I've Ordered from this location for 15 years. All the sudden I'm out of their delivery area from one week to the next. Andrew , the manger, had NO logical, reasonable explanation. All he could say is we are not in the delivery area Any longer. Even after I asked what changed. Distance, change in policy? Got nothing!! Only offered a refund and that I could come and pick up my pizza. Andrew was rude and lack the professionalism to explain anything to make since. When pressed for a reason - he hung up on me. I called back and he yelled at me to stop calling and hung up again. I go up there and he tells me to leave the store , refuses any info or service and calls 911!! Way to go Dominos - you lost a 15 year customer but gained a lack luster manager who probably cut a lot of people off for delivery!! 7/27/2020 I normally don't stop to write reviews about take out pizza. Not sure who is cooking at the Diminoe's yesterday around 3:15pm but they are a perfectionist. I ordered a thin crust supreme and wings. The wings were perfectly sauced almost like you would see on a commercial with the pattern of the sauce on them and the pizza was perfect. You could tell it wasn't just thrown together but like someone was intentionally making a work of art. It really made this teacher proud to see unexpected Really Mad Skillz. Wow read more

We had abysmal service at Waxahachie. However, I dealt with Tyler today on the phone (online had a glitch), and he was friendly, helpful and all around great to deal with. Our pizza and breadsticks were yummy, made fresh, and were ready in 15 minutes. The girl brought out it out as soon as we got there, and she was fast and friendly. I'm sorry i didnt catch her name. This is about the Waxahachie Location. My wife a front line worker at the hospital no more than 1.9 miles, 8 min away and a simple order was placed online for her at the hours between 9:30-9:40pm. So come 10:23pm it shows the delivery was being delivered out. So since it only takes 8 min from point A to point B then why did it take an hour for someone to call my front line worker wife to say they not her, not me, but the worker(s) or manager they cancelled it. Is this what our medical heroes our front line workers get especially working 12+ hours of work in a field to which they put themselves at risk every shift with everything going on. And on top of that when she tells me she didn't receive her order and then i tried to call the location to find out where the order is i get hung up on several times. Is this Domino's way of doing business now. The driver was great. I left his $20 tip because I knew he was working an honest living. When I called, I had told the employee that I would do carry out if need be. I had ordered previously and could not get delivery, but no biggie. Today I got 2 med hand tossed pepperoni pizzas. National coupon: 2 HT one topping for $7.99/each. I was charged $12.99 each. Specialty medium HT with 3 toppings for $16.29. National coupon $15.99. The guy said oh we'll throw in a 2 liter coke so price comes down. All this time, nvr offering or stating that delivery (4) miles cannot be done to apply discounts. Then my dumb self ordered 16 piece parmesan bite, marinara, lava cakes, paying full price, and still no Reminder of carryout. I would have but pls say it. Yall, my order was $65.00. I gave driver $20. This is ridiculous. Don't tell me you're applying coupons and then DON'T!! ALSO, what is considered an order "worthy" of delivery?? Although our previous take home experience with dominos went well this time was a total disaster. We placed our order online and received confirmation that our order was ready for pickup. Upon arrival my wife went through the checkout process only to be told that our pizza was missing. The counter person was very nonchalant regarding the list order. The only conciliation offered was two 20 ounce drinks. The pizza was remade and once we got home with it we found that the pizza was below the normal standard with absolutely no flavor It appeared that there was little to no sauce on the pizza it was very bland needless to say we were very disappointed in this order from Domino's. read more

WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I understand its busy but at least have customer in mind my son only eats the cheesy bread not he don't have food and I spent $55 of my money.I placed an order and it was missing an item. Manager informed it would be over a hour wait because others orders were before mine to be delivered. I was baffled and began to question why not place mine before the next order since clearly not my fault. She stated wasn't her fault either (MMMMM ok).
