I can't remember the last time I ordered Domino's, but it was definitely at least the 90's when it was the 10-min-guaranteed-delivery hype. Stepson told us about the unbeatable $20 they had running, so I made a mobile order last night, and it was ready exactly when the order said. I must say every staff member was HUSTLIN'! Tried the baked pasta for the first time. Won't order again, due to probably about a cup of pasta for $7.99. Two different orders and both same, so it's not a mistake. Have never received so little for the price at any restaurant. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I ordered from here for the first time beware they will leave your food anywhere in any weather with no care. They have a "2 min wait" then they will ditch your food on a pinic bench for people to have grabs at it. Do not order if you work on military base. I wasn't aware they could not deliver on base and when they got in contact with us they told us they just left it on the bench at the gas station up the street while it was raining and when we drove up there it was eaten by marines and half the food was taken. If you work on base you know how bad the signal is and I expressed that to the worker. Why is your policy to just leave the food anywhere??? Why not take the food back to the restaurant so we can pick up where we know it's still sanitary? Even if it's cold I rather have cold food than wet and half eaten food. read more

Terrible pizza makers hardly toppings on the pizza and they can't seem to cut pizza update 7/14 same thing but now you have to wait outside even though you check in with pie pass you have to wait for them to acknowledge you standing there. I've given them more chances that usual because they're close to home but it's completely unacceptable the level of customer service is disappointing I would be ashamed if I was the franchisee you have my company putting out such lack luster service in a small town. This is a horrible Domino's last night, October 2nd I tried to Order a pizza for pick up, I was immediately put on Hold waited for 12 minutes no one ever picked up the phone, I hung up and the same thing happened again, after 10 minutes, I IMMEDIATELY sent an Email to Corporate about their unprofessional behavior. If I could give dominos in moyock a worse review I would. They sent us half cooked pizza and burnt chicken then sent out another pizza and chicken. After a 2 hour wait. Pizza was cold and chicken had green peppers in it. That's the most recent time. Before we ordered pizza and it looked like it sat on counter for few hours was cold by far worst pizza we have ever got from there. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for our pizza to arrive so I was quite angry when not only did it take 50 minutes (50 minutes!!!!) longer than the estimated delivery email time but imagine my anger level when it arrived cold. COLD!! I had to heat it in the microwave just to warm it up. Our parmesan bites were cold too. This isn't the first time our order has arrived wrong, late or poorly made but this is the first official complaint I've sent in. The delivery driver didn't even apologize or offer up a reason as to why it was late. This is the last time we will order from Dominos. The ONLY reason we ever did was because y'all are the only game in town that delivers to the country. But I will tell you this, I will get in my Jeep and drive 30 minutes each way to pick up Pizza Hut before I order from you again. I would like a credit for my entire order. I ordered a pizza to the base and was told 45 min. I set a timer for 40 min and drove to the front gate where I was to meet them. They decided to come early and since they couldn't get through on the phone, they left. Instead of waiting the time they were SUPPOSED to be there, they drive back. I had to sit at the gate another 30 min waiting interrupting my work schedule causing me to stay even later. I called and the manager did not even offer us a discount. We order a lot from Dominos since they moved to this new location. We have always had great experiences with them. Fresh, hot and the service is prompt and courteous. So glad they moved from the gas station. We ordered a few times when we moved here not knowing where we ordering pizza from. We just knew it was dominos. This place is the only place in Moyock that delivers so we really have no other choice in Pizza delivery. If any other place ever came to Moyock that delivers, I would definitely order from them. Dominos in Moyock is always undercooked, their wings are always old and their delivery time sucks. Not to mention the rude managers who have been there over the years. This Dominos pizza is the worst run establishment in this whole area. The managers are rude and careless and the employees answering the phones are rude as well, not to mention they routinely try to add additional charges without letting you know, like adding an extra topping charge on a 2 topping pizza even though you only told them 2 toppings. I've gotten wrong food multiple times and they just don't care. They will send your correct food like an hour later and act like you are inconveniencing them and don't offer an apology. It's a shame they are the only delivery pizza around. The only good aspect of their business is a few of their drivers, always polite and friendly. If anyone out there opens a different pizza delivery here you'll sure have a mess of new loyal customers! read more

The LAST time we ordered from this restaurant, we ordered two pizzas and a small order of wings. They called me to let me know they were out of pan pizza so they'd have to use regular crust and could discount the price, when I agreed they asked for all my payment information again which I was outside with my kids so it was not very convenient at the moment, and so I told them to just forget the couple of dollars difference and go ahead with the order. Wait time was estimated at 20 mins for delivery (6 miles up the road), according to the pizza tracker our order was complete 30 minutes after I placed it. It did not arrive to our home for an hour and 30 minutes. The pizzas were luke warm. The wings had a small amount of sauce drizzled on one side of them. And they forgot our extra dipping sauces we had asked for. This happened about a month or two ago, and I refuse to use this restaurant ever again. With it being the only "delivery option" in our town, it's a huge bummer that they can't produce better food and service. read more
