this beer is disgusting. We had also got $20 in quarters and put and total of $2 into one game that never worked. My wife was worried and wouldn't eat the food after it finally came. Overall horrible experience. The place was very clean, friendly service and the food was VERY good. I appreciated that he didn't charge me extra to do 'heavy' sauce on my pizza and actually found me a 2/1 coupon for the giant cookies they sell ($1.99 each! Totally worth it). My boys enjoyed the arcade and were drawn to that the whole night. The salad bar was well stocked and the prices were good. My family began coming here when my son was a toddler. Going out to eat was still new for us and hard when kids don't want to sit still for dinner. We came here for dinner one day and "never left". The arcade games made this a fun outing, the beer and sports on the TV's made it extra enjoyable for my husband and I was happy knowing I can relax and not worry that my kid was active while getting out of thr house wanting to get some dinner. There was about 5-7 different kinda of pizzas to choose from, bread sticks and cinna-sticks. There's also a salad bar across the way with an ok selection of greens/mixes. The food was okay, nothing amazing. I mean, I'd go back if I wanted pizza buffet buuuuut if I wanted good pizza, I'd probably go elsewhere.
