These guys always claim that they don't have any delivery drivers yet when I call back the next day in the afternoon to complain, they didn't seem to know that there wasn't driver last night. The fact that your supervisor and managers find it to be okay with treating their employees like crap is not okay and it is very disgusting. Your upper management team needs to be fired or face serious disciplinary actions. I have watched your managers speak about very disguising and graphic topics of discussion. I have also watched your main manager along with the assistant manager deny to provide another customer with the head quarter's number to file a COMPLAINT, as they laughed and giggled about it as the customer left the store. The store fails to post any posters or contact information on employee's rights/ the number for headquarters. Was great, really, from order to delivery, it was VERY quick, food was hot and clearly fresh. Been a while since I've ordered Domino's, I'll definitely order again, very soon. Not sure if this is a new thing from Domino's, from the fantastic crust on the pizza, the sandwich that was actually quite good, despite me expecting much less after working at Round Table a few years back, and having experience with these pizza place sandwiches and how they're made. I had ordered 10 different kinds of pizzas for a party this past Sunday which was called in the day before. While at the party we realized it should be time for the pizzas to be delivered (3:00 PM), we had to make another call to find out about our pizza order and why they were not delivered on time, they showed up 20 mins late . We also made a custom order for the pizzas slices to be cut smaller, since kids eat smaller slices. I wasn't impressed with this Domino's and will not use them in the future. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas 90 minutes before I needed them to surprise my son's football team for the last game of the season. I was told they would arrive in 45 minutes which was plenty of time before the end of the game. WHen the pizzas had not arrived, I called 3 times to see where the driver was. Long after the game had ended the driver missed the turn to the entrance of the parking lot. He called and did not understand my urgency. i got a ex-large PIZZA and a dessert for a reasonable price. but the pizza fell out when i picked it up. called them they did make a second one. two problems 1 was the lady on the phone when i told her about my mistake off red peppers said they were not spicy, too her they were not spicy , to me they were spicy. if client says something on pizza is spicy, just take it out of pizza. 2. domino's should make less flimsy boxes, some of us are handicapped and have trouble handling big boxes the pizza was very good, the box not so good. read more

We love the ease of online ordering (and their specials) and especially the drive through pick up! We have two little ones, so going to pick up pizza with them in tow has proved to be tricky at times. Placing the order on the website really easy, discounts were properly reflected upon checkout, the pizzas arrived hot (too hot to touch at first), and for delivery I don't know of any local restaurant that can beat their flavor and quality. I ordered online for carry out and it said my pizza would be ready in 14-20 mins. I came to pick it up 20 min later and went to the bathroom the guy that came out of the restroom was an employee and he did not wash his hands I know because I didn't hear the hand dryer and the sink was dry! Here are the facts: My son has a project at school needs large pizza box. Order $27 dollars worth of pizza and bread. Ask for a an extra large box for school project. Charged a dollar for extra box. As walking away another employee tells employee I just gave money to hey you better split that with me. Call manager to be told that yes they are charging some people for extra boxes. I always do the window never delivery. We keep it simple pepperoni (2) mediums for $12 . Step up from Little Ceasar's without the Roundtable or Mellos price . I used to hate Domino's pizza, but they have definitely stepped up their game! We have been ordering from here for years and have never had a bad experience (can't say that was the case when I've ordered from other domino's locations). We love the cheese steak pizza and we always order the jalapeño cheesy bread. The only complaint I do have is sometimes the cheesy bread either has little to no jalapeño or quite the opposite of way too much jalapeño shoved in there. The guy, Rueben who first answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful to me when I called in to ask him for the status of my order, he responded, "I don't know the status of your order!" I then gave him my address, and he said that my order was delivered. when I tried to explain that it wasn't, he hung the phone up in my face. When I called back, that's when the rude assistant manager, Luz had got on the phone as she was laughing. In which I found nothing funny at all. I was trying to feed my children. The assistant manager, Luz was also very rude and do not seem to consider her customers satisfaction nor did she apologize or admit fault when her driver, Laurie who failed to knock on my door or call after she claimed to have attempted to deliver my pizza. I don't believe that she ever came to my house! Because she even lied and stated that she also called, which she never did! Luz told me that I will either have to wait another 45 minutes for them to make me a fresh pizza or she can resend the original pizzas. I asked to be compensated, she refused to do so. Just placed my first online order. Pizza was estimated 30-45min delivery time. It came with in 25min! and the delivery man was super nice. Sent my daughter to the door with $35 (that included pizza and $7tip). He tried giving her the change back and said "you paid $35 and only owed $28."
