However the Pho broth is not really happening for me considering I really love pho and have tried many places on island. It's a cute restaurant that sits maybe 40-50 people. I'm surprise that there was only one person handling phone orders, taking walk-in orders, cleaning tables, and re-filling drinks. Vermicelli noodles, tapioca pudding, and the Nước chấm all tasted like it was made with sink or tap water. The Terri chicken, and short ribs could use more marinade/flavor. I come here quite often and can't believe this is my 1st review! I love me some pho from Bale! Specifically the chicken pho. My kids prefer the tofu pho and we all love the lemon grass chicken sandwich. They have been take out only since they reopened from the initial Covid wave and sometimes it's hard to get in to place a phone order as there phone will be busy. Once your order is placed it does usually take 20-30 minutes for pick-up. The food is consistently good and always fresh! Even though they are a little pricey in my opinion the quality of the food makes it worth it for me. I will continue to come for my pho fix. read more
