I ordered the Turkey Tom combo with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. The service was quick & the staff were great... super friendly. Personally I recommend adding extra meat to the sandwich. Can never go wrong with a sub. Quick lunch so we ordered online but also needed to order in store. Quite a few employees; it seems most go through the drive through at this location. Went out on a limb and actually tried the lettuce wrap. It makes sense for good deeds for your health but honestly, if you aren't use to eating like that, the "Unwiched" lettuce wrap is verrrrry different. Does not hit the same as that French bread! Not much of a fan plus majority of the condiments I asked for were pooled at the bottom of the wrap. Please take their advice and do not unwrap. Just keep biting and peeling the paper back as you eat. 3.5 rounded up. read more

This Jimmy John's is near my work, so I stop here often for a quick lunch. I always get the Spicy Italian, salt and vinegar chips, and a soda. The toppings are always fresh and they are very generous with them. I like how reliable the service is during lunchtime rush hour. If your really in a hurry they also have a drive thru. It is a good place for a quick and tasty lunch! read more

I drove through the drive through on a Tuesday evening for a sub. I decided on the JJBLT. I regret this. There was hardly anything in the middle of my sub. There were a few strips of bacon, very few small sliced tomatoes, and a ton of lettuce. This sub was not at all satisfying. The bread was even a bit dry and tough. The customer service was ok. Stopped in at this location while our tires were being replaced next door at NTB. I had a turkey, ham, and provolone. Before I had even eaten 4 bites was stomach was queasy. I ate half the sandwich and told my husband it wasn't setting on my stomach well my stomach was rolling around and hurting. I ate almost half a sub but within 20 minutes I was in the bathroom and it came up! What didn't come up then continued hurting my stomach and I continued throwing up. Couldn't keep down anything! This Jimmy Johns location is not as busy as others, it seems, but that shouldn't deter you from enjoying :-) I let it deter me as I thought "if it doesn't have a steady stream of folks, it must not be good"....couple that with lack of reviews, I was hesitant. I want to start off by saying I work for a 5 Billion dollar company that has relocated a team of 50 guys to come and work in this area of Virginia for a few months. We always get Jimmy Johns but now you guys will be losing a lot of business. Just thought you should know. Congratulate this guy at this location. I've came here the past 5 days in a row to grab a sandwich because of how convenient it is. Everything has been good until my visit that I had today. I've never felt so disrespected when coming into a place of business to spend MY money. I simply and respectfully asked if I could sample a piece of roast beef to the girl at the counter since I've never had it yet. Some guy that looked like he hated his life and had a beard bluntly said NO. I would never trust a guy with such a gross beard handle my meat. So I thought okay no big deal, I said if I get the sandwich and I don't like it can I get something else. Again, said it respectfully. Here's the kicker, he said "No, now are you going to order something or what?" This is where things got interesting. I asked him if he's mad at me and he said "I don't have time for this now are you going to order something or what"(by the way they were not busy). I laughed and asked if there's a manager. The girl at the counter told me that the guy being super rude was not only the manager but the GENERAL MANAGER! You guys hire people like this? I was with an group of 4 coworkers and we all looked at each other like is this guy really talking to us like that. This is the sub so slow you'll freak Jimmy John's it's the new standard. Went in today to order a sandwich went through the drive-thru. Waited. Finally took my order. Turn Around the Corner paid. Took them another minute to make the sandwich. There were only two customers in the store in zero be in front of me in the drive thru. My husband and I was there on Thursday night. We always order the same sandwiches, the classic Italian and the regular Italian. There always seem to be a problem to cut the classic on wheat into quarters. It is hit or miss. This time, the issue was the young man making the sandwich didn't read the order for the classic. He put mayonnaise on it. Mind you, this was the last 2 slices of wheat bread in this location for the evening, so he attempted to scrape the mayo off. My order was extra oil and vinegar, oregano, onions,lettuce, tomatoes and extra hot peppers. Well, it was a joke!! He added pickles on the sandwich (not asked for on the sandwich) and pickles on the side, no oil and vinegar, extra hot peppers was also voided. WOW!! I won't order from this location again. Just picked-up three sandwiches form the Cedar Road location (#3488) for the first time. Whilst better than Subway (could at least see meat and non-cheap fillings not completely obliterated by Subway fillers consisting of lettuce, et al), but nowhere near a NY deli sandwich, I was amazed that they only offered one cheese type - provolone. Would think that at least Swiss, and some flavor of American cheese would be carried. If this is endemic of JJ's chain, it is fucking absurd. Suggest they go north to NYC, or any urban/suburban deli to sample a real deli sandwich. read more
