Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Dominoes. I previously was a regular customer but was just treated very unfairly in regards to a complaint about an "uncooked pizza". I was not able to call the night I received it and had a business trip the next day. I just now called to request my pizza be replaced and I was turned down. I will take my money elsewhere and also contact Dominoes corporate office regarding this incident. read more

Dominos.com says the store is open until 11 o'clock. I called at 10:45, waiting on hold for 15 minutes, and nobody picked up. What gives? Also, the website won't let you place an online order if you live in Tortosa. Yet they will deliver when you call. This is been an issue for years, and I've asked them to fix it several times. Their only solution is to have you place a take-out order online, and then call them and have them change it to a delivery order. read more

I ordered a pizza from here today and specifically requested to have it delivered to our pool. Mind you our pool does not have an address; So after I made the order through the website I told them specifically stating where to go. Come to find out that they delivered my pizza to my house where nobody was home. So I called to see where my order was and they stated that next time I needed to place the order with the address that it should be delivered to, the person on the phone Jared, he was EXTREMELY RUDE. Thought I would give the local dominos a try as I usually love dominos pizza. This place is brutal. The delivery guy forgot my sauces... Not a big deal, when I opened my pizza there was barely any sauce on my pizza, still not a big deal, then I open the breadsticks to find a box of just dough, no delicious garlic butter and whatever that other heavenly mix they put on it,,, nope just a plain old piece of dough. I ordered from Domino's Pizza online for delivery. The order estimated delivery in 27 - 37 minutes. The actual arrival took just under an hour. The pizza was lukewarm and the cheese was not melty in any way, shape or form. I love pizza but this one left me very disappointed. read more

This review is solely based off of their customer service at this location! The customer Service is disgusting to say the least. They messed up on my order on delivery, The charge an and extra $2.00 per topping, not for double but just extra! I did not called to complain because it does no good, they will fix this order but I will happen again and again. We had a paper coupon for on large pizza for $14.99. The coupon said nothing of having to purchase two. When you go to order and enter the number online you find out that you have to order two (SCAM). I ordered the large 3 topping for $12.99, the selected "extra" onions and "extra" mushrooms as the normal amount is usually barely visible. So now you add and extra $4.00 on to the pizza, oh and then there is the delivery fee that does not go to the driver, you still have to tip the driver. You ask what does the money go for, right into the cash drawer for nothing! I am done with business that rip me off. I will take my money to a business that appreciate my business. This was the last straw Domino's you lost a customer, if I treated my customers the way you treat yours I would be out of business!! Rethink your rip off tactics!! read more

As far as pizza in Maricopa goes, I had a decent experience with Domino's Pizza. We ordered and in about 30 minutes the pizza man was ringing our doorbell. He was pleasant and courteous and complimented our home. When I opened up our pizza box I realized it was missing the pepperoni we had ordered. We weren't that bothered by it so we ate and enjoyed our black olive and cheese deep dish pizza. We also had the cinnamon bread with icing which was a delightful dessert to accompany our dinner. Overall, despite the missing pepperoni, we enjoyed our pizza from Domino's Pizza. read more

I wish I could post about how delicious the food is... But I have no food from here. Again. This is the third time I placed a delivery order only to not have it delivered. Today the claim was the driver knocked and rang the doorbell. My dog reacts to people at the door, so I know for sure that nobody showed up. We had an excellent experience with Domino's last night. Domino's is one of the few pizza restaurants that offers a great Gluten Free option. They also allow you to build your own pizza rather than being confined to having the cardboard Gluten Free one many restaurants keep in their freezers. This time I called to complain and the lady said that she was sorry and that they would give us a credit on our account because their driver didn't want to come back out to deliver a pizza again for the third time, A week or so later we went to call them to order a pizza and the lady I spoke to said there was no credit on our account, I asked to speak to a manager, the manager also told me there was no credit on my account , than began calling me a liar telling me that there was no way they're going to give me a free pizza. REALLY A FREE PIZZA? My family and I work hard for our money and don't by any means expect to get something free, we just wanted what we ordered and PAID for!! I first want to say I love dominos, they are easily my favorite chain pizza place. This is solely off of the service not the food. I ordered online and noticed the donation stating drivers only carried so much money, so I called the store to let them know I only had a $50 bill. She informed me that the driver would not have change, okay, I get it corporate policy you don't want your drivers getting robbed. Ill just switch to pick up. Despite the fact the whole reason I was ordering pizza in the first place was because I didn't want to tote my toddler around. I arrived, talked to the same person whose name I won't mention because I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble or fired really just want to vent. She tells me she doesn't have change for a $50 in house either, she seemed annoyed. Why did you not tell me this in the phone? You knew I was coming in with that same $50 we just talked about on the phone. I go next door ask them, they did not have change either. So I leave, I called and let them know I would not be coming back to pick up my order. My plans for pizza did not include a trip out of the house let alone a trip to the bank with toddler. Instead I ended up with panda express, who did have change. To the employee, maybe communicate better. To the manager maybe keep more than $20 in the till. read more
