absolutely unacceptable. I ordered pepperoni and was given a plain cheese, so I asked for my order to be corrected. Obviously they said they would correct my order, but before I could say anything else they hung up on me. I called back and asked what they would do with the pizza they will be taking back, especially because I am sick and it is a health code violation. I was greeted with a very rude worker, and even was sworn at whenever I wanted to simply know what they would do with it. Now I am being kept on hold over this and I am apparently unavailable to speak to a manager. Utterly unacceptable as adults to act like this. read more

If I could rate it a ZERO, I would. On 12/30/21, I ordered pizza with domino's at 6:39pm, I checked the "pizza tracker" (which is the biggest joke) around 8pm and saw that at 7:07pm was being quality checked. Come 7:45 still nothing about it being out for delivery. I call this location, all I got was the automated voice saying "We will be with you shortly! You r call is important to us." After 20 minutes of that, I hung up and called again, while on "wait" I drove to the location just to get the pizza order myself, to find the lobby is locked, at least 6-7 cars waiting in the drive thru lane & another 2 customers sitting in their cars waiting for their pizza. A guy, named Brent, came out to help me. According to him, they were told not to answer their phones, they quit taking delivery orders by 7:30. He went to check on my order came out again, told me they didn't have my order they "lost it"! He then went back in to double check, returned to me & said it's not even made. WHICH ONE IS IT?!?! The charge for my order was already hitting my bank account, but yet they lost my order!! By 8:30 pm I've had enough. This is ridiculous!! So I ended up at McDonald's to get dinner & go home to eat with my family. We finish eating our meal by 9:00pm, at 9:10pm a Domino's delivery driver showed up with our order. That is almost 3 hours after I originally placed my order!! Pizza was made right, they gave us the wrong salad. Yes, I know they were busy, but the management at this location needs to change something!! This is not the first time I had something like this happed to us from this location. I am always willing to give a 2nd chance. This first time my order was placed at 5pm and we didn't get that order till 10:30pm!!! Their excuse for that was....they got 2 big orders in around 6pm for some baseball teams one order was $600 & the other was $450 order. So an hour after I put my order in, it wasn't made, or prepped to run through the oven before the other orders came through. I have had enough from this location. I ordered a pizza from Domino's last week and I was not going to right a review but my friends said I should. So here it's goes. I have ordered there lots of times at with in the last 8 yrs are so. But this time I couldn't believe how long I had to wait for a pizza. I will make this short. If they think I'm going to eat a pizza that took 2 1/2 hours to get to me! I'm not eating it and been lied to about my pizza. Well after about 3 calls to them. I decided to go to their store. And get a refund cause that pizza was not going to be fresh and it was chicken and I spent $31.00. When I got there the mgr.came to the window I explained to her why I wanted a refund and she asked an employee where is the pizza. I don't want it now. My husband called me while I was there, and said they were at the door with it . I told him I'm getting a refund then the mgr gave me the receipt cause she saw how upset I was that I had to go there to get my refund and said the pizza was on them. I'm still not going to eat a pizza that by then took 2hrs 45 mins. I was so pissed off. So now I'm never ordering pizza there again. I couldn't imagine she was still trying to get that pizza to me! SUGGESTION TO THE MGR: she should have made me a fresh one and give that one to me for free! And her employee should have never lied to me. Sorry but this was the short version.. if they were that busy or for whatever the reason. It was no handle or properly. Done with them! Whoever wants to continue to order pizza from them . I placed a order at 3:32 the lady on the phone said 20 minutes. As soon as we hung up I got delivery updates on my order it was actually delivered within 15 minutes everything was nice and fresh made just line I ordered it this was truly a great experience .My delivery driver was Devin he was nice and punctual.Thanks Dominos read more

False promises, unorganized, and not properly trained. I ordered one large pizza on Thursday and I had my girlfriend pick it up for me. When she got there they charged me for two large pizzas instead of one and she paid without knowing. When I called back later that day, they told me they couldn't give me the refund because "the charge has to go through in order for us to give a refund and that takes a day" (that's bullshit). So we called back the next day and got the manager and he said he'd have to ask the general manager and he would get back to us...He never did. So I called again the next day (today) and got a different employee who knew about the situation (yet i never got a callback from anyone) And said the general manager "stepped out and I'll have her call you back." We are new to the Youngsville area and have been ordering pizza from Dominos at least once a week since for a few years. This location (E Milton Blvd) has already messed up our orders twice (but they did give us a credit). However, last night (5/27) I ordered with Curbside Service, was lucky enough to get the parking place right in front of the front door and window. I turned my flashers on as the app instructed and included my vehicle description and selected "I'm Here" on the app. I sat for over 6 minutes and no one even gave me a glance. Finally, as I was driving through the drive through, I call the store and they did bring it out. But while I was sitting 10 ft in front of the glass window, I was able to observe that, for the entire time, both of the employees who were visible inside, preparing the food, were not wearing their mask. One guy did have his on but pulled down below his chin and the other had his hanging from his neck. This obviously does not accomplish the purpose of wearing them and since they had them tied around their necks they can't use ignorance as their excuse. This manager needs to get retrained on how to manage his employees and then how to hold them accountable!! read more

As a disabled grandmother, this store and it's amazing crew have saved my butt over and over again! When the grandchildren or the rest of the family show up to spend the day, more often that not, it's my Domino's that I call on. Everyone can agree on Pizza (well, most of the time anyway), so it's just a matter of getting all the toppings together that we can agree upon, and then ordering the number of pies that we need. This way, my family gets to sit down and eat with each other without my having to stand at the oven for 2 days trying top put together a delicious meal. It's been about a month since I went to this Domino's location. The pizza was pretty good. But the experience didn't leave me. So, I've decided to share. We ordered over the phone and was told it would be ten minutes. We got to the drive thru window and paid with a check card. Usually, you give your card, sometimes sign it, done. But the guy, says I need to fill it "all out" I realized then that he meant the tip line. Not catching on, I asked him when this became a rule? Well, I don't tip when I get in my own car and pick it up at a window. I drew a line through the tip line and handed it back. Well, then he says it'll be ten more minutes, there are people's orders in front of mine. I was told to go park and he'd bring it to me. I do this and I watch him leave the store with a delivery. Ok, obviously he's angry that he didn't get a tip. My husband went in and, of course, the pizza was ready. I've encountered rude employees before but this was not rude, it was mean, and coming from a kid the age of my kids. It left me feeling that that this young man was way too good at intimidation for his age. It makes me scared for his future and makes me never want to make a second visit to this Dominos. read more

I am displaced from Baton Rouge due to flooding. But I just want to say that I ordered a pizza from this Dominos. It was absolutely the BEST pizza I have had -- ever!! Our complaint will be the delivery . We have used them a few times before and was very pleased however this time our delivery was so late that the pizza didn't seem as fresh and hot as we are use to. The driver got loss and how I don't know when we off a main road. After calling us from the apt complex across the street it still took her 10 mins to get to us because even with me guiding her over the phone she still went to the wrong house. It was pretty frustrating because my husband had just finished a 12 hour work day and asked for pizza. I placed the order at 6:20 pm and it was delivered after 7 pm sometime when we live very close to the store who delivered to us. Like I said the other times were great but when the driver takes that long and alters the freshness and temperature of our food some sort of compensation should be made. The thing I don't u derstand is that gps brings you right to our home. I'm hopeful this was a one time incident and if not Pizza Hut shall be our next provider read more
