I've been to JJ's a few times, but it's been awhile. The indoor seating and lobby are always clean. I ordered a spicy east coast Italian unwich and a gargantuan ham sandwich with pesto pasta salad and the deviled egg potato salad. I paid over $30 for a lettuce wrap, sandwich and two salads. The food and sandwiches were great. But, everything was over priced. I definitely wouldn't order a gargantuan again, for the amount of meat, actually lacked meat. It was very heavy on the lettuce. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced! And the owner started stocking and harassing me He looked me up and threatened to post on my business page because we didn't like the sandwiches The tomatoes were not fresh and the sandwiches were super wet which were strange because they were toasted! I called customer service and then went back to the store. The General manager inspected our sandwiches with his bare hands- handled the tomato on the sandwich and then told me how he wasn't gonna refund me. Finally after two calls to customer service and almost calling Maricopa PD I finally had two employees come over and apologize and refund me only for the manager to run in and try to stop them Then I get a call from the owner in which I UNDERSTAND WHY THE SERVICE IS THE WAY IT IS AT THE STORE- HE WAS HORRIBLE!! When my brother said they were opening today (7/6) I mayyyyy have been a bit impatient and wanted to go right away! I think for my luck we went in the mid afternoon and it wasn't busy at all! The staff were very very friendly! Said hello as you walked in, asked how are you as you wait for your food, and best of all I appreciated the gentleman confirming which subs were put into my box. As per what they're known for we were in and out in 20 minutes (after I hemmed and hawed for a few minutes on what I wanted). So excited for this to be here in town! Getting frustrated every time I place an order. Last time I placed a delivery order it took forever and was wrong. Decided to give them another try tonight and still waiting for my sandwiches after an hour. If your motto is freaky fast delivery I mean come on! You may have to have several delivery drivers to live up to the motto but get more staff, this is ridiculous. Jimmy Johns whole motto is about the fast delivery. Disappointing. read more
