My wife and I ordered a pizza from this Domino's pizza. We have ordered from them several times in the past. This time a very rude man called and said they do not deliver to our location. It is less than three miles from the store. He became very rude to me when I told him they have delivered to us several times in the past. When I asked to speaker to the manager, he hung up the phone. I called back and he immediately hung up two times. I will report this store to the Domino's franchise and would like a call from the owner. I will never purchase from this store again and will let everyone know about how terrible they are. I always order from this location, and they've always given me great service and food. Tonight I ordered extra... parmesan bites and cinnamon twists because I tasted them in San Diego and they were great. Unfortunately, the ones I got tonight were overbaked. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to the same fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth taste. So I called and spoke to the manager, Tony. He not only sent me fresh ones of both the parmesan and the cinnamon, but he also said I get a large 3 topping pizza next time for my inconvenience even though I told him I already got a 20% off coupon online. He was great!!!! The ones he resent were exactly what I expected and craved...yummy! My delivery guy, Billy, was very friendly also. He took the time to answer my questions and was very respectful. Never got my food. Ordered $75 of food for pick up. Gave them a $100 bill and was told they wouldn't take it. They instructed me to go to the gas station and make my own change. Saw another review from today with one star and a wait time 30 minutes over their estimated time so something is definitely up at this location right now. Just waited two hours for the delivery of a cold pizza. The company emailed me "that delivery wasn't what we hoped it would be" and a coupon, so that's alright, but I really just wish I had a hot pizza rather than one that's barely lukewarm. This isn't even the first time this has happened... The other review mentioned a staff member flipping them off so obviously there are some issues with this location. Too bad. Really frustrating to not even see our order "go into the oven" until an hour after we placed it, half hour cook time (pretty normal), but then have the delivery time continuously pushed out minute by minute for another half an hour. Two hours total for cold food and a 20% off coupon. Why did I pay for this. Edit: Upon opening the box for the chocolate crunch cakes we found that they were still in the pie tins they cook them in. 20% Discount used today at Dominos Nipomo, Ca. resulted in my taking a 16" Extra large Extravaganzza home that was malnourished compared to all the other Extravaganzas i have purchased the the past two years from this same Dominos. We ordered 2 chicken alfredo bowls & when we got home we opened the bowls & the noodles were burnt! It had barely any sauce & I only found 2 small strips of chicken & it was gristle!!! We always order via the iPhone app. Normally there hasn't been a problem with their deliveries, but lately it's been getting pretty bad. The last few orders we've put in we are informed the pizza is delivered within a few minutes of the notice that pizza is out for delivery. We then won't see the delivery guy for almost 30-40 minutes. Last night's pizza showed up an hour and 5 minutes after we placed the order. I spoke with the delivery guy last night who said they do that when they have a high volume of deliveries. It sounds to me like they are trying to keep corporate happy with prompt delivery times but the customer is left waiting while the delivery guy is out doing multiple deliveries. This is a shady business tactic. Secondly we called to ask the status of our pizza last night and we were promptly put on hold for 10 minutes. We hung up and called again asking for a manager and were promptly placed on hold again with no apologies. Someone really needs to reign in this store, and probably hire an extra delivery driver or two. read more

The manager was Very rude to my boyfriend and I. When the employee at the register wasn't sure if he could take our hundred dollar bill, he turned to the manager to ask and the manager waved his hand at us while yelling "Nope, don't care, send them somewhere else", and this was after we had already placed our order over the phone and arrived to pick it up. If they can't take hundend dollar bills thats fine but their manager seriously needs to learn some people skills. Worst customer service ever! I ordered on line for carside delivery. The app alerted me that my order was ready at 4:35. I was there and waited 10 minutes. I went inside and asked for my pizza. The VERY rude employee told me that I "Would have to wait 10 minutes because I'm by myself and can't leave my station". I told her that all she would need to do was just hand me my now cold pizza. She refused. I waited 20 and after another customer got her very large order, i asked again for mine and was refused. Another employee just started her shift and handed me my pizza and apologized for the delay. I told her that it was not her fault and the other girl was very rude. A Large Deep Dish (not just an ordinary pan pizza -but an actual thick-crust) Pan with extra Cheese for under 10 bucks is amazing The Chain stores charge 2 buck extra for thick crust they dont here being a franchise.workers are ALWAYS nice and frendly when i go in. I order on-line -and soon as the tracker says it goes in the oven -i drive to pick it up, and it comes out of the oven within minutes after i arrive -cant beat that for hot & Fresh! so when i get i home and open the box the steam is still coming off of it -that dont oftenhappen when you have it delivered my ONLY complaint is the location -tucked-away on a bad side street with only on (entrance) right next to the frwy onr amp can make getting back out on the main road at peak traffic hrs a pain. Avoid this place unless you are rich and absolutely love Dominoes pizza. This is the only pizza joint in the small town of Nipomo that delivers and they KNOW it. Their prices suck and unless you have a cupon in hand, don't expect them to take your word for it. We used to order from them over the internet using cupons provided right on Domino's website but then for some reason they stopped provided the online ordering service for this location and now, if you try to use an online cupon over the phone, they don't bother to honor it. Picked up the pizza that was just barely warm. Spinach and feta pizza was tasty. Buffalo chicken pizza was SO BLAND and not at all spicy. I probably won't be ordering from this location again. I normally don't complain because I work retail and know how annoying people can be but I'm so frustrated with this location. I ordered back in October and they forgot the salad in my order so I called back immediately and was told they could not deliver it or refund me but that they would leave a note next to my phone number for a free salad on my next order. I did not like this idea because I knew it wasn't going to happen but was told that was all she could do. My next order was today so I called back and told the employee about the salad and note and she told me there was no note and she can't do anything for me. I asked her what I should do to get a refund and she said there was nothing she could do. Believe all the negative reviews on here! I had placed orders for 3 years here and let so many messed up orders slide without complaining. This time I didn't receive a sandwich that I paid for on the online app. When I called to tell them, they said I didn't order it! I printed out the online order to show them that I did in fact order AND PAY for the sandwich. The manager said he would send me a "free" sandwich, meaning the one that was already paid for! These guys are a joke. I recommend avoiding them entirely and ordering your pizza elsewhere. read more
