I have given up on these guys. Worst experience last night. I placed an order on-line for a large pizza last night. Waited 30 minutes and was watching the tracker. I noticed when it changed to out for delivery. I waited, I waited, I waited. I watched out the window for them to arrive, then I noticed the tracker changed to "Delivered". I hadn't received anything nor seen anyone. Upon calling the facility to check on my order (almost an hour after placing the order), I was told that the driver came to the door and there was no answer. Then they tried to call and no answer. Now to give them credit for the call, I have changed my number and they were calling the wrong person, but I was home waiting for my pie and NO ONE came to my door or even drove down my road to deliver. That was a straight up lie and I let the manager know it was a lie. They have delivered to me at my address on many prior occasions so my location was not a mystery with any GPS system. They offered to bring me another pizza in 30 min, but no thank you. Too late. As I informed the manager at that point, I will not be placing any further orders with their store. We ordered on a few separate occasion morally it's ok . We know not to expect much but the delivery driver kept revving his car in our driveway mind you it was passed 10pm we have little ones sleeping . So unprofessional read more

I like their new crust and flavors. We often eat at me'n'eds because their crispy crust is nice but it is a lot more expensive. I will never eat at pie hole again because the owner there is just that- a pie hole!! Dominos is just right with price and speed. I like how our orders are always correct and the people are so friendly. read more

I will never order from this location again. Staff is unprofessional. The worst customer service experience, after I found hair in my food. They'd previously delivered poor quality food a time or two before today. The first person I spoke to laughed and said it was basically impossible to find hair in my food. The lady who proceeded to get on the phone, was angry from the time she picked up the phone, which led to a shouting match because I tried to explain this had happened several times before. My advice is to avoid this location at all cost. I'd rather drive to get better service and pizza. read more

I have lived here my whole life. WON'T EVER GO BACK!! They can't get our address # correct in order to deliver.

Our family orders from Domino's Pizza in Nipomo about once per month. It is so convenient to just get online, punch in your order, and then I don't have to make dinner that night! My kids like to watch the online counter to see where their order is at. We have never ordered by phone or in person, just online. The delivery drivers have always been really nice and professional and our food is always still hot. I have never had a bad experience with our Nipomo Dominos. In fact, they recently donated pizzas to a classroom at my children's elementary school, Dana. That makes me like them even more. That they give back to the community who supports them is huge in my opinion. I will continue to support our Nipomo Dominos, not just because I don't have to make dinner, but because they have good food and service and a good relationship with our one-horse town. ;-) read more

This place we've found is very hit and miss. Eat at your own discretion .

My fiancé and I order dominos every now and then and every time we order from this one there is issues!! Meet have asked for plates one time when we had bought a couple pizzas but she said her manger hasn't order some and many months! And they always forget something! When I call to let them know they are rude about it or blame someone else! Arroyo grande dominos is not that far away and we never have issues and we can actually get a napkin or plate!!! Never again will I order here this was the last chance!!!! I order on the app but you still can't get it right then I'm sorry I'll either take my business down to the other dominoes or to a whole different pizza place in town! read more

The delivery driver just pulled up smoking a cigarette with our food. Completely rude, disgusting and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service! It took 2 hours to get our pizza and we live 2 miles away. When I called they had no record of my order then when I asked to talk to the manager they mysteriously found my order. I didn't want my order free but I did expect a discount or a free soda but I got nothing but a bad attitude from the manager too. I wonder if the owner knows how rude his staff is to his paying customers?! I will NEVER order dominos from the Nipomo location again. read more

Location&space are not really great and store size is small (no tables) but the great customebr service and good quality pizza make up for that indefinitly!! Always friendly & polite staff.. Ordered 3 items told it would be 14 mins. I showed up 5 mins later because I was around the corner. Been sitting here for 35 mins still no order... but they are sorry for the inconvenience, "take any two liter I want" that's nice but I have a family at home hungry not so much thirsty read more

It is not safe to eat here. the store policy is that the sauce should be kept at room temperature. The exhaust fan is old and dirty and barely working thus the room temperature is normally above 95 degrees. There is a film of old moldy sauce on the bottom of the shelf that is 2 inches above this sauce bucket. If you ask to look at the sauce there will be bubbles like foam forming from all the bacteria in it. The refrigerator can not keep up in the place either all the toppings are sitting in the heat all day. You think the health department will save you from dominoes? Fast food companies like Dominoes Pay to have their own inspectors come in called OERs. The kids that work there are careless and always looking for a different job because the first week you start you'll be told "your gonna get fired" for everything. Any mistake and your fired, and they will get fired or they quit, Because firing employees and blaming the past poor service on bad employees is how this dominoes keeps going. Nipomo really need a good fair place to eat. Not a lot of kitchens here to bad were 0/3 for affordable pizza delivery. read more

They sent me a COMPLETELY RAW pan pizza. Disgusting! I called to complain, the manager offered to resend the pizza and offered free cheesy sticks. Guess what? The cheesy stick swere COMPLETELY RAW. Doughy nasty runny pizza and cheesy sticks. and now my stomach hurts like hell. Avoid this place! I beared with the 4changes orders they forgot the soda. It took twice as long as when I call. I finally called to ask where it was. The person that answered didn't know what to do when I said I ordered on-line. I was put on hold. Finally, I asked to talk to the manager. She said it was on its way. We live about a mile away from the Domino's store. The status bar on-line showed it was being delivered but it took 20 minutes from the time the status bar said it was on its way. When it arrived, there were no napkins, peppers or parmesean. Good pizza, but they took an hour to deliver when they told me it would be 15 minutes. I sat through my whole 30-min lunch waiting for them, only for them to tell me an hour later when I called them back that it would be 5 minutes (which actually took another 10). next time I'm going in person, where I can watch them do it. read more

Site is so easy to navigate and to place an order. Local staff always has the pizzas ready and a smile to go with the order. Quality of the product has been consistently good and prices have been reasonable. Appreciate that Domino's offers its loyal customers the occasional perk... makes ordering from them all the easier. read more

I've been in Nipomo for about 14 years and have delt with this dominos pizza for as long as they have been there. I love Mike who i believe has been there the longest. But everyone there are good, friendly, hard workers.And they make my food good and tasty. Especially when I do a build my own pasta or pizza; it tastes like I imagined.
