I'm only writing this review because the inaccurate order happened more than several times. Long story short their app wasn't working so I had to call in my order. I asked for extra sauce on my pizza. When it finally arrived. It had absolutely no sauce on it. I called to complain . They gave me a difficult time. Don't waist your money I believe almost every other Dominos is better than this location. And just seeing the reviews I notice the owner keeps deleting the reviews cause almost all reviews are from 3 years or older. I remember my friend that lived near by ordered food it was like a deal with pizza and a 2 liter pop. Let me also say it was delivered to his house the pizza came but no pop the delivery person said he forgot it and will bring it on the next delivery even tho it sounded stupid but we said sure no problem. Well he never showed and when we called to see what happened to our pop that we definitely needed to wash down the food the manager which was a lady said he delivered it and we had a big argument. We complained to dominoes HQ they definitely sent them the message cause the owner calls me which I found out its a sole owner domino's doesn't own it so the owner calls tells me he's sorry whatever I told him how your establishment is wrong and needs to fire the manager for her actions on this case. I'll never recommend ordering from this location to anyone. I placed an order at 2:11pm for ONE order of cheesy bread sticks. The tracker said 31-41 min wait time which I think is fair for any pizza place. Per the tracker my order was out of the oven and being "inspected" for about 40 min before it was on its way. Not only was my simple order over cooked but it took a hour and 19 minutes to be delivered. I honestly wanted to cancel the order and ask for my money back but I could never do that. read more

Ordered at 5:50, according to the tracker on the app, the pizza was out of the oven and "completed quality check" at 6:03, went out for delivery at 6:23 and it arrived at 6:55. The delivery driver never rang the bell; just called and said he was coming to the door. I told him to ring the bell and I'd buzz him in. His response was "are you coming?". I tried ordering pizza recently from my phone but I didn't get the option to pay for it. I called the store to see if my order had been acknowledged by them. So, I call..."umm, this is Victoria and I just tried to order pizza online." Response, "uh, I don't understand ...who are you?" "This is Victoria, I tried to order from my phone, it didn't give me the opportunity to pay so I was wondering if my pizza is going to be free?" I was pleasantly surprised! The pizza was delicious! I haven't had Domino's Pizza in years. It was always good, if not generic, but never tasted like a pizzeria pizza. The crust was perfect and garlicky, the cheese was smooth and delicious, the robust sauce was so tasty, and the sausage was sooooo good, we also had mushroom and onion which were both fresh and delicious! $17 for an xlarge with 3 ingredients, delivered! I worked at dominos two years ago, and have to say that their pizza is delicious! When someone who has worked at a restaurant continues to eat their food it says for itself how good the pies are. Do not order from this place! Yes it is super bowl sunday i ordered 2 med pizzas at 5:55 pm. They called at 6:58 that delivery is cancelled because they are busy. YES they waited 1 hr to call to say they cancelled deliveries for 2-3 hours. When i asked why they waited 1 hour to call all i got was mam it is super bowl sunday. Yes it is but you knew at 5:55 pm to call to say it is busy! By the way this is the 2nd time this happens. I am very disappointed with the service that I received from the Domino's in Oak Forest, IL. On Friday, 9/22/17, at 6:36 PM, I placed an order for 1 medium cheese pizza, 1 medium philly cheesesteak pizza, and 1 order of cheesy bread. My total was $34.81. The delivery time was estimated at 40-50 minutes. By 8:06 PM, I still had not received the order, so I called the store, just to make sure that it was received and in works. At this time, I was on the phone (most of the time on hold) for 7 minutes while multiple people tried to find an answer to give me. I eventually got an answer from Erin that the order would be out to me within an hour, and that a $25.00 credit would be placed under my phone number. At 9:02 PM, I got a phone call saying that my order had left the building and was with the driver, Nicole. I live about 5 minutes away from Domino's - 10 minutes max with traffic. At 9:31 PM, a half hour had gone by, and still no pizza. At this point I contacted Domino's to see if they could get an ETA from the driver. Erin answered the phone and I told her the situation. She informed me that Nicole, our driver, just left 5 minutes ago. I then asked to speak to the manager. At this point, I could hear everything going on in the background, and the manager being reluctant to come to the phone. I asked what was going on and why it has been 3 hours since I placed my order, and I still hadn't received it. He apologized and told me that it is on it's way and that it will be here shortly, and said a $20.00 credit would be placed under my phone number (I don't think he knew someone had already offered me a $25.00 credit). Finally, at 9:53 PM, I got a phone call from the driver, Nicole, and she was lost and could not find my condo building. I talked her through it, and the order eventually arrived at 10:02 PM. 3 1/2 hours after I placed my order. When the order arrived, there was only 1 philly cheesesteak pizza, and an order of cheesy bread. I asked the driver if she had another pizza in the car that she forgot, and she told me that she had another pizza in her car from a different customer that wasn't answering her phone calls. An entire pizza was missing from my order. My boyfriend and I waited 3 1/2 hours for our dinner, and he didn't even have any to eat. The pizza/bread that we DID receive was rubbery and we had to reheat all of it. I called the store, and asked to speak to the manager. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back just to get the manager's name (I was done dealing with it, and decided I was going to call back tomorrow to deal with it). The manager, Dylan, then picked up and I asked him what was going on and he said he was extremely understaffed and backed up with orders and that he was very sorry. I understand being understaffed and backed up, which is why I was understanding with the wait time, but messing up the order and not even getting it fresh after waiting so long is extremely unacceptable. I was a manager for a very busy pizza place for 2 years, and this never would have flown if it happened there. I asked the manager to void out my payment entirely, and he did. It is now Tuesday evening (this happened on Friday), and I still have yet to hear back from Corporate (which I contacted Friday evening). read more

Ya know I've had a really crappy month or so... usual problems, nothing super severe... but i try to stay positive and upbeat as a general rule and I'm working 2 jobs so I am extremely tired and trying to accomplish goals that are not easy with limited time... so I am once again feeding myself and my family on the fly at a late hour... oh and I had just finished working a couple of quick jobs after attending a wake, so I just wanted to eat. I ordered a few dominos gift cards that helps towards my son's school costs and googled to see that dominos was open til 1am. I sat in the parking lot at the Oak Forest location and placed the order of 4 pizzas. Then paid online with the gift cards. A few mins later my phone rings and I was informed that the carryout has closed at 10:30pm. It was now 11pm. I told the girl isn't there anything I can do, I'm literally sitting in the parking lot! I am put on hold by girl A while girls B and C start looking out the window... I'm waving, they are ignoring... then girl C who apparently is the best they can do for management... gets on the phone and starts being so condescending I start to lose my mind. Since when is passive aggressive the way to diffuse a situation that's escalating. She starts repeating carryout is closed, do I want delivery or her to cancel the order. i'm now starting to get so angry because I'm already repeated myself multiple times that I do not want the order canceled I need that order because I have nowhere else to go to get something at this point in time and I've already wasted $30 on the gift cards for them only. So then I say can they can deliver it right out front to my car but I ain't f@cking tipping cuz that's ridiculous! Im sitting right here! Well that was that... in a matter of seconds she states she's cancelling my order and hangs up on me saying not her problem! I am now outside dominos yelling at the glass while she dances and mimics me, while I'm asking what about my money, and why would you do that seriously???!!! Then I asked for her name, they ignored me... delivery guy walks up and I ask what's her name and he says I don't know... I said really?? you don't know? I start the long complaint email to dominos, I start this post, I am at a loss and at the will of an early 20 something on a power trip... let's be clear, I lost my shit because of her tone and the blatant ignoring, I'm usually really patient and understanding, as I have worked in many varieties of service and I completely understand frustrated and angry customers. Finally I call the store, girl B answers and I say what about the $30 I paid, where does it go? She says oh you'll get it back... I said when? Is it immediate?? Now high powered bitch girl C is getting involved again, says no it takes 3-5 business days! I said I need food now... I don't have time to wait 3-5 days, I wanna order from a dominos somewhere else!!! Girl C gets back on and says ma'am contrary to your poor behavior I am still making your pizzas... which is a lie she hadn't made anything, but she began to after this part of the exchange, and states that they will be out in 10 mins... I begin to explain where the problem went wrong and how it never needed to get to this point if she hadn't been so nasty in the first place, and she states again not her problem. I said what if I had driven off not knowing she was making the pizzas?? And she states well ma'am that would be on you! I said you know I have worked twice as long as you've been alive and I've had more difficult customers than I've ever been, and it's just not a good way to deal with a situation by dancing and mimicking and ignoring someone... but I couldn't finish the thought because she cut me off saying if you've worked these industries then you should know how to act! Holy hell! needless to say I will never go back to the Dominos pizza in Oak Forest at 5210 West 159th street again... and pizzas that normally take all of 15 mins to make start to finish took almost an hour, yup just got home and it's 11:50pm, and there were mistakes on both parts... I apologized and thanked Girl B for being kind enough to listen to me and hear my point as well as not being rude and ignoring. Rant over! read more

Horrible experience. Pizza was made wrong asked for a credit they agreed. When it came time for me to get my pizza. I was told I only received a $6 credit for a pizza I payed $7 for.
