Surprisingly good pizza. I ordered separately a large thin crust pizza & a large hand tossed pizza. They had a $10.99 build your own pizza with up to 6 or 7 toppings. Each of the pizzas had extra tomato sauce (counts as two toppings), diced tomatoes, pineapples (yes I'm one of those that loves them on pizzas), sausage, ham, & mushrooms. The diced tomatoes are more like small chunks of tomatoes with a good strong tomato flavor, a big plus if you like tomatoes. Both pizzas were good, but the better one was the thin crust. I ordered & paid (using Paze) for these two pizzas separately so I could use my two $10 Paze credits. If you haven't heard about Paze, their promo is to spend $10 / get back $10 in statement credits from certain vendors & can be used 10 times per credit card. Paze is like an Apple Wallet. You have to register for it on Paze's website. Apparently it's good with certain Chase, Capital One, & Citi Strata personal cards. read more

DOMINO's PIZZA has become one of my favorite pizza joints. I've never had a terrible pizza or a terrible service from this location in Mililani Mauka. Execution is...ALWAYS on point! My husband has the app so it makes it easier for us to put in an order, view the update on when the pizza goes into the oven and when it comes out of the oven. Pretty detailed I must say. Because we are frequently fliers here, we do get a FREE pizza after so many purchases. Also, DOMINO's do give pretty good deals quite often. Besides the service and perks, they do make yummy pizzas. My favorite is the chicken and spinach pizza with the garlic white sauce. It is ...bombtastic! Boom cha-ka-la-ka-la-ka! So, if you are hungry for great pizza, go and check out DP. I felt really bad so tried to call the store, but they have an AI operator answering. So hubby drove up to the store (just across the freeway) to drop it off. It's so disappointing. Our pizzas are almost always burnt. Even when we ask them not to burn them. We order 2 medium pan one Saturday, March13th. A ultimate pepperoni and a deluxe. Both were over cooked. The ultimate barely had any toppings. And what was on it was so burnt you couldn't tell what it was. We travel a lot and the mainland is where we discovered Dominos. Always get a great pizza and it doesn't matter what state. Washington, Missouri, Illinois. Just not in Mililani. We may try another Domino's in the area, may not. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. The price is never the same between ordering and paying. There were about 8 employees in the store and somehow not a single one can answer the phone. Tried calling 4 times and it rang until the voicemail picked up each time. The store seems dirty and unkept. The service at this store is bad. They took over an hour before my order went into the oven and over an hour and half to get the order. Avoid this store. While I was walking inside, I couldn't help but notice Reggie and Elijah were maintaining a professional kitchen environment, actively deep cleaning and making sure the restaurant was extremely sanitary. This is solely based on the pasta. Ordered the chicken alfredo which was priced at 7.99. Opened the container and it was a disappointment. The serving didnt even fill up the container. I'm not sure if it's because they're in training or what but I understand sometimes things are backed up and people are still learning. I walked in to make an in person order since I was shopping nearby and wanted to save time. I was welcomed politely by a man in the kitchen cooking pizza. He very kindly asked me if I had an order which I did not. Then an older japanese woman was automatically very rude to me. She questioned very rudely if I was "really gonna place an order." I did want to make an order and she continued to be rude, when I asked her about deals and eventually telling me I should make an order through the app even though I do not have the app. She DID NOT want to take my order and brushed me off so the app could "deal" with me. The delivery guy was great doing the contactless delivery... but I was quite bummed when my spinach feta cheesy bread was jalapeño. I called right away and spoke to a very cordial man who asked if I wanted a credit or them to resented the bread. Of course I said resend... one hour later, it didn't get here so I called again and spoke to a different guy (I think his name is Roy?) who was also very polite and friendly who put me on hold to find out what happened. There was a little misunderstanding about the credit thing but assured me he would put in the order and get it delivered since that was shay I wanted. Just shy of 20 minutes later I got my cheesy bread! And I was so full but I had to eat a piece. And extra bonus he brought me mini lava cakes! Talk about going above and beyond cause I was not expecting that! Now for the food. Pizza boxes were sealed with a sticker. Food was hot when I got it. I really like the garlicky-ness of the crust and I could eat the bread all day! I got the Cali chicken bacon ranch. Yup. I said bacon. Bacon on the pizza. It's delish. Like i said, I've never been disappointed with the food. It always comes down to the service. The stuffed cheesy bread was awesome! The spinach wasn't overcooked and the chunks of feta were pretty evenly spread out. Then there's the lava cake. I've never had it before but will have to get it again. (Nice save dude!) PIZZA SAMPLED: Large 2 Topping Pepperoni with Extra Cheese $11.99 TOPPINGS: (4/10) While I did order extra cheese, it was barely noticeable. I was hoping for some cheese pull, but nay, non existent even with that extra cheese. Pepperoni was thin and tattered so maybe extra pepperoni is the better way to go. Whether this appeals to you or not, the cheese has noticeable "funky" smell to it. CRUST: (4/10) Wasn't gummy like those pizzas lower in the list, but the edge crust was kinda stiff and hard. There was some of those puff anamolys too (see pic) that was strangely both appealing and amusing to eat. The morning after though, apparently, it edges out Pizza Huts crust as it seem to absorb the cheese and oil and stay a little more flavorful. VALUE: (4/10) A notch below Pizza Hut because it was 2 dollars more for what tasted and appeared as its equivalent. It's just there are far more superior and better value pizzas out there. I realize many companies are trying to do their best and we are all about supporting local restaurants, even chains that employ locals, but... This is the fourth time we have ordered from this particular store and there is always something wrong with the order: Extra sauce seems to be interpreted as light sauce; The amount of kicker hot sauce on the wings looks minuscule and adds nothing to the taste of the wings; A piece of sharp plastic was found in our pizza a few weeks ago (I did call about this and will take the piece to the restaurant when I have time) And, tonight our pizza arrived uncut (again with light sauce instead of extra as ordered)...I feel like we ordered a Chef Boy-Ar-Dee pizza kit from the 1960s... It's very disappointing due to the fact that I love dominos and their products but it's getting to the point where I'd have to take my business elsewhere. Dropped by for a late afternoon snack. Location is in Mililani Mauka on the corner near Starbucks. Entered the door and was greeted with a warm smile and a pleasant "hello" by the youngster working in the front. Wasn't sure what to order and the polite gent offered some ideas and even mentioned the $10.99 Large pizza with 3 topping promotion. Decided to save my appetite for another pizza day and opted to order a pasta bowl. This worker was super on it: greeter, waiter, and preparer of my order, and cashier all with a very cheery disposition! Hint: The parking around this place can be a pain because of the neighboring businesses sharing the parking lot. The Starbucks drive through messes up the flow. Of course, Dominos is known for both carry out and delivery which are viable options. Really enjoyed my chicken carbonara pasta bowl. The pasta was plentiful and the bread bowl crust was warm and delicious. Gotta give it up for this location for hiring this worker--Mitchell. We were shopping at Mililani Walmart and decided to get pizza. My husband wanted Domino's so we called in our order and it was super quick. Only 10-15 minutes for takeout. The timing was perfect. Okay so today was my first check in here, and I didn't actually get to eat anything from here tonight (I am currently torturing myself with a no carb diet ) but I have visited this Domino's on many occasions before. With this time being no exception I received 5 star service! The food always comes out great! Perfect amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. The crust is never doughy and the staff are always friendly. I love coming in and sitting on the stools with my kids and watching them make our pizza right in front of us! I remember one time the guy making the pizzas actually gave each of my kids their own piece of dough and let them play with it while he made our pizza. They have a chalk board wall with different color chalk to write/draw on while you wait. Dont ever order the philly cheesesteak sandwhich. It was horrible, terrible, disgusting, etc... It had one slice of meat that was thinner than crispy beef jerky. Terrible. Mililani Dominos does not honor their coupons. They instead attach hidden fees. Even my free pizza had hidden fees tacked on. The $5.99 Mix and Match coupons were $7.49. They don't charge for cheese because they barely add any. read more
