Two stars only because we haven't had much issue in the past. Today we ordered two pizzas, one small and one medium, and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. For such a small order, it took almost an hour. The pizzas were fine, but the sandwich had almost no meat on it. Silsbee location needs to sharpen their cutter as the Pizza slices are never cleanly cut and Pizza is on the verge of being uncooked. Pizza at the Groves (my old hometown) location is MUCH better and the coupons in Silsbee do not compare to those offered in Groves. The only time I order from this location is when I am in a bind for something quick. Definitely room for improvement. read more

I live right beside this Dominos, and order from them between 2 to 5 times a month. Recently something has changed and their customer service has become absolute garbage. The last 2 times Ive ordered from them online, and gone to pickup my pizza through their pickup drive through window there has been issues. The types of issues that should never occur. Ive been ordering Dominos since 1989, in different provinces and states across both Canada and America. I love Dominos, as you might guess its my preferred delivery pizza place. The quality and customer service has been really consistant except for this location and frankly Ive had enough of it. Issue 1: This location doesnt seem capable of managing themselves with high volume days/times and as a result I get stuck with the app telling me my pizza is ready and sitting in the drivethrough line for over 10 minutes while NOBODY even acknowledges the car at the front of the line. I was so frustraited waiting while NOBODY came to the window and I was the third car in the line with several cars behind me that I leaned on the horn to get the employees attention, which worked. I still sat in the line knowing my pizza was ready for 20 minutes before it was my turn at the window. Issue 2: I immediately left a review on my order to let them know this was UNACCEPTABLE, which they in turn IGNORED. Thats never happened to me with Dominos. If you have a problem, they usually are excellent about not only promptly correcting it but often offering you something to show you that youre a valued customer, at the very least they respond to your complaint. Issue 3: The next time I ordered online again (last night), get to the drive through pickup window, and a woman tells me that the tracker app lies, that it does not reflect what is happening in the store and tells me to go run erronds and come back in FORTY FIVE MINUTES....that my pizza should be ready by then. That has NEVER happened to me before with Dominos. Picking it up has NEVER taken more than 30 mins for it to be ready and usually its more like 20 mins, no matter how busy the place might get. 45 mins? The app is a liar??? Unacceptable, again showing an inability to deal with high volume days and times despite seeing at least 8 staff in the establishment, they still told me to go away.... Issue 4: I come back in 45 mins, and tell them what happened, my pizza was paid for when I was told to go away. I asked them when did it come out of the oven..... They LIED. They said 5 mins. I got it home within 1.5 MINUTES ok.. a pizza fresh out of the oven for 5 mins that gets to its destination within 1.5 minutes should be HOT right? It was BARELY LUKE WARM. Like a pizza thats been sitting for 45 MINUTES. After having 1 tiny piece (thin crust edge) to confirm how disgusting it was that not only did I wait FOREVER and be told to GO AWAY Im also stuck with a wilted barely body temp pizza, Im LIVID.. and immediately go right back to thr store wih this craptastic pie.. Issue 5: I ask for management, tell them about how I was sent away, told them about how I was lied to, and tell them to make me a new pizza and give me an actual ETA since apparently their tracker app is a "liar", management seems to really not be surprised, or annoyed or even really care. The guy pretty much acted like this was normal. At this point he should have offered something else because that was a ridiculous and horrible experience for me and considering that I order from them so often he just really didnt seem phased. Any other Dominos would have given me a voucher for a free pizza next time or something, and would have garunteed this will NEVER happen again. All in all, something is amiss here. This store is no longer capable of handling anything and you know whats sad?? Its the the middle of literally NOWHERE Texas. Theres stores in Houston, San Antonio, Vancouver Canada that all have WAY more volume and manage not to tell me to GO AWAY for 45 minutes when my app says the food is done. They dont blame the app for their mistakes. I wont be ordering here again. read more

We have ordered pizza from here twice this week and both pizzas for my wife were wrong and missing the Buffalo hot sauce. This is upsetting because when I try to report an issue with them it will not go through to my phone. I hope this gets fixed and someone contacts me about my experience. read more

I live 3.4 miles away from the store - in a nice neighborhood, no less. They refuse to deliver.

So my boyfriend and I usually eat here once a week. These last 2 months this dominos location has really went down hill. 90% of the time they dont allow us to order online. I've sat on hold for 30+ minutes just waiting to place my order and nobody ever answered the phone. As well as the food the appearance and taste of the food just isn't there anymore. We've received bread bites multiple times that were undercooked. Just over all we will not be eating pizza there until they get everything straight again. read more

Best Take Out ordering experience ever! Not only were the wings and cinnamon stick delicious, but the counter person was very kind. When I called my order in, Brenna answered. She was informative, sharp, fun spirited, and a delight to order from. She recommended the Mango Habanero Wings and Cinnamon sticks. A great combination. Placed a order for 14 original style buffalo wings and 2 pizzas. Have my order delivered and there no buffalo sauce on the wings. This has happened before and when I called they fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Tonight when I called they informed me that is what I ordered after explaining that it is not the lady told me "well that's what you ordered". Ok so I ordered a double pepperoni with extra cheese. First delivery....tip 5 bucks....half chesee and half regular pepperoni. Stopped the driver and argued about my order. ..still she received the tip. Called and had the order replaced. Delivered fast but pizza was super greasy and soggy. I ordered some wings, and a sandwich. An hour later or so I got a call that she was to scared to walk up to the door cause there was a bat in the tree. My wings didn't have there blue cheese and my sandwich wasn't per say assembled. Worst of all it was during over time of the Wisconsin Arizona game so I miss the last minute of the game and got my socks wet. Food ordered has always been delivered in a timely manner. They have forgotten our drinks a couple of times, but are more than willing to run back to the store and get what they forgot. Delivery drivers encountered have been polite and punctual (meaning they show up shortly after the tracker says "So and so left the store with your order at such and such time". Food is always fresh and hot. Overall, a nice, convenient way to eat. read more

Never had a problem.....switch to Domino's due to Lumberton Papa John's cannot get call-in nor computer order right..Domino's in Lumberton has never failed and will continue to use them. read more

First of all, the address displayed on Google did not bring us to the actual dominoes store. I had to call and ask where they were located and get surrounding stores so that I could go get my pizza. The employees weren't very nice. read more
