I appreciate that they're a fast-food spot, but they still make the effort to greet each customer and provide that extra bit of hospitality. Gabriel helped me both times yesterday, and it was pretty funny when he thought I had a doppelgänger haha! He even tried to remember my name, which I thought was pretty awesome. The food options are minimal, but let's be honest - you go to Cane's for the chicken tenders, so that part is pretty much settled. One nice thing to note is that they'll discount the combo if you don't want the drink, which is always a plus because I usually only drink water. Overall, another solid Cane's experience! The texas toast is nice and buttery and you can dip it in the sauce too! I like how you can get an Arnold Palmer there (half sweet tea/half lemonade) as a drink! It also looks bad when you are standing against the wall talking constantly with your co-worker instead of waiting on tables. Do not get the "endless" appetizers at this location as long as you have the waitress that we had, you will not get your money's worth, which makes me think this is Buffalo Wild Wing's ploy on cutting costs, which is a horrible idea, because destroying your brand by having poor service likes this warrants reviews like this. This was almost a two-star review until the service knocked it down into the dirt, especially since the last rude wait staff I've had was in 2009, which was 17 years ago.
